Inara wnet to Emprise du Lion to fight red templars and a demon called Imshael. So far she destroyed a lot of red lyrium, so that Varric can sleep at night, found some warden relics for Blackwall and hunted down dangerous apostates for Cassandra. Next stop is Imshaels hiedeout, but that will have to wait a few days, I'm saying good-bye for the weekend, the con is about to start and I will be there the next few days. Have fun Have fun! What city is the festival/convention in?

P.S. Has anyone any idea what happened to Domi? I came across her post in the MEA section and it said she's a deleted member? My only guess is that she stopped finding the experience on the forum to be positive. I know she was "defending" MEA and also her opinion that DAI sucked so much donkey poo. Could be she decided to take a break to get some of that good ol' perspective that distance gives you.

Huh? She deleted her account because she was disillusioned over Andromeda? Or angry that some people didn't like that game? Why delete the account?

(Deleting account just because there are people, who don't like a game so much, not too logical. And so many people likes this game here. I suppose not this was her reason.)

domi really likes MEA and wanted to gush about it which is kinda hard to do in the MEA forums when half the threads are about about people saying the game is crap and all you do is defending why you like the game (and BioWare games) in never ending arguments. She probably just felt the place wasn't a fan forum anymore.
Back on topic.
I started a new DAO playthrough a few days ago. A female Dalish rogue archer who doesn't trust Shems. I had a very amusing conversation with Leliana about how the Dalish have been treated by humans.
After Lothering, getting back an old Warden keep and finding a golem, the party set for the Circle Tower because there was some rumors (in Lothering) things were going bad there and I need mages to stop this Blight. After making it through the demon filled places, the mages were saved and recruited. Then we got ambushed by assassins while traveling around. I spared none of them. After some rest at the camp, the party is now ready to find more allies (Dalish or Redcliff?) or try to see if we can find some info about our not-darkspawns enemies in Denerim.
Some interesting things there. The Dalish origin is very "dammit BioWare" to replay after DAI revelations. Avernus's research stuff in Warden's Keep is all about foreshadowing Cory embracing the Taint. I still wonder how long it took them to clean up the Circle Tower too...it was quite messy.

I finished off the quests around Redcliffe Farms - set up the watch towers for Bron, and dealt with the demon-controlled wolves for Elaina. Master Dennet was recruited as an agent of the Inquisition.
Now that I'm level 10, and have 40 power, I figure I'm overdue to advance the story, so In Your Heart Shall Burn will be next.

My Dalish rogue Elf decided to go visit Ostagar before going to Denerim, killed a bunch of darkspawn, set fire to a dead king and looted some stuff. Then "on to Denerim"...for a life of pity crimes. I stole a bunch of nobles who never saw me coming, cleaned up a few crime scenes and became buddy with a Pirate Queen by beating her at cards. Also, I avoided a duel with a pesky knight. I still need to clean up a few back alleys, then I'll leave quietly the place to recruit more people to the cause of making me rich of course.
I forgot how much quests there was in Denerim. I think I got 20 side quests now, lol. Something super interesting about Return to Ostagar that I totally forgot about, the ruins below the Tower of Ishal are like the Brecilian (elven) ruins and there are "dwarven" sarcophagus in there *hint, hint, wink, wink*.

A massive flame war if ever there was one. I wonder if she deleted her account or was kicked off the board by moderators? I hope it's not the latter. Agree or disagree with her, her posts were always thoughtful.

I'm genuinely sorry to find out that domi has left the forum. I think the MEA forum had gotten ugly on both sides, but there are still plenty of positive discussions there if one wants them. Just started a new mage playthrough in Origins. Both my ps3 and ps4 went down recently and I've been without any Dragon Age in my life recently. I finally bought a backwards compatible ps3-price has dropped from 800 to 200-and started the new playthrough yesterday.

deadlydwarfDefinitely thoughtful or I wouldn't have engaged with her much. I was sad she hated DAI so much and couldn't understand her love of MEA, but in the end it's a preference and not a judgement on others. At least, from what posts of hers I read, I definitely didn't think her comments were an attack. MEA vs TW3? LOl yeah, that would be inciting. Not enough to get mod blocked I think. She'd have to get pretty darn nasty. Regardless- she is missed by multiple people. I saw goldengail leave for a couple weeks, then it seems she's back under another name? could be domi will be the same. I am not playing DA. And haven't for a couple weeks. My arms/neck have been really bothering me, to the point of seeking out Medical Assitance with doctors, so playing DA on my computer with keyboard and mouse is a no go for more than about 30 minutes. My other option is my PS3, as I am home, but I can't find my glasses to play my Brosca without squint induced headaches. alternatively, I could start a whole new game of DAI, but I'm getting my world states mixed by hopping around so much- prefer to finish what I started. Although, my 2nd husband started a Qunari to romance Sera, and watching him play a Qunari, I'm seeing the Qunari content I haven't seen yet and feeling a bit annoyed- I want to see it first! Though, gotta say, that moment when you walk into Val Royeux and that noble woman flinches and screams is downright friggen hilarious as a Qunari because it's so realistic to most people's reactions to the Qunari. My first PT, I was a human mage female and found it a bit odd rather than accurate. Dalish folks can make people afraid due to the human/elven clashes, but as a reaction to a human or dwarf, you think the lady is just a bit too sensitive.

I find the Orlesian noblewoman's reaction understandable if the Herald is either a mage, elf or qunari. A dwarf would be the same, because of the carta background too. But her reaction towards a human noble? Aside from the glowing hand, I think it's weird, because a human warrior and rogue aren't that scary. Unless you come up with your own backstory that they're more intimidating than just being the Herald of Andraste. The only DA related thing I'm doing is reading The Stolen Throne, my last book. I've read the novels in random order starting with Asunder, then Masked Empire, Last Flight, The Calling and now this one.

Was trying to make good screenshot of Hawke and this happened. Seriously, if looked at separately they're just normal screenshots, but when looked at one after another... Btw, in Act 3, my favourite act to do MotA (which I'm playing, like right now).

My DAO playthrough continue. I think I'm going to call this the "Dashing Dalish Rogue with questionable morales" playthrough.
Finally found some Antivan Crows to grill about their failed assassination, they kept saying they were just "middlemen" and offered me jobs instead. Which I accepted, I have no issues killing Shems for money. Then I left Denerim for Redcliff, did some stuff in the way there for Chantry and saved a few people from small Darkspawns raids. Once in Redcliff I had a sense of déjà vu (already did Broken Circle). Why does humans needs to go crazy and summons demons? Saying that, Shale wasn't surprised, I guess it happens all the time with Shems. After a nigh raid where most of the villagers died*, I was able to infiltrate the castle. Turns out the Arlessa is an idiot and her son now paid the price. Alistair wasn't happy with me. Now I'm being sent on some human related religion myth chasing. *sigh*. Everything to stop the Blight they say... Oh and Morrigan asked me to kill her mother looking all pitiful, she then had a conversation with Barkspawn about him faking being hurt to manipulate people and told me she knew it was fake because she does it too. I'm so not going to kill her mother.
*I'm really playing like crap, my party is Barkspawn, Alistair, Shale and my Archer rogue...but I don't feel like micro-managing much. The end result is hilarious, especially with Shale on Rock Mastery, throwing rocks and knocking back everyone all the time.

Well I think I hit ME burnout since the last three months between the trilogy and MEA that is all I have been playing. Strangely all these comparisons of MEA with DAI are making me want to play DAI again.

Strangely all these comparisons of MEA with DAI are making me want to play DAI again. I wanted more "Bioware games" after finishing MEA but didn't want to replay it right away. I was thinking of doing a DAI replay, but then I though about doing a full series replay instead. That's how the Dashing Dalish Rogue with questionable morales was born.
