What did you do today in DA? [Spoilers]

OK, we are going to try this.

Say hello to Kara Tabris, freshly woken from her sleep because she's running late for her wedding...

Interesting things in the City Elf origin is that the younger elves comes off as totally clueless about general history and the world despite not actually being locked up in the Alienage (we meet a family moving out after losing their appartment). And the way Mr. Tabris is talking, most of that cluelessness comes directly from most of the parents.

Anyway, Kara is a proud rogue like her mom. She wants to be a signer thought and have a pet (I'm planning of making her a Bard/Ranger).

Finished up the Storm Coast, recruited Iron Bull and the Chargers, then took a couple detours. First, to the Black Emporium to make a few tweaks of Tanith's face. Main thing was to reduce the blush color. Then went to the VR market to buy runestones. Was all excited until I got back to Haven and could only craft...2. I added a spirit rune to Tanith's staff and a fire rune to Cass' sword. I'm planning to use Cass, Varric, and Solas for the big party coming up.

I actually did in my current and recent paused PT. I always previously had Alistair wear it but the stat's were terrible. Thought maybe it was as I did it really early in the game.

The Anvil of the Void has so many unanswered questions. One thing is sure someone/something helped the Dwarves during the 1st Blight by sending "visions" to Caradin so he could find it. Then rich-people gotta rich-people and they abused it.

Seems Kara is a pretty popular name around here. SInce that is the name of my Inquisitor that I am running. It is a pretty good name though.

So speaking of Kara hit IN your Heart Shall Burn. Best quest ever. THough the wife was chatting up a storm doing it and her sense of humor was coming out of it. Even making me laugh. But there were so many and the scenes were supposed to be serious...like I do get it...but it can be a tonal whiplash when I have to deal with it. Even after playing this game so much. Confronting her on it she mentioned she has to get in while she can before the next one comes out and I start worshipping it or something.

In Your Heart Shall Burn is such an amazing quest in the end to. Kind of after the Avaar quest was curious to see how things was going to go and just a bit of a difficulty spike. Yet things weren't too difficult in the end, started off a bit rough with Cassandra getting a bit beat up from the beginning. But things balanced out in the end...and guard and arrier really helped out.

Also a really good opprotunity for some RP here. I do love everything about this and well...you get this I guess when you keep playing the same character and can refine the character but just how desperate she is to get the anchor off of her and just be done with the whole thing. She may have been talking a good game but Kara really just wanted to be done with things. Corypheus however does not take her up on the offer so her becoming Inquisitor and taking up the mantle really was an act of...well if there was no way out of it. Kind of became the leader she was destined to be by being dragged along with it. And her speech starting Inuisitor, Corypheus must be stopped, reflects that. Her answer to mother Giselle that Faith is not enough reflects that. Even her going in later to Inquisitor Ameridan reflects that in a way. But it is fascinating that despite this to she does rise to the challenge. She discovers family, friends, a love, and realizes her own leadership potential.

And well trying to figure out the other bit of RP and just how far I want to take it. I remembered I usually wait for awhile and discover a new land while 'waiting' for Hawke. Usually I go to the Emerald Graves for the usual level thing...but I have to wonder if me just going to the Black Emporium and then back counts. Also relevant since I forgot that the main mat for the Prowler Coat is Leather and not Metal...and I do not have a lot of tier 2 leather mats...so thinking of heading for the Emporium to hopefully buy what I need. Also gives me some headcanon room to have Harrit craft it.

Also lost Aden and Flissa.
