Ah Orlesians Hunting parties. Wyverns, dogs, nosy backtabbing nobles, Avvar cult, canapés with terribly fancy names and Tal-Vashoths. There was some Fereldens too, they looked bored, and good old Countess de Launcet complaining about Emile's "girlfriend" to Arys because she let it happens. To gain access to the castle faster, Arys simply killed the biggest meanest wyvern she managed to attract. By having Tallis make a fool of herself. It worked, so no complaining with the methods. Then an Orlésian Baron showed up saying it was his kill and that he paid to win the hunt. Arys just said she didn't know...but what a waste of money she thought. He was spanked an then Duke Prosper showed up asking what to do with him. Arys didn't care. Later in the day, spending quality time in the courtyard while trying to find a way inside, Arys talked to a few nobles. She also found caprice coins and threw them into the fountain, her mother always wanted to do that. It was slight pointless. In the end, they managed to get the key and go inside and silently moved pass guards to get to the vault. The vault where they got caught. And up to the dungeon they went. Oh and it turns out Tallis lied. Arys wasn't that surprised about it but still . There was no jewel, Tallis wanted to stop a Tal-Vashoth from selling something to the Orlesians. Something that could get a lots of people killed. All this time, Arys was only thinking about looting the vault. And eventually the opportunity presented itself. Isabela and Anders managed to find them too, somehow. The vault was trapped, but Arys managed her way to all the gold and treasure. This would fetch some nice return once back in Kirkwall, but they still had to leave the place. They tried the castle way, but the Duke had barred the way. Next was an underground cavern, where the Duke's bodyguard managed to block their way outside. He had brought pets, which were actually mages. Well at least none of them seemed crazy like the kind you find in Kirkwall. Once he was dealt with, fresh air was available and eventually many Tal-Vashoth showed up. Eventually, Arys managed to find where the Duke was dealing with their leader and interrupt, dramatically, the whole thing. Hawke had to admit, Orlesian were great with the dramatic too, with the way Leopold lunged on poor Salit. Then Prosper just attacked everyone, unless he made a terrible decisions to rush Arys standing right beside the cliff...and off he went. -------------------------------------------- Too bad I already had the Champion armor, I just sold the DLC version has the stats were inferior. Next I'm doing Legacy, I just have one main mission left for the main game. Should finish the game later today.

Nearing the end of Raelyn's playthrough
Today we continued on our way into the Deep Roads, killing darkspawn left and right, even meeting some members from the dwarven Legion of the Dead led by Kardol. Eventually found a member of Oghren's house who'd been corrupted by the darkspawn, she told Raelyn about the broodmothers...in a...less cheery way then one would've liked. The broodmother itself was quite formidable...and disgusting, and scary. Raelyn would always say that was her least favorite type of darkspawn to fight, the thought of becoming such a thing frightened her the most.
At any rate, the group eventually made their way into an area which was known as the Anvil of the Void, where Branka was waiting for them. From the moment she met her, Raelyn sensed something off about the dwarven paragon, who didn't seem very broken up over the fact her entire house was dead. Branka more or less ordered Raelyn to go through a trap filled maze designed by master smith Caridin himself, which Raelyn did because there was no other way out anyway. At the end of the maze they found their prize, the Anvil of the Void itself...as well as Caridin who'd been forged into a golem himself many years ago. Caridin pleaded with Raelyn and Shale to destroy the Anvil, but before she could decide Branka barged in behind them and demanded the anvil for herself. And though Oghren tried to persuade her otherwise, Raelyn decided to side with Caridin, which resulted in Branka's death. With her dead, Caridin forged a crown for Orzammar's next ruler, and Raelyn destroyed the anvil as promised.
The group then made their way back to Orzammar, where the Assembly was still bickering among themselves, though with Raelyn's return the stalemate could finally be finished. Raelyn granted the crown to Bhelen Aeducan, who gave her the dwarven troops she needed. Oghren officially joined the group and Raelyn presented some tracings she'd found in Caridin's fortress to the Shaperate.
Back on the surface the group made their way back to Redcliffe, got Sten's sword and then went up to the castle to inform Arl Eamon of their success. Eamon told them that while they were gone he'd recalled his forces to Redcliffe and had send word to other nobles in Ferelden to meet in Denerim for the Landsmeet. Thus the group traveled with Eamon to Denerim where they got a rather unpleasant welcome from Loghain and Arl Howe. Howe was responsible for a purge in the Alienage...something Raelyn wasn't going to let stand.
Raelyn and company then went into the city to do some minor side quests...and eventually got ambushed by the assassin Taliesin, apparently a former comrade of Zevran. Taliesin said if Zevran would return with him, he'd make up a story for Zevran's "desertion", however Zevran refused, and Taliesin was killed. With Taliesin dead, Zevran was finally free of the Crows, and wondered if he shouldn't move on. Raelyn told him if he wished to leave, he could...but in the end decided to stay.
This also became a turning point in their relationship, for Zevran felt himself confused with his newfound freedom as well as his increasing feelings for Raelyn. Raelyn tried to get him to talk about it, but he brushed her of several times...so for a time she just let it rest.
Raelyn then returned to Eamon's estate where an elven woman was waiting for them, she introduced herself as Queen Anora's handmaiden, and requested Raelyn's aid in freeing her from Arl Howe. Though Raelyn felt it was a trap, Eamon noted they didn't have much of a choice and so Raelyn relented.
After that we went around Ferelden a bit more, finishing up some side quests, and doing the companion quests for Wynne, Oghren and Shale. Informed Dagna of her admission to the Circle of Magi and various other nonsense.
Eventually also got Zevran’s final part of the romance, where he admitted his feelings for Raelyn and he gave her his earring (somehow I tend to get this part bugged, so I end up with two of them (well technically three, since I have a mod that also gives a wearable ring)
Ended the day by returning to Denerim, to which tomorrow I'll be doing the second to last part of the Crime Wave quests (still need to do the Tears of Andraste part) Rescue the Queen, get captured by Cauthrien (this time I'll have Raelyn and Alistair break out themselves ), do the Alienage quests and the Landsmeet as well. I'd hoped to finish today, but a few things got in between...ah well.

That's why I went HERESEY and gave the two-handed part to Blackwall and a S&B set to Bull. The former is still sturdy without all the shield stuff, and the latter doesn't die as quickly as a rogue ( ) when going for more defensive. 1) If you ever want to keep him as 2H, I'd suggest giving IB Horn of Valor with Fortifying Blast upgrade (set on priority), plus both guard generating taunts. Ignore Dragon Rage from his Reaver tree and he's actually pretty sturdy in this set-up. Horn of Valor with Fortifying Blast makes massive difference in his survivability. Just like giving Cole Poisoned Weapons with Leeching Poison upgrade (also priority). Trespasser really had some amazing new upgrades. 2) Duh. 3) As her best fleshy creature friend, she'd forgive me this one feathery companion. In exchange I'd present her with whole parrot population of Thedas. Who knows what these devils are plotting, so the sooner Shale gets to thinning their population, the better... 4) He even mentions how long he needed to study to learn what we mastered in such a short time after you pick RM 1) Hmm, my S&B Bull was built in the way you describe (mostly busy generating guard for the party early one), so I'll think about using this for 2h as well. Though Cole tends to get a bow in my games. 2) Well, one of the reasons I come to prefer Rift mage. I never noticed that quirk with the cooldowns beforehand, as Flash Fire is kinda expensive and underpowered, so I dropped it quickly (Fire Wall is better for repeated fear anyway). Not sure if Walking Bomb cancels itself if cast twice in succession. Any slow-projectile spells I missed?
3) Oh, yes, these are evil, especially their noises. *ouch* Still nothing against pidgeons though. I wonder how Shale would get along with Leliana after she started having all these creepy ravens. 4) Thinly- veiled longing of a dog for his ball. That's the same thing I did with DAI. My first Inquisitor was a Lavellan, and vaguely knew about that ridiculous WT OP chain befoerhand, so I unabashedly looked it up, after guessing right for the inital OP ("No, Cullen. We won't barge in there with a bunch of troops flying Chantry insginia." ) 1) To give Bioware some credit, I don't think they meant for the War Table Mission Chain with Clan Lavellan to be as easy to mess up as it was. They provide hints as to what to do on most of the War Table missions in it. They don't hint at all on the first one (I think they expected everyone to know how badly Cullen's suggestion would end) and the hints are pretty subtle on the second one (the only hint that Josephine's attempt to go to the Duke for help will fail is Leiliana's note on her suggestion that it's curious he'd let bandits this close to his lands at all.) But with the rest, if you read closely enough, you can tell which advisor's advice will kill your clan. Sometimes you don't even need to read closely: the advisor whose advice will save your clan will often tell you exactly why the other advisor's advice is a bad idea. Now, to moderate the credit I'm giving Bioware there, they seriously overestimated how closely everyone was going to read those: I used the wiki my first time through that War Table mission chain too, and only realized that Bioware had given enough hints to work it out by reading through the wiki later. They also probably should have made clearer just what the stakes of a wrong decision would be: people might have read more closely if they had. Still, my second time through that chain, I didn't need the wiki at all. 2) This is the second time he's given Thomas, who is a rogue whose companions don't let him choose their armor, mage robes. Unless he expects Thomas to sell them, I don't know what good he thinks these are going to do him. 1) Hmm... that's fair I guess. I think part of it is due to the quests being spread out over the entire game duration, so some might not remember or reload after hours of gameplay. I did that horrible post-Chargers-sacrifice OP chain exactly once, for the staff schematic.

2) Don't ask about bows when neither playing a rogue nor having Sebastian's DLC. Reminds me of Skyrim:

I love RM, but despite me (constantly) bitching about KE's Spirit Blade rework, it still holds special place in my heart because its connection to Arcane Warrior. Eh, I wish we could get AW instead. And I don't even mean DAO AW, but DAIMP AW. Cillian is great blend of both KE and RM, with some warrior passives thrown in for additional suvivability. 3) "Why the sister keeps so many feathery fiends around? Flesh creatures never learn..." 4)

So Arys found herself in the Vinmark Mountains again. This time because some carta tried to killer...and her sister insider her Warden's fortress. The trail leader them to a missing spot on the map. Varric said the place wasn't known to anyone. The rest of what happened is under Warden gag order. Strictly confidential Warden's business. Arys did managed to get a fine warden armor suit, this will allow you to disguise herself in town and not get accosted as "Champion" so much. A few days later thought, everything went down in flame in Kirkwall. Her sister was still in town and came to help. Anders added more oil to the fire. Arys killed him for what he did. In the end, Arys did found out who had bought the idol-that-make-people-crazy: Meredith. Lets not talk about how she went down, nobody would believe Arys if she told the story. In the end, Hawke, her sister and all their friends had to leave town. At least Arys had that nice Warden suit to blend in with her sister. ----------------- Done! I hate the last mission, too many fights with too many enemies and too long. I do like the Meredith boss fight thought. It's pure comic book insanity, but the statues are so well animated. Having Bethany with the Force Mage specialization made me wish I had made a mage. There are so many dialogues/scenes in the last part of the game and Legacy that come off as weird unless you played DAI. I killed Fenris. Happened because I didn't bother taking him along like ever, nor did his quests because of it. Somehow Merrill disappeared between Orsino and Meredith. She wasn't in the party, but Sebastian and Varric were still around for the last fight. Oh and I sided with the mages. Now I need to decide what I'm going to play in DAI. I was thinking Dwarven rogue, but I'm not sure.

I mean, sometimes it works, like Sera referring to Cullen as a jackboot and the translators turned it into "Knochenbrecher" (bonebreaker) for german, as that keeps the intended meaning. Often enough, they mess up, like translating "First" (of the Dalish) into "Prior" when referring to Lanaya , but calling Merrill an apprentice. DA2 fixed that fortunately. You play the German version, then? Do they change the Kaltenzhan's name in that translation? If not, I'd imagine it'd feel pretty weird. In DA2's defense, it isn't quite as bad about that as The Elder Scrolls can be. There are a lot of missions in DA2 where the reward varies by class and build in order to provide you with something you might actually use, and they bear your character class in mind when they drop the various armor sets. That does make the few cases where they drop the ball all the more jarring, but it's still better than TES, which doesn't even try. ------ Thomas Hawke got the sudden impression that the letter waiting on his desk might be important, so he handled it the way he always handles important things: he looked for something less important to do first. He sent for Fenris and Anders, and they and Merrill went to visit Gamlen. They passed Keran on the way: he was standing outside the Hanged Man wearing leathers, and he thanked Thomas for sparing him before reiterating his refusal to have anything to do with the Templar Order while Meredith still runs it. When Thomas got to his uncle's place, there was a note on his desk, about something called the "Gem of Keroshek." It said that the writer had information on the gem, and that they would grant it to Gamlen if he came alone to Darktown. And Gamlen, in an uncharacteristically harsh tone of voice, told Thomas to stay the hell away from that note. Thomas went up to Gamlen and asked what the Gem of Keroshek was, and was told it was nothing. Thomas said that it didn't sound like nothing: it sounded like a Gem, and a fancy enough one to have a name. And Gamlen said that he'd lost everything in pursuit of it: the family fortune, the mansion, and even his wife/girlfriend Mara (he wasn't clear on which.) The family's fall from grace makes slightly more sense now. Thomas said Gamlen should have put their money into something that might actually get a return on investment, and Gamlen immediately took issue with the idea that Thomas might have any claim on it. Fair enough. Thomas headed to the meeting in Darktown, because why not? He turned out to be meeting with a hireling who was supposed to pass on a note... but he'd read the note and realized there was a Gem, and now he wanted it. The henchgoon decided to kill Thomas instead of handing over the note... and that went as well as it was going to go. Merrill immediately froze all of them except for the two furthest to each side, and disabled the one on the farthest left with Horror. Most of the party dogpiled the one on the farthest right while Thomas finished the one on the left. Merrill threw out a Walking Bomb, and that situation resolved itself in short order. Thomas took the note. It was addressed to Gamlen, and it said to go to where his wallop mallet came from. Thomas had no idea what a wallop mallet was (although Anders said it sounded like the sort of thing only Gamlen could possibly own) and had to go back to Gamlen to ask about it. Gamlen said he hadn't actually played "wallop," which was presumably a game, since he was a child. He sadly remarked that that was the last time he was ever good at anything, and said that he still had the mallet on his wall. Thomas examined it, and it turned out to be made from... the vhenadhal in the Alienage. What the fuck? That's horrible. Well, just because one of the clues makes you mad doesn't mean the game isn't worth playing. Thomas headed over to the Alienage, and had a talk with the elf who'd informed him that the vhenadahl was one of the few things the city elves had to remind them that they were elves. And said elf... informed him (again) that the vhenadahl was one of the few things that reminded the city elves that they were elves. Okay? The party looked over the vhenadahl, and Merrill asked why anyone would make a wallop mallet (which is basically a child's toy) out of a tree so important. And the elf who'd informed her how important it was about a week before said that he'd been waiting for someone to ask about a wallop mallet: someone gave him a few coins to wait for someone to ask about wallop mallets near the vhenadahl, and give them a note. He was pretty vague about who they were... or rather, he couldn't tell them much. He could tell the person was human, but they all look the same to him. Kind of odd, considering that humanity's main distinguishing features are their figures and their ears, and you can't tell the latter from elven ears under a hood. The note was written on a shipping receipt for a specific crate in Smetty's Fish Warehouse. The note told Gamlen (who the note-taker clearly still assumed they were dealing with) to head to the Warehouse to find the Gem. Thomas got there, and first he looted every crate except the one he'd been told to, because he'd spent more than two-thirds of his money buying a stun-immunity ring for Anders a while back and money doesn't grow on trees. While he was there, he found a note from the Band of Three. The writer said that another chamber had recently been found and looted, and that even the fences knew something special had happened. One of them even said he'd sold a copy of the Fell Grimoire. The writer found that incredible because the Fell Grimoire is just a legend, but believable because the legend is so poorly known that he was pretty sure the fence didn't know to tell such a lie. Wait, are we talking about the Fell Grimoire, or a Fell Grimoire? I've heard Fell Grimoires come in six-packs in this town. Also, Thomas could swear he'd seen a Fell Grimoire in the dwarven ruin under Darktown. Tarohne had it, and it was guarded by a demon so much stronger than Tarohne herself was that Thomas wasn't sure it answered to her. Could Thomas have already solved the problem the Band of Three were looking for? No, surely not: that demon was ridiculously powerful, but not powerful enough to be worth a thousand deaths a year for centuries. Anyway, Thomas opened the last crate: the one he'd come for... and it was full of toxic gas. The party stumbled away from it as some mercenaries entered, surprised nobody there was Gamlen. Thomas and Company slaughtered the mercenaries who'd poured in, while trying to avoid the toxic gas... mostly successfully. They each got enough of it that Anders needed to cast Aid Allies, and between that and the mercenaries Thomas needed an actual Heal, but they all kept their feet. And anyway the gas was gone by the time the first wave was all down. Then the second wave came in, because of course it did. Their archers did enough of a number on Fenris that he could have used a Heal... but that was still on cooldown. Still, Fenris took down the archers, with some help from Thomas. And soon the mercenaries were all dead, and Thomas was ready to read the next note. It turned out to be orders to take Gamlen alive, to some caves near the Bone Pit. Anders said this was starting to sound like a bad romance. Maybe Mara's back? And she wants Gamlen's love and revenge? Well, whatever. Thomas said it was time to end this charade. The party entered the caves and were attacked by corpses pretty much immediately. Is Mara a blood mage? But that wouldn't explain the spiders that came as the second wave. The group slaughtered their way through the usual cave monsters, and came across a woman. Not surprising, since the best suspect for this is Gamlen's ex. She said that she was surprised Gamlen hadn't come himself for something like this, and addressed Thomas as "cousin?" Anders and Thomas were both surprised to find that Thomas had a cousin... or, one they knew about, anyway: half the nobility in Kirkwall's probably related to him. Charade wasn't surprised to find that Gamlen had never told Thomas about her. She wasn't even sure he knew she existed... ... and then the conversation was interrupted by a man named Veld storming up to them and seeking vengeance for his dead brother Mekel. Thomas reacted with the tact and grace he is so well known for... which is to say, he asked what a mekel was. Apparently, Mekel was this woman's employee, and this other mercenary's brother. They'd gotten a desire for the Gem Charade had, and Veld insisted that Charade hand it over so that his brother hadn't died for nothing. Right, throw your good life after his bad one. Right this way... Thomas and Company sent Veld off after his brother, and Thomas and Charade got some family time. They conversed about how Gamlen had driven off Charade's mother Mara by obsessively seeking the Gem of Keroshek (which Charade had since found) and how Charade's mother was pretty sure he hadn't even noticed she was gone. That's a far cry from the impression Thomas got asking Gamlen about the note. Charade had set up the game Thomas had played trying to see how far Gamlen would go for something he wanted, figuring the Gem would likely get his attention. Thomas wound up suggesting Charade approach Gamlen and say who she was, rather than continue playing games. Charade agreed to do so. Thomas later arrived at Gamlen's estate, and the two had apparently had a long conversation about wasted time and ancient regrets. Charade left to go about her business, but agreed to visit often. And Gamlen tried to give a fatherly farewell... although he hadn't had any practice at it. Gamlen saw Thomas in the doorway, and said that he and Charade had gotten off to a good start. He said that he didn't say this often enough, but that he was glad Thomas was party of the family. He also said that, notwithstanding how well this meddling episode had ended, Thomas could stay out of his business from here on out.

Finished vanilla DAI with Lukas.
Headed to Arbor Wilds to chase after Coryface. Ended up fighting templars and weird elves. After making their way to the Temple of Mythal, Lukas decided to follow Morrigan's advice and activate the magical stones to gain entry rather than trying to fight through who knows what. That seemed to work as the temple guardians allowed them passage to where Samson was headed, something called the Well of Sorrows. Dagna's rune did its thing so Lukas and team were able to render Samson unconscious. As for the Well.....well, since the guardian Abelas seemed to tacitly approve of Lukas drinking it over Morrigan, Lukas decided he would (quite literally) take the plunge. They managed to escape through another eluvian just a Corypheus showed up. (Oddly enough, Morrigan didn't bother me too much this PT. Maybe because it's been so long since I last played the game, or maybe because not playing an elf?)
Back at Skyhold Lukas learned from the Well's voices how to defeat Cory: defeat his dragon first. Simple enough if they only had the dragon to worry about but not while also fighting off Cory. They would need some help, which just happened to come in the form of Morrigan's mother, who is also Mythal! The very same Mythal that Lukas just bound himself to by drinking the well. Uh, whoops? She pointed him to a far off altar where he should summon and master a dragon. Win and gain a one-time ally; lose and, well, don't lose. He summoned the dragon and fought it to a standstill, then communed with it somehow using the magic of the well. The dragon flew off but Lukas was certain it would come when he called it.
Before heading back to Skyhold, the group made a quick trip to the Forbidden Oasis to open two more doors (final Spirit and Cold) and also tackle the spider cave after tracking down the lone miner in the area.
At Skyhold there was time for one more quick talk with everyone. Lukas made sure Leliana knew she had his support for Divine. Cassandra pledged to stand by his side till the end, despite their rocky beginning. Finally, it was time for the final showdown. Corypheus was apparently so desperate he was now trying to reopen the breach so off the team headed to stop him once and for all. (I took Cass for this fight since it's so jarring to see her in the cutscene if she isn't on the squad). Cory was so overwhelmed he didn't even trash talk anyone. Then, it was over. Lukas used the stolen orb to fully repair the breach, which left it completely drained of energy. (I still think it would have been recoverable if Cory's magic holding everything aloft wasn't suddenly gone and the mountain didn't fall back down on it, causing it to shatter.)
There was no bigger party in Thedas than the one at Skyhold celebrating the Inquisition's victory. As for what comes next:
Blackwall will join the Wardens for real Cass will rebuild the Seekers Leliana will be Murder Pope Divine
Dorian will eventually head back to Tevinter Varric will write a book, and also help rebuild the Free Marches Sera, Iron Bull, and Cole will stick around for the time being
Cullen and Josephine will take a breather and then get back to Inquisition work Lukas is going to sleep for a week and then decide what needs his attention first
As for me, I skipped Hissing Wastes and will not be doing JoH either this PT (Marcus is in Frostback Basin so I'll finish that up in his game instead). I left most dragons unhunted (only killed 2, plus Cory's), and some collections uncollected. Will be moving on to Trespasser next session.

Eventually also got Zevran’s final part of the romance, where he admitted his feelings for Raelyn and he gave her his earring (somehow I tend to get this part bugged, so I end up with two of them (well technically three, since I have a mod that also gives a wearable ring) 2) That's why you got two ears. 1) heh as I said before, I only once did the sneak through method for the achievement...all other times I've done the "waltz in kill everyone inside" method
2) I head canon Zevran wears the other one so they have a matched set

The Descent. I took my usual The Descent team - Blackwall, Varric and Dorian. I was thinking about taking Cassandra in Blackwall's place, but then I remembered I really, really want Champion down there. I had no problem locating all gears this time around and mugs are easy, so no need for external help. Before getting to darkspawn waves in Ruins of Heidrun Thaig I swapped my Pull of the Abyss for Dispel. I'm usually ok with only one Dispel on Dorian, but I felt like it could be more useful that PotA in this particular place. I got lucky and Stonefist'ed one of the emissaries from the edge. Damn, I love this spell. Then it was time to get below Deep Roads and let upgraded Aegis of the Rift shine. You really don't feel how useful it is until you play ranged. Few things are more satisfying than hearing rebounding projectiles. Renn's death was sad as ever. I really liked that dwarf and wished we could talk about dragons a bit more... Between battles and gear collecting, the always glorious meeting with the Nug King took place. It might be cheesy, but I love it The team had little troubles with Sha-Brytol battles, but the Guardian... I thought as ranged I'd have easier time, but that rocky little shit kept catapulting Aien from the platform. After 3rd time I just gave up on trying to regain my health with pots, because this pt I decided to use Sigil of Deathroot on Aien (+10% damage, -50% healing bonus) and pots were less effective. I'd rather leave them to party memebers that are not constantly catapulted over the edge and just try to survive with guard and barrier till next inevitable flight Surprisingly no deaths this time, but tbh I'd prefer reviving festival over whatever my poor Inquisitor had to go through this time. Seriously, it's not first ranged Inquisitor I dragged through this DLC, but first time the Guardian was so mean Next, Trespasser.

Just finished up Origins, which was pretty straight forward
did some last few side quests, rescue Queen Anora (get betrayed by her to Cauthrien), get thrown in prison and escape with Alistair. Back at the estate, chew out Anora and refuse to lend her aid to let her keep her throne. Went to the Alienage, cleaned out the slavers and saved Raelyn's people. Helped Ser Otto (may he R.I.P. ) clear out the demons investing the orphanage, and then do the second to last part of crime wave.
Harden Alistair after giving him Duncan's shield (just in time for the Landsmeet), head to the Landsmeet chambers and kill Cauthrien. Do the Landsmeet and lay out the evidence against Loghain (I hate how you can present all of it and only get 3 occasions...and also hate how you can point out the slavery part but no one does anything about it bastards). Get betrayed by Anora again but this time had enough points to get everyone on our side. Had Alistair duel Loghain, who executed him afterwards. Alistair became King, and Anora was imprisoned just in case.
Did the last part of Crime Wave ( Raelyn: I'm the Dark Wolf now ), then headed over to Redcliffe. Cleared out Redcliffe, got Riordan's talk and persuaded Alistair to do the Dark Ritual. Headed back to Denerim, said our farewells and went on a murderous rampage throughout the city killing darkspawn left and right. My team at the gates was an interesting one this time around, since it only had warriors in it .
Killed the Archdemon (this time around Raelyn got the final shot in, last time Alistair did), and took the Bann of the Alienage boon. Everyone went on their way except Zevran who remained with Raelyn.
Interestingly the companion approval was somewhat different this time around.
Also I loved the ending slides this time around...even more so then last time (mostly because this time around I had one slide that said "dragon frying and eating pilgrims" ) Before > After
Zevran: 100 > same Fuzzball: 100 > same Morrigan: 100 > same Wynne: 100 > 71 Sten: 100 > same Leliana: 90 > 91 Shale: 85 > 89 Alistair: 82 > 81 Oghren: 73 > 100 Going to get started with Awakening in a bit as well

My DAI plans: Plan #1:- male Rogue/Warrior Dwarf - I might try to romance Dorian or Josephine...the issue here is called Cassandra. - Love money and being paid for doing things (being Inquisitor comes with a paycheck right???) Plan #2:- mage, most probably a female Elf (who can't stand Solas) unless I can't stand their tiny body (I can't stand their tiny body, but installed a mod) - romance Josephine (that's what I said the last time, ended up with Sera somehow. I don't like Cullen/Iron Bull, Blackwall is too old and my character is planned to hate Solas.) - will bring Cole and Cassandra everywhere. 4th slot will probably be revolving for a while. Plan #1 was my original plan when I started the "mercantile rogues" PTs, but I'm kinda feeling like doing #2 right now which is another PT I had planned with a Dalish mage who can't stand Solas. My issues with #1, is that I don't really feel any of the Rogue specializations and if I go Warrior I'll just do Templar again. My issues with #2, I can only play KE mage and that's my last DAI PT (Qunari KE mage, she was awesome!!!). Anyway, off to spend hours in the character creator...

Thomas Hawke headed back to his mansion, selling some stuff he had no use for to the Lowtown Armorer along the way.
Bodhan informed him that there was a new letter on his desk, but he felt like he should check with Sandal to make sure everyone's equipment was fully runed first.
It was.
Thomas headed to the writing desk and found that his newfound cousin had already sent him a letter about speaking with Gamlen. How exactly did she have time to write it and send it that quickly?
All Gamlen has said about Thomas is "you've heard it all from the town criers." But she's sure some of that stuff is ridiculous; she asked if Thomas had beaten the Qunari leader in a fistfight (no, he didn't do anything remotely that stupid) if he was sleeping with the Captain of the City Guard (he would like to assure both Donnic and Merrill that their relationship is nothing like that,) and if he'd really slain a dragon in Darktown. (Not that exact combination, but he's slain a high dragon, and you'd be amazed what was lurking in Darktown.)
She wanted the real truth, and she was willing to trade incriminating stories about Gamlen for it.
Tell me more!
Anyway, he saw the letter he'd tracked her down to distract himself from... and he was right: it was important. Orsino said Meredith had finally gone too far.
Shit, he probably shouldn't have put that off so long.
He grabbed Aveline, Anders, and Merrill and headed over... only to find out that he'd put it off too long. A mage ran up to him and said that Orsino and Meredith had gotten into a particularly serious fight, and that Orsino had gone to bring the Grand Cleric into it. Meredith ran off after him, and the mage was afraid there would be blood.
To quote Anders: "Sometimes you just know trouble is coming."
Thomas told the mage to take the party to them. They caught up just as the Knight-Commander and First Enchanter had reached the courtyard under the Chantry.
The Knight-Commander was insisting that she be allowed to search the Circle top to bottom. The First Enchanter was refusing, and threatening to drag the Grand Cleric into it.
Thomas thought they looked like such a cute couple, and said as much.
Orsino tried to draw Thomas into the argument. Meredith tried to keep him out of it, saying it wasn't his business, but Orsino revealed that he was there at Orsino's request.
Thomas figured it was pointless, but he tried to reason with Meredith anyway: he said that Meredith and Orisno were both setting bad examples for their people (even though he didn't blame Orsino anything like as much as he blamed Meredith) and when Meredith asked for an explanation, and cited the horrible abuses mages have committed, he said that she couldn't put those horrors on all mages.
The situation seemed to be calming down very slightly when Anders stepped forward to revile both leaders: he said that Meredith was a tyrant, and that those who were supposed to be leading the mages were bowing down before her.
Has Anders missed all of Orsino's attempts to keep Meredith under control?
He then said that it was too late for peace...
... and red light started to leak from the Chantry, which disassembled itself and briefly formed a stone tornado before flying off in multiple directions.
Thomas couldn't see anything organic in that blast, but he still didn't like the chances of anyone who was caught in it.
Orsino asked what Anders had done, and he'd said that he'd removed the choice of compromise, because there was no possible compromise.
Knight-Commander Meredith declared that the Grand Cleric had been slain by magic, and that she had no choice but to invoke the Right of Annulment.
Yes she did? This guy was never part of the Circle. It sounds more like she'd finally gotten a pretext, and figured that only person nearby who could tell her not to use it was dead.

Thomas let him have it for this, and then turned back to Meredith and tried to talk her down. It didn't work: Meredith claimed that the people would want blood even if she didn't want the Annulment, as if they couldn't be appeased, and as if she hasn't been ignoring the people all Act anyway. And she pressed Thomas to choose: help the Annulment, or hinder it.
Fenris saying he should go along with it was less of a shock than Thomas would have liked. Aveline saying he should help the Knight-Commander handle this chaos, when much of it was the Knight-Commander's fault, was more of one. Nobody else liked the idea of helping the Annulment on. That was no shock.
And it shouldn't have shocked anyone that Thomas wasn't keen on helping Annul his sister.
Fenris and Aveline voiced their objections to Thomas's choice. Surprisingly, Varric did too: he thought Thomas was walking into a fight even he couldn't win. (To be fair, Varric wasn't there for the high dragon.)
Meredith gave him one chance to change his mind. But since she didn't think to bribe him with "I'll let you keep Bethany," there wasn't much chance of that working.
The rest of the gang joined in, with varying degrees of reluctance, except for Anders... who sat out what came next on a crate a good distance away.
Meredith told her goons to slow Thomas down while she went to pass on the order to begin the Annulment.
(I hadn't seen Meredith's goon squad behind her in any of the Youtube videos I'd seen of this scene, so I'd always wondered why Hawke didn't just murder Meredith right then and there to make sure the order never came. I still think he might have pulled it off, but the railroading isn't nearly as bad as I'd thought.)
Thomas helped the rest of the party put down the templars, and Orsino said he needed to head back to the Gallows to rally the mages to resist. He decided to let Thomas decide what would become of Anders.
Thomas walked over to the crate, and Anders said there was nothing Thomas could say to make him regret his actions that he hadn't already told himself.
Thomas asked if this had been Justice's idea. Anders said that Justice was so thoroughly merged with Anders that there was no difference between them.
He also said that this was the Justice all mages were hoping for, and that if it cost him his own life, at least Justice would be free.
Thomas asked the gang what he should do.
Fenris said it was easy: Anders clearly wanted to die, and Thomas should help him out with that.
Varric only said that he was sick of mages and templars.
Merrill said that he should come along to help undo what he'd done... which made sense, and also gave me a roleplaying excuse for sparing my healer's life even though he'd just tried to sentence my sister to death. (The metagame reason I'm letting him live is that I haven't fought Corypheus yet: otherwise I'd make a backup save before this decision to see if I couldn't do this without him. Fuck this guy for using Bethany as a sacrificial pawn.)
Thomas told Anders to come along: if he was going to die, he was going to die trying to fix what he'd broken.
Anders couldn't believe he was being given this chance (probably because Thomas was being remarkably generous) and immediately moved to help protect the mages from Meredith.
Thomas picked Aveline, Anders, and Merrill to walk with him to the Circle.
Lowtown was on fire as they passed through it: Anders dropping the Chantry on the city seemed to have caused a lot of damage. Thomas looted saved some goods from the market as they passed through it, and they eventually came to a mage who was cornered by three templars who were telling her to stop resisting.
She seemed to be as much warning them as begging for her life. The templars said the law was clear... and the mage started levitating and turned into an abomination.
Thomas hit the abomination with Pinning Shot, and then hit the templars and the abomination's demon backup with Miasmic Flask. Merrill froze them all on top of it. And from there the fight went entirely the party's way.

1) Hmm, my S&B Bull was built in the way you describe (mostly busy generating guard for the party early one), so I'll think about using this for 2h as well. Though Cole tends to get a bow in my games. 2) Well, one of the reasons I come to prefer Rift mage. I never noticed that quirk with the cooldowns beforehand, as Flash Fire is kinda expensive and underpowered, so I dropped it quickly (Fire Wall is better for repeated fear anyway). Not sure if Walking Bomb cancels itself if cast twice in succession. Any slow-projectile spells I missed?
3) Oh, yes, these are evil, especially their noises. *ouch* Still nothing against pidgeons though. I wonder how Shale would get along with Leliana after she started having all these creepy ravens. 4) Thinly- veiled longing of a dog for his ball. 1) I feel bad for changing companions default weapons For example Sera - despite me liking Tempest way more as dw than archer - always keeps her bow. 2) I don't think you missed anything? I love RM, but despite me (constantly) bitching about KE's Spirit Blade rework, it still holds special place in my heart because its connection to Arcane Warrior. Eh, I wish we could get AW instead. And I don't even mean DAO AW, but DAIMP AW. Cillian is great blend of both KE and RM, with some warrior passives thrown in for additional suvivability. 3) "Why the sister keeps so many feathery fiends around? Flesh creatures never learn..." 1) No remorse here. I. Gave. Varric. Daggers. Once. Both in DA2 and DAI. 2) Yeah. KE is chantry-themed Rip-off. I refuse to use the name off the web. 3) These are all target practice. Wait... does the stuff on Cullen's coat count as feathers? What about orlesian fashion? Now I would want to see Shale on a rampage in ValRoy. All the blood would make a nice contrast to the bright colours and gold.
1) Hmm... that's fair I guess. I think part of it is due to the quests being spread out over the entire game duration, so some might not remember or reload after hours of gameplay. I did that horrible post-Chargers-sacrifice OP chain exactly once, for the staff schematic.
Plus some of the already vague descriptions being messed up by translators. I mean, sometimes it works, like Sera referring to Cullen as a jackboot and the translators turned it into "Knochenbrecher" (bonebreaker) for german, as that keeps the intended meaning. Often enough, they mess up, like translating "First" (of the Dalish) into "Prior" when referring to Lanaya , but calling Merrill an apprentice. DA2 fixed that fortunately. 1) You play the German version, then? Do they change the Kaltenzhan's name in that translation? If not, I'd imagine it'd feel pretty weird.2) In DA2's defense, it isn't quite as bad about that as The Elder Scrolls can be. There are a lot of missions in DA2 where the reward varies by class and build in order to provide you with something you might actually use, and they bear your character class in mind when they drop the various armor sets. That does make the few cases where they drop the ball all the more jarring, but it's still better than TES, which doesn't even try. 1) No, it is the same. I was quite amused at first. Though it sounds weird gramatically. I'd probably called her just "Kaltzahn" (coldtooth) instead. Kaltenzahn is more like "coldentooth". 2) As far as I'm aware, the Act-specific armour sets are class specifc as well as the Bassrath-Kata weapon. Perhaps better to not recruit the dude at all as a City elf and just smear him across the Landsmeet halls. 2) How did you pull that off? Morri, Wynne, Zevran, Leliana... if you still had them all, that's too many non-warriors for the main party. 3) Haha, good girl, both of you. ...the issue here is called Cassandra. amusing both in and taken out of context. If you go with the elf, make sure to rub Solas into the face how much Lavellan is annoyed by his "you people shit, but you different" schtick.

That's good. I guess DAO does not really allow to change player/party morphs during the game? Companion morphs (and other NPC morphs) can be changed anytime during the game - you just need to completely close the game, switch out the morph, then relaunch the game. I'm doing it all the time during my current playthrough(s) with the ladies in the party. I saw somewhere that there is a way to change player morphs, but I think it involves editing game files and the further you get in the game the harder it is to do and the more likely to break something.

My DAI start(s). The good news, I have a male dwarf look I like and I can easily reproduce it. The bad news, I'm still playing around trying classes, almost thinking of trying that "dwarf mage" mod as I really prefer mage over rogue at early levels. I have 425 hours to the counter on the game. Most of it was spent in the character creator and the repeat of the first 4 hours of the game... Maker helps me! Now, I also got an elven mage, but I don't like her face... And I missed the Cassandra/Leliana dynamic so much.

Between that and the fact that you can give weapons you can't use to your companions (if not armor,) DA2's doing a lot better than most TES games do. As for TES trying to do the same thing, it wouldn't need to be tied to class: they could just look up which of your weapon skills is highest. Or they could do more quests where you get to pick which weapon you're rewarded with. (They do it once that I know of: if you tell Dram Bero where to find the lost ebony mine south of Balmora, he offers you one daedric weapon of your choice. He's got a good enough variety that unless you do unarmed or Destruction, he's probably got you covered.) ---- Thomas Hawke kept going through what was left of Lowtown, and came to a desire demon surrounded by abominations. True to form, the abominations swarmed while the desire demon stood back. Since the abominations are supposed to be possessed mages, you'd think we'd see more magic from them. Aveline used Taunt to stop them from getting past her to the squishier party members, and Thomas tossed out a Miasmic Flask to keep her relatively safe. The party started slaughtering abominations using a combination of Thomas's arrows, Aveline's strength, and Merrill's Walking Bomb. They mostly ignored the desire demon until most of the abominations were down. Then Thomas hit the desire demon with Mark of Death, and he and Anders blasted at it while Aveline and Merrill finished off the few remaining abominations. The desire demon was dead before Aveline and Merrill could join in beating on it. But none of these creatures had anything more valuable than a few silvers. They kept looting walking through Lowtown until they came to a line of mages standing against a line of templars. Thomas tossed a Miasmic Flask down to shift the odds in the right side's favor, and Merrill ran up past the mage line to Cone of Cold a few of them too. Between Thomas's arrows and the small army of mages, none of the templars lasted long. Then a second wave of archers came in behind the party, and a Templar Lieutenant came in from the front. Well, Thomas killed the archers himself, and then helped the rest of the party with the lieutenant. As far as Thomas could tell, none of the mages he'd intervened to protect had died. And they were all pretty thrilled to have been saved by The Champion. So that's a badly needed ego boost. Thomas continued past them to make sure Gamlen and the Alienage were all right. But both the square Gamlen lived in and the Alienage were locked off by wrought-iron gates. Huh, I guess the one blocking access to Gamlen's neighborhood must have been installed after the Qunari riot to make sure nobody else could invade it. Anyway, Thomas couldn't tell if Gamlen was all right, but the Alienage looked okay. So Thomas continued towards the docks as a waypoint to the Gallows. On his way down the stairs to the docks, Merrill noted that the city was falling apart. Elthina was right about one thing: no matter who wins this war, the common folk have already lost it. Thomas kept walking down the tunnel-stairs, and it was night by the time he came out into the docks. He saw a woman in mage robes kneeling in front of the giant statue of a templar standing on the Arishok's head. A devout mage, conflicted about having to resist templars? Presumably not, since she immediately summoned a small army of shades as a Pride Demon trooped in to reinforce her. Why is she attacking? You'd think if she were aligned with the Circle, she'd back Thomas up, and if she wasn't she'd either make a quick temporary alliance or just sit the whole thing out. Thomas immediately hit her with Pinning Shot so she couldn't interfere with their attempts at putting down the shades. And then the suck started. There were a lot of shades. Merrill immediately froze most of them, but some were outside the AoE. And then the Pride Demon closed with Anders after he'd used up all his own healing trying to keep the party afloat. He wound up needing a potion. At least the blood mage wasn't a problem. Merrill hit her with Horror before she could take the arrow out of her knee, and Thomas put a few more arrows in her before she could shake that.
Then it was back to the demons. It actually came as a relief when the Pride Demon left Anders for Merrill: blood mages are less squishy than healers. So Thomas hit it with Mark of Death, and the whole party dogpiled it. It went down. Then they just mopped up the few remaining shades, and got looting moving.

So I fixed my Elven mage face at the Emporium, but while talking with Leliana at her tent I had the "I died" speech which means it's not the right world that was loaded. Arrrggghhhh! I forgot to export it....

Thomas Hawke found one last note from the Band of Three at the Docks. The writer said that the companion who'd survived the prior blood mage attack had died when they raided the point in Kirkwall with the thinnest Veil, and that the writer was now alone. They still didn't know why the Tevinters had gone to as much trouble as they had to weaken the Veil... but the last survivor no longer thought that was worth finding anyway. They intended to go back, even though they'd been injured in the last battle, and destroy all the evidence they could of the answer they sought. Because Maker help Thedas if anyone ever did figure out what was going on here. Well, Thomas was still wondering if Tarohne already had, but he'd put paid to her long ago. He kept on trying to loot explore the district, but not too far east of the note, he found a barricade burning so hot that he couldn't get past it, even trying to go around it. He went west, but found a barricade there too. Well, noplace to go but the actual docks, and from there to the Gallows. The party silently boarded a boat and disembarked. They rode in silence until they touched down at the Gallows. When they got there, Orsino was still holding against the templars well enough that Meredith hadn't broken through yet. He tried to get her to revoke the Right of Annulment, even vowing to help her search the tower as she'd demanded to do, but all she said was that she'd "entertain a surrender." Considering that that probably still meant everyone would be executed, there was no way that was a better move than making her and her men bleed for this. Thomas said he'd been hoping for a happy ending. Meredith realized that he was here to fight, and said that he'd die with the Circle. She left, saying the rest of the Templar Order was on its way. I really think now would have been a great time to put an arrow in Meredith. It could hardly make things worse, and maybe Cullen would be more inclined to see reason. Anyway, the templars withdrew, and the mages withdrew too. Orsino said now would be a good time to say goodbyes. Alain said... something about how horrible this was? I honestly don't remember. Anders said thanks for letting him live: he honestly hadn't expected that. (Thank the final boss of the next game: I kept you alive to fight him, buddy.) Bethany said that she wasn't sure any of them were going to make it, and that she wasn't going to let either of them die before she told her brother she loved him. She said that her only regret was that they hadn't saved Carver, and that the Maker was wiser than they could ever be. Thomas retorted that the Maker just liked seeing them squirm, and Bethany retorted that she couldn't believe that: The Maker was wise and loving, and this injustice was the work of men. He'd make a better world, whether or not any of them got to see it. Aveline said that she was probably going to lose her job over this, but that she still didn't doubt Hawke... much. Fenris said that he was probably going to die defending mages... but Thomas reminded him they'd seen worse. Fenris admitted that, and said that the one bit of good luck he'd ever had was meeting Thomas. Varric asked if Thomas was nervous. He conceded that yes, he had to be: he'd have to be an idiot not to realize this was dangerous as hell. Merrill shared a sweet moment with her beloved, while Isabela kept her eyes straight forward. (Really? You don't want to watch?) Emile de Launcet said this was all Thomas's fault for sending him back? Buddy, you would not have survived out in the big bad world. If all I did was give you one more week of life, at least I did that! Thomas remarked that he expected Isabela to be halfway to Tevinter by now. She retorted that all you have to do is make off with one precious relic and you never hear the end of it. Isabela said that she couldn't leave: she owed Thomas for sticking up for the Arishok for her. And Thomas broke his pattern of sarcasm to say that he had to do that after she came back to help him. The goodbyes thus completed, Thomas told Orsino he was ready for the battle to start. Thomas told Aveline, Merrill, and Anders he planned to directly micromanage them during the coming fight. Then he gave orders to the rest of the party that basically boiled down to telling them what they're good at, and to do that. You know, as if they didn't already know that much. He finished up by saying that he's pretty sure they could fight harder scared than the templars could angry, and that he was buying drinks when this was over. And then the templars pushed through. Thomas couldn't see the fight where the templars pushed through the mages guarding the hallway leading the chamber they were standing in, but given how long it didn't take, he's pretty sure the mages didn't set up any actual formation or even any plan for pushing the templars back. They might have done a little better if they had. The first wave of templars pushed through to the chamber where the party was waiting, and walked right into Merrill's Cone of Cold. The party had no problem finishing the job there. Thomas had to note that Bethany was doing a really good job fighting in her... strapless ballgown. (How was that even staying on?) The second wave arrived, and the party started picking them off. The last one to die was a templar lieutenant, right by the door. Thomas was about to loot the body when Orsino got his attention by mourning five dead mages in the middle of the room. How'd that happen? Thomas was pretty sure he'd kept the templars occupied. Orsino said he couldn't take it any more, and Thomas said it was a bit early to give up: they hadn't even taken a shot at Meredith yet. Orsino said he wasn't giving up, he was giving in. He mentioned "Quentin's research?" Apparently it was too dangerous, so he'd put it aside, but now he saw there was no other choice. Who the hell even was this Quen...? ... you son of a bitch. Five templars entered just as Orsino was slitting his wrist and promising to show Meredith the blood magic she so wanted to see. No wonder he didn't want to help search the tower until the Annulment wound up on the table. I wonder how much good faith was behind his offer to help do it? The mage corpses merged with Orsino's still living body to form I don't even know what. What I do know is it went berserk, and couldn't tell friend from foe. The surviving mages fled as the fight started. One can only hope they found some way around the templars, but I don't see how that's possible. Merrill turned around and froze the few templars in the room with Cone of Cold before finishing them with Fireball. That problem was handled, now on to the main event. Fenris, Aveline, and Isabela closed with the Orsino-thing to beat on it, while Thomas Marked it for Death. It took a surprising amount of killing: maybe if he'd done that in front of the templars, this would have been a net gain. While this was going on, Anders tried to loot the templar lieutenant who'd gone down just before Orsino did... whatever the hell he'd done. But there was a magical barrier in the way. And then once they finally thought they'd put it down, the Orsino-thing's head came off and it started bouncing around the battlefield. The party beat that down too, but it fled the field, and some corpses materialized and drew bows. The party handled them (like some undead are really a challenge at this point) and the head came back. The party beat it some more and it retreated again. This time, one of the corpses that materialized out of nowhere was an Arcane Horror. Thomas hit it with Pinning Shot, and the rest of the party dogpiled it. When it died, they took out the rest of the corpses. The head came back, and walked right into another beating. The head retreated again, summoning more corpses including another Arcane Horror. Well, Pinning Shot was still on cooldown, unfortunately, but he Marked the Arcane Horror for Death and the rest of the party beat it back into the dirt. Then they handled the rest of the corpses again. The head came back, and the party beat it into the ground again, before it finally merged back with the rest of the Orsino-thing. Then they beat on that for a while. Eventually, Thomas had to jump on the Orsino-thing, stab it in the eye with the murderknife, and tear its head off and stomp on the head. That's what it took to put that thing down. Man, if only Orsino had waited until the only things in front of the monster were templars before he created it, it might have actually done something. Bethany didn't understand why he'd done it at all. Anders said it was an act of desperation. He'd know about doing stupid stuff out of desperation, right? The barrier was down, and Thomas continued out of the chamber and into the hallway. And he finally looted that templar lieutenant.

Thanks for clearing this up. I was kinda confused as I read that pre-placed NPCs (and loot in chests) are generated when the area is first entered, so face switch would only work for places never entered before. In case of the player, one might just take a custom hairstyle (are there mods where earrings are not "hair"?) with several rings already, so Zevran's gift fits into the mix. 2) As far as I'm aware, the Act-specific armour sets are class specifc as well as the Bassrath-Kata weapon. 1) Monster! 2) Yeah, KE's ties to the Chantry/Circle are the reason my Aien is RM in game and the Keep, even though I headcanon he trained in AW arts with Cillian. 3) If those can be feathers... does that mean we can ruffle his feathers? Arrrggghhhh! I forgot to export it.... Something similar happened to me in previous pt. I had wrong Warden imported, but didn't feel like restarting at 10 hour mark. I imported correct world state, so the choices we right, it's just that during my hero cleaning, my Mahariel got swapped with default Cousland (bad Keep, bad) and since Warden is the only one you don't see in overall view, I didn't even think about checking her.

I guess DAO does not really allow to change player/party morphs during the game? Else one could make replacements showing the rings. I mean, there's Duncan and Anders, and "Tucked hair" has earrings for females to work from. 1) Do the Landsmeet and lay out the evidence against Loghain (I hate how you can present all of it and only get 3 occasions...and also hate how you can point out the slavery part but no one does anything about it bastards). 2) My team at the gates was an interesting one this time around, since it only had warriors in it . 3) Also I loved the ending slides this time around...even more so then last time (mostly because this time around I had one slide that said "dragon frying and eating pilgrims" 1) I've seen some video a while ago and... well, if you recruit Loghain and try to discuss that, he gets all high and mighty about them dying anyway if the DS attacked Denerim. Perhaps better to not recruit the dude at all as a City elf and just smear him across the Landsmeet halls. 2) How did you pull that off? Morri, Wynne, Zevran, Leliana... if you still had them all, that's too many non-warriors for the main party. 3) Haha, good girl, both of you. 1) I love getting achievements, in fact...I only need 2 more of them for DA2 to have them all (but they're related to siding with the templars ) 2) hm...I do believe there is a mod for it, and you can change party and player morphs in-game (just ask Sokemis ), I've done it in the past with an Amell of mine who I gave a hairstyle change between Origins and Awakening to show time had passed. heh, so I just looked at Tucked hair, and it looks like they actually have the hairstyle for Zevran with an earring...guess I'll be using that next time -- 1) I have Alistair for that...I love having Alistair duel him if I plan on making him solo King on a human noble I have my own character duel Loghain, then have Alistair execute him afterwards...that way we both get our revenge 2) well, active party was me, Alistair, Zevran and Wynne. And the gate party had Sten (as leader), Dog, Shale and Oghren...both Morrigan and Leliana were ally npc's because the party was full. And they both still did more damage and kills then the party itself 3) thank you
