The best part of 2Her was Whirlwinding thru everything

Travelled with Cullen to the Shrine of Dumat and acquired Maddox tools, Dagna used it to build a rune that will weaken Samson`s armor. 


Also Uncle Scrooge money safe once again teleported to Skyhold.


Finished the Wicked Eyes Wicked Hearts quest. Got full approval from the court, recruited two new agents for the Inquisition, exposed Florianne`s plans to the court and had her arrested.


Forced Celene, Gaspard and Briala to work together.


Had a dance with Cullen.

This is a mod I use for inventory. Never had any problems with it.

Edric made it to everyone favorite Hinterland and talked to Mother Giselle. I did some of the tasks there before going back to base to craft some stuff. I actually respecced into sword&shield before going, but decided to go back to two-handed, Cassandra is now using my hand-me-downs.

I have not had too many crashes previously when i played but I am wondering if damn EA have done something as this PT including just now the game crashed and unfortunately, it's not the first.

Having played twice not that long ago I am going to stop for today and decide whether to give up, the game play is just not engaging me and the crashes are annoying. 

In all the running around yesterday I did forget to mention that while the combat may be hinky in its own way, and grindy right now, but it does feel so good to be playing this game again. The music. The cinematic moments. The story. All pretty peak. Haven't really gotten a lot of banter yet though. But the opening cutscene where you found the Inquisition and chatting with Solas and the smooth tones of Gareth David Lloyd are always a win.

On the combat front again...well so far seems the Templars and especially the souped up Templar Defenders are the tough ones this time out. I am working on it and grinding it out and think I will get there...eventually....I hope. I did also have the revelation this morning while getting ready for work that me resetting Cassandra's abilities unspecced her out of the challenge ability...though still kind of worth it cause I have War horn now. But first order of business was her getting her ability to taunt back. Though I think the Battle Cry is the more effective one. So tend to really build Cass out as a Vanguard.

The other point though and apprepro to the combat vid that was dropped yesterday in one corner of the screen for the UI, my only real complaint, is that it has a list of the passives you have active listed out entirely via words. This seemed overblown and made stuff which seemed pretty busy, very busy. But in Inquisition you have that same concept but with small icons just above the ability hot bar. It does work...like they are only there if you needed them. And yes you will probably be able to change the UI in the game a bit so I am not TOO concerned, just something weird to point out.

Also it is going to be interesting when I can't do infinite arrow spam anymore in the game and just can't stand there holding down R2.

For quests main thing to point out was did 'where the Druffalo Roams'. Don't always do it but thought why the heck not...and it seemed he bugged out just as I got him back to my camp. So I left him there closed a few rifts and what not...only to discover he was following me. So I got him in the pen and completed the quest. Also did the thing where I complete all the chores for Dennet so I could get the horses so I can head canon Kara having transport to get to Val Royeux. But doing so left me with a bit of a snag because kind of wanna try recruiting the companions fairly early but when I got back to Haven talked to companions first before hitting the war table...and the mission for the watch towers took an hour to complete. So back to the Hinterlands to run towards doing Strange Bedfellows and the one with the sick mother.

Found some interesting lore in the middle of this, one of the Dennant's books was on the Tevinter Imperium, by Sister Petrine. And it talked about all the slavery and blood magic and everything...and the crumbling streets. Think this is where I got some of the ideas on...well the crumbling streets. But as we see in Veilguard so far really hyper advanced cyberpunkian streets. So...yeah. Granted given the whole thing was obviously written by a biased source so couldn't really constitute as a retcon, not really.

On the Role playing front kind of occured to me for my back story for Kara...she hadn't done a lot of, if any, killing up to this point in her life so now her having to do so much probably comes as a bit of a culture shock. But obviously she is getting through it. Also had whiplash with the war table mission and one of my fav RP moments. The Trevelyans were trying to use Kara to advance their own position so sent Leiliana with her 'rumors of assassins' so bit funny given the kind of implication is the Trevelyans actually might like Kara...but then she is like to Josie 'lets not use my connections, it might close more doors.' Course distant family and nothing like suddenly being the Inquisitor to cause the kiss asses to come out of the...breach.

Edric got back to where Athras was, less or more. Good progress.

Now I need to decide how I proceed. Go to Val-Royaux or continue cleaning-up the King's Road for a bit, the Crossroad are still technically in danger. I only cleared the stuff south.

Also, to do something different from my last character. Edric do not believe he's the Herald of Andraste or even the Maker. It's all hogwash to him...and he comes up as super gruff about it so far which I like.
He also asked Josephine if she liked bad boys. I just wanted to see the answer, I was thinking of romancing Cassandra, but I'm not so sure now. Josephine is delightfull.

melbella yeah it is a game that can eat up the hours, think I played 11 times in a row straight off release. Think mine would have been a few hundred hours more but at one time I have save issues and lost some PT's.
