Doesn't it only appear to be a spider and Cory to the inquisitor, and the others see it as things they fear? Or am I thinking of something else? Yup. Hawke and Inquistor see spiders, Sera sees nothing, I think Cass and Bull see maggots or Cthulhu monster and don't know about the rest. But I was more referring to being in one piece. Which would have been a better word in hindsight. So the Nightmare could in theory split itself into thousand pieces, and all could operate separately and each part would be equal in rank.

I walked into Redcliffe, and deja-vue'd again. Now it was the flashbacks of the NWN2, with its West harbor and the Keep. Some of the content around the village had BioWARE stamp on it, aka the Saga of the Great Closet Warrior. Looks like Bio writers have interacted with kids by now, because it was well observed.
On the Companion Front, ah, well, I guess I am going to rotate the third companion. Sten has a good voice, and he is calm, but he is not Minsk I hoped him to be. I will not be able to gain his approval, so I will eventually have to pick up someone who is more on board with being a Good Mage That Helps People. I do get nuggets of approval from Alistair and Leliana here and there, so they are good. I am just not being all at awe of the Chantry as Leliana probably would want, but she likes me helping the less fortunate, so we'll get along.
I like it that my character's race is commented on, and am pretty happy with what I have selected as a protagonist.
I am now poised to go do the dungeon crawl through the Arl's Castle (or at least I suspect it is a Dungeon Crawl). Also, got a tooltip that I can now chose a specialization, but after a brief look over the Internetland, it is not going to be available for a while. I need to get to Denerim or Soldier's Peak and to do something in the Dalish Elves Lands. I do not know how soon the story-line gets me there and what level the areas are. I liked how SWTOR did it, granting the advanced class easily at the hub. Also, I wish I could play a Shapeshifter, but I like to heal, so shifting is not going to happen. Too bad.
Overall, the game & setting are strong, but I find it harder than in most other games to get invested into the character by some reason, and I am just not getting the same omigod, omigod, omigod! factor as with the Mass Effect Trilogy from the DA. Alistair carries the game for me for now.

Regarding characters, Leliana and Alistair are relatively easy to get along with. Sten is different; what works for the others won't work as well for him. Gifts help with all characters in case you're worried where things are going. Did you choose to do the quests for the Blackstone irregulars, the mercenary company? You would've seen them at the pub in Lothering. Interesting to hear your comparison with ME. I've tried the first game but never get very far; something doesn't quite click. I never care much for the other characters. I suppose it depends which of the two games you try first; the one you do first is the one you bond with -- or at least the one you understand. Then going to the other game doesn't work quite as well because of expectations you have from the other game. It's good that you're trying! You're doing better than I did with ME!

Then going to the other game doesn't work quite as well because of expectations you have from the other game. It's good that you're trying! You're doing better than I did with ME! In all other games, a character cannot cast spells while in an animal form. I assume that DA is no different. As a healer, I will need to remain in the elven form to be able to do the on-demand healing, so the Arcane Warrior with Healer is the combo I am going to develop, because I do not want Blood Mage spec.
I have tried Dragon Age first, in 2014, but did not go far, I found I still wanted to play SWTOR more, DA just was too meh, plus I did not know at the time how to manage film grain/resolution and it looked terrible too. I did not try Mass Effect till June or July 2016 when I got tired of playing SWTOR & BnS. I like MET more because I overall like Sci Fi settings more than the Tolkien/DnD style fantasy. They appeal to me more because they look into the future instead of imagining ourselves in a Heritage park with magic, and feel far less dogmatic, less the-samey (elves, dwarves, bows, swords) with less restrictions and more interesting aesthetics, much more creative species selection both between the protagonists and monsters.
Plus, Mass Effect has basically zero encumbrances, such as inventory management, companion influences micromanagement, complicated class builds and, yes, having to find someone somewhere to just gain the specialization. Overall, it's interface is more utilitarian and takes far less efforts and research to get the character up and running, and upgraded. After MMOs I really appreciate that "just have fun, no work at all!" aspect of it.

Well, I was just happy they included a question for the Quiz at that point. "Blackwall? have you been hearing this calling?" Then the Wardens seem to recognize the name Blackwall, even if they don't realize he's not the same man, and listen to him at Adamant because of it. I never recruited Blackwell, but from what I gather, he is just pretending to be a Grey Warden. Other Grey Wardens would know instantly that he wasn't tainted. Just as Duncan knew the Dalish warden was tainted, and Ruck in the deep roads knew straight away the warden was tainted.
Although I stopped off to see if the quartermaster had anything we could use. We're there trying to save their lives, and he wants 106 gold for a miserable belt. He must have been a bloody dwarf in another life. Keep your sodden belt, I hope an abomination hangs you with it. (Yeah, I only had 86 gold) Among the confusion, this moron was trying to clean the place. Wynne said he was tranquil, Yeah I knew a couple of tranquil back in the alienage, only we called them retarded.*Blackwall. The only thing, then, if what you say is true, which I feel it is, is that all the Wardens senses were off due to the Calling being a false calling. Because a true calling would mean you're actually extra sensitive. And then in the hub bub after the calling immediately ended, folks had forgotten he'd even claimed to be a Warden in the first place??
Oh man. I shouldn't have laughed as hard as I did, but I did nonetheless. good job!

Not the rift the Quiz opened. The Rift that Erimund and Clarel opened way earlier. The rift Quiz opened is in the middle of the air and useless. The Spirit Divine blasts the big monster out of the way. So, it's knocked out. You deal with the skinny Cory sized demon and kill it. Three companions have a head start and make a run for the rift. We wanna be out of there. Just then, Mr. Big Spider Monster wakes up and makes an appearance. A Flesh wall between you and the other companions. Who I assume didn't notice and jumped right on through that rift. So the problem is this flesh wall blocking your way. Someone needs to beat on it and distract it's tentacles while you run around it to the other side where the rift is. Pick one and do so. Something I've never been really clear on in that scene, is the demon that controls that area the mini Cory or the big beasty? One is a master and the other is just another guardian. My initial impression was that the mutated Arcane Horror was the lordling of the island that's what was talking to you, but considering the Spirit goes after the spider.... maybe that is the real boss of nightmare land? Hard to say... And for record, I send the Warden to distract the Spider. Only sent in Hawke once just to see what happened and immediately reloaded. Love my champion too much to be left to rot in a demonic hell when there is another option. I think the Squid Monster is just it's pet. When it talks during the battle, it wouldn't make sense otherwise. But then, why does it have a giant squid monster guard when the Fear Demon itself shoudld be oh so powerful at this point? Ditto. Stroud always dies. And if it's Alistair, I make sure I have a Hawke that I'm okay with dying.

I completed Cassandra's romance quest. "The most romantic candles in Thedas" , huh? I laughed when I read that. My goodness. I'll probably replay the romance scene a couple times but I was impressed. I got the "Right the Wrongs" speech over the War Table with her first, and there was a little hand holding thrown in there for a romanced Cass. A nice touch, literally, considering she and Ghi'ral hadn't even kissed yet. it's a bit immersion breaking if you go from no touch to full blown sex with nothing in between. I don't know if they always makes sure that scene happens in that order. And I'd seen the Scene on YouTube. It's just a totally different experience watching your own Quiz go through it. I think my Quiz is pretty, the british VA nailed the lines very sexy like. Shivers when my Quiz said, "Should we read another?" Did I say I was going to repeat that scene a few times? My Quiz gives Cullen a run for his money in that scene. And Dorian, the poor man, I flirted with him just the once. I feel like I can sense his heart breaking in the library. In other news, despite grand back and forthing on the matter... I made Erimund Tranquil. He deserves something awful for what he's done. But Ghi'ral doesn't believe in killing or wasting. I shall head canon that a tranquil Erimund will assist Alexius directly in his studies, reminding Alexius that his fate was far better than others. Ghi'ral. Didn't know you had it in you. Although... Thing is, they only give you 4 options and they all kinda suck for my Ghi'ral.

But it all comes down to that one scene. (Maybe some "guy think" involved here...) To me, the Solas-mance seemed to be the one that was best developed. And, of course, it becomes tied to the main plot in a way the others don't. (Then again, I've only done Trespasser once...)

I think I'd rank Cullen as the best done so far. But did you notice the horrible break up option as you're laying there nude beside Cass? What the hell? I wonder if this is connected to this "guy think" you mention. You can't even sleep with Cullen at all unless you confirm romance, and there is definitely not a break up option in the post sex scene. Blackwall's break up is involved in his sin of being Thom Rainier so that's a bit muddled. And there is no confirmed sex with Solas, so this is the first time I've run into a "oops, just wanted sex. let's part ways" option.

So, Alex had some post winter ball duties to attend to. First, one of the Grand Clerics and Josephine were discussing candidates for the new Divine. Among them, Cassandra and Leliana were considered for the election. Alex thought that both are good after speaking to them individually, but she was unsure on who's best fit for the role yet.
Next up, the ex Grand Duchess, Florianne, was dragged to Skyhold to be judged by the lady Inquisitor. "Tell me exactly why I'm passing judgement on her?" Alex drawled looking at her Ambassador, "I humiliated her in front of everyone at the party."
"Inquisitor, you are the law now. The Empress requested that the former Grand Duchess stand trial. It's one more small favour after saving Celene's life," Josie explained.
Alex let out a sigh. She'd rather be out adventuring than sitting on her ass.
"Do what you must, Inquisitor. I'm already a disgrace to the nation," Florianne sneered in her chains.
Alex sat and pondered her options. Send Florianne to work in the countryside? Nah... Repent for her sins in a cloister? Not mean enough.. Dress her up in a jester's outfit with bad shoes to match? Tempting, but Alex couldn't stand seeing this woman's ugly face. Even in clown makeup. "Lady Florianne, just... get lost! Out of my sight!" she declared.
"Inquisitor..." the Ambassador warned, eyeing her leader and expecting a specific verdict.
"EXILE!!!" the lady Inquisitor boomed while slouching on her throne.
Josie shook her head and scribbled down the verdict in her notes. Stubborn woman... she thought.
Later, Alex received reports from Leliana about darkspawn surfacing in the Storm Coast. Eager to get away from the castle after that tedious trial, the lady Inquisitor called on Blackwall, Sera and Dorian to accompany her. While the problem with the other Wardens still had to be solved, Blackwall took the initiative to deal with the darkspawn. He also hadn't been in action since joining the Inquisition. Once the darkspawn were taken care of and Dorian sealed all the caves, the little group also came across a couple Grey Warden artifacts. Blackwall was greatly pleased. "I think this will benefit the Inquisition."
Spending the night at a nearby camp, Alex got another report of darkspawn surfacing in the Western Approach. Also, groups of Venatori were out causing trouble.
"You always find the fun stuff while we're out and about, Inky. Can't wait to stick some arrows into those arse buckets!" Sera crowed.
"I'll be happy to be rid of all those darkspawn. Tevinter bastards also stinking up the place," Blackwall added.
"Excuse me? Tevinter bastards? If it weren't for your people, we wouldn't be dealing with darkspawn in the first place!" Dorian sniffed with distaste.
The veteran Warden whirled on him. "Always quick to judge the Wardens, I see. Your kind is always dishing up trouble!"
Alex rubbed her temples. A migraine bubbling inside her head.
The Mage folded his arms and laughed. "Oh, please. Such a hypocrite you are.."
"Why you!" Blackwall was about to lunge at Dorian, but Alex grabbed his arm.
"That's enough! Both of you!" she snapped glaring at the two men.
Both Dorian and Blackwall muttered apologies with their heads bowed.
"We leave at first light for the Approach. Do not cross me again," the lady Inquisitor commanded, shoving past the Warden and stalking off to her tent. Seriously, some of her comrades are so annoying.
To be continued...

No time to play, but still reading what you guys are up to. Personally, I didn't like the Cassandra romance. Have yet to finish Blackwall and Bull and to try Dorian, although I'm not sure I'll do that. Watched Sera's on YouTube but it's not for me, so I'll not play it. Cullen is the best if you want cuddly and sweet and a happy end, Solas .. well, we all know what we're getting into with that one. Still love it.

The only thing I haven't liked is her complete denial of it until she finally drags you to the side. Can't do Bull at all myself. Solas is a tragic romance with almost no content so it's so much head canon. And I like brainy types. Never once regretted being a human my first run, like, I never found him sexy and wished I rolled an elf. Only after my first run did I try for Solas...And failed. Haha. I am looking forward to Dorian,a lot, and Sera a moderate amount.

Solas is happy and sweet with a murderous ending. From the Diary of Kara Trevelyan: Exploring the Frotsback Basin. The demons here are much togher and the Jaws of Hakkon, while difficult, aren't all that much. And while it looked like my orginal mission here was to get away from the day to day, I am already being forced back into the routine, even to find the Inquisitor. The Jaws of Hakkon apparently want to conquer the lowlands. Good luck with that, though with the weakened position of Orlais and Corypheus running around...either way. Have to solve people's problems, find a bear of all things, and then that should give me the forces needed to achieve victory. So frustrating experiences in the Basin. Ran into a Fade Rift. Leaped over a log, engaged the fade rift, went to tac cam, went out of tac cam...Kara fired a random arrow breaking stealth. She was then promptly murdered. And then the rest of her companions followed her. Though for some reason they couldn't get over the log. Take two. Again could not get over the log so Kara was left with her butt hanging in the air. And then four Pride demons appeared. Head issues, but a quickly recharged Mark plus disrupting the rift quickly dispatched them, but ended u using like 8 Health pots...

I like that Solas is revealed to be the antagonist at the end, because in some stories and movies, the villain is noted early and it's like okay... whatever.. The hero beats them. The end. But to have the guy, who walked by your side the whole time and then turn on you, it brings out more reaction. For example, while watching The Dark Knight Rises, when the girl that was dating Bruce revealed herself as Talia Al Ghul, I screamed, "You bitch!" loudly in the theatre. Had a similar reaction playing Trespasser for the first time as well. But it was more like, "You fucking bastard!"

The first time I play DA4, the world state import I will be using is the Quiz who romanced him, and I'll keep the tissues nearby for the good cry I fully expect to have next game.

Among the confusion, this moron was trying to clean the place.
Oh man. I shouldn't have laughed as hard as I did, but I did nonetheless. good job! Well as long as someone can come up with any reason, it's not a plot hole. The retards at the alienage weren't actually tranquil, but Darrian is not the sharpest knife in the draw, and didn't understand what Wynne was telling him. (I prefer to play dim witted Wardens, as I can relate to them better.) Wynne joined Leliana and I on our trip into Denerim, she wanted to pick up a few things from Wonders of Thedas. Leliana thought she might get some silk ribbons there to spruce up her boots, but the proprietor said an Olesian woman had come in earlier and bought up his entire stock of ribbons. Then we go the the address the assassin told us and were attacked by Qunari mercenaries. So this is Marjolaine. I think you could do better Leliana. i.imgur.com/XtdIN0K.jpgLeliana told her that part of her life was over, and she never wanted to see her again. Well I was surprised that worked, but relieved we got out of there without a fight. I've never had a shem girl, but murdering Leliana's girlfriend is probably not the best way to get into her pants. i.imgur.com/dvUarDW.jpgSo we swing by camp and pick up Alister, since he knows the Arl of Redcliffe personally, it should be just a formality to get is aid. But on the way we are hit by a surprise darkspawn attack, (Thanks for the warning Mr "we can sense the darkspawn") And in reviving us, Wynne turned into some sort of apparition. Alright, a little bit spooky, but we have more pressing things to worry about at the moment. i.imgur.com/OZDNoVE.jpgThis cry for help looked a little suspicious i.imgur.com/LhRJkpD.jpgI hate Assassins (well not myself obviously, but all others) i.imgur.com/hKsMjjL.jpgThis one's still alive... Not any more, bloody Marjolaine, I knew we should have killed her, that's what I get for thinking with my pants. i.imgur.com/BTexZCf.jpgWe get to Redcliffe, Alister informs me that he is Calin's half brother. But Redcliffe has troubles of it's own, and no-one knows if Arl Eamon is even still alive. His brother Teagan gives us a rundown of what they know. i.imgur.com/20Kv3pW.jpgMurdock, the town's Mayor said he needed the blacksmith to do some repairs, and wanted a local Dwarven merchant to join the militia. i.imgur.com/Jmt6V2L.jpgDwyn was easy enough, I told him I'd swing a few trade deals his way with the Arl. Dwarves will do anything for coin. i.imgur.com/Oq6XY8u.jpgI impressed the local tavern girl with my debonair Elven looks and charm... i.imgur.com/Rh2TmGF.jpgor not... and Soris told me shem girls were easy. (you probably need to click on full screen to get the bored look on her face.) i.imgur.com/shL3adc.jpgAn Elf wearing armour is not something you see everyday. On further investigation he was there spying for one of the shem nobles. I told him he should help defend the village. i.imgur.com/pNcnMwX.jpgI convinced the revered mother of the power of a placebo and she gave me a few amulets for Ser Perth's men. i.imgur.com/LQ9KqXw.jpgKaitlyn asked how she could ever repay me for finding Bevin. Now I know what your thinking... but I've given up on Human chicks. i.imgur.com/prmawyC.jpgI gave Ser Perth the amulets and Leliana gave me the evil eye. Fortunately there were some flowers near by, so I picked a few and gave her a peace offering. Turns out they were the type her mother used to like and she thanked me so much for remembering. Remembering, yeah of course. I think I'm in there. i.imgur.com/5yWj6BM.jpgWell we won the battle. But with the micro managing of keeping everyone alive with only one healer I forgot to take a screenie. Teagan was happy and we got the hat. i.imgur.com/VYTDqxd.jpg

olnorton But I beg to differ. My Cousland killed her girlfriend to get into her pants as well as to get Leliana into the pants of a certain pirate.

But I beg to differ. My Cousland killed her girlfriend to get into her pants as well as to get Leliana into the pants of a certain pirate. So i Fu%#ed up. I'm a 19 year old Elf boy fresh out of the alienage, what do I know about Human woman. And Leliana's so worldly. I've had plenty of Elven chicks, and she one of them said I was the best she'd had. Anyway I got Leliana on the hook with the flowers, I've just got to reel her in slowly so she thinks she's chasing me.

The continuing story of Mistress Cadash or miss Murder. The `erraald of Andraaasste. I have done single, Josephine, Cullen, Blackwall and Bullmancing before so this time I think she will end up a Jenny for life. This little house was to be my quarters for the time being. Instead of chains I got a bed, hearth, and a servant it seems. The elf said that the lady Cassandra wanted to see me in the chantry as soon as I woke. I found some paper and ink and sat down to start writing this logbook. Then I donned my armor and stepped outside. There were people gathered outside trying to get a glimpse of little me. And soldiers all lined up in some honor guard. They called me the Herald of Andraste. Well I may be a herald of something but it sure isn’t Andraste. Not that I´d tell them that now. That could mean iron, chains, and no food again. As soon as I got to the chantry I overheard a rather intense argument between the seeker Cassandra and chancellor Roderick. The subject being me and more specifically what to do with me. Chancellor Roderick wanted me in chains and sent off to Val Royeaux for execution. No trial at least? Well, seeker Cassandra and “sister” Leliana had a better proposition. They had a directive from the late divine Justinia to rebuild the Inquisition of old. The idea was to restore order, close the breach and find those responsible for the chaos. They wanted me to join as a free member even though I’m not andrastian. The Inquisition II? The 2nd Inquisition? The new Inquisition? No, The Dragon Age Inquisition! I´ve been itching to get out of the carta business for some time now. This could be my ticket! I said I´d join, for now. I wouldn´t want to come across as over eager. Our first business would be to get the base in Haven in order. I staked out the surroundings. Helped the quartermaster and apothecary get into order. The quartermaster was a supporter of the late fereldan traitor Loghain. I´m sorry Threnn but I put more credence into paragon Brosca´s viewpoint than yours. Then I ran into Solas and Varric. Solas said he´d stay on in the inquisition since I would. Solas is strange one. He seems to spend a lot of time in the fade. I have only a short memory of the fade and that was very unpleasant and I´m a dwarf so I don´t dream at all. But listening to Solas I really wish that I could. Oh well, stone it is and stone it will be. Varric showed genuine concern regarding my well-being. Salroka Varric? Next I was introduced to last two members of the Inquisition leadership. Ambassador Josephine Montilyet and commander Cullen Rutherford. Josephine would be mainly a nobility liaison and diplomat. Cullen, as a former templar, would serve as commander of the Inquisitions military forces – such as they are. Together we laid out plans for the future. We would need some kind of magical help to close the breach. I had the tool but not the power. Naturally our first thought went to the rebel mages but Cullen insisted that templars would work as well. Cullen believed that templars could suppress the breach enough for me to close it. That sounded reasonable, I think, and frankly I was a bit wary of having mages power up the mark. For this organization to survive in the long run it would need chantry support but there was no way to safely approach the chantry for the time being. However, there was a chantry mother helping the refugees out in the Hinterlands she had asked for a meeting of sorts with the Herald of Andraste, that is me. We decided that it was worth a shot. I would go to the crossroads in the Hinterlands and relieve the mother, secure the area, and from there win the hearts and minds of the people. Thus, increasing the Inquisitions influence enough to safely approach the chantry in Val Royeaux. We went to the Hinterlands and I got to meet scout Harding, a charming young dwarven woman. She informed of the situation and where we could find Mother Giselle. When we reached the crossroads, there was heavy fighting between the mages and the templars. We secured the place, set up a perimeter of inquisition soldiers and I had a talk with the mother. We agreed to us helping her help the refugees if she would help us liaison with the chantry. We secured food, blankets, and shelter for the refugees. Extended our reach by establishing camps further in the Hinterlands. Sealed rifts, cleared out the templars on the west road, bandits on the east road and the apostates in the witchwood. We also secured horses for the inquisition. We now had influence and goodwill enough to go to Val Royeaux and talk to the chantry clerics. In Val Royeaux we met a rather hostile group of clerics. Hostile mainly because a contingent of templars were in the city led by the lord seeker Lucius Corrin. The templars were not there to support the chantry mothers against us, on the contrary they proceeded to manhandle the chantry spokeswoman mother Hevara and the lord seeker held a short, contemptuous speech against both the chantry and the Inquisition. There was something really off with the man. He then took the templars and marched off to the stone knows where. On the way, out of Val Royeaux we received a mysterious message from “the friends of red Jenny” a rather less mysterious invitation from the first enchanter of the Montsimmard circle Vivienne du Fer. Even more important the grand enchanter Fiona, leader of the mage rebellion, met us in person and extended an invitation to come to Redcliffe for negotiations. The mysterious message led us to Sera who wanted to help the Inquisition both personally and through her “organization” the friends of red Jenny. She proved very useful in a fight so I accepted her offer. She will be a welcome asset indeed. Next, we went to see what Madame du Fer wanted. She also wanted to help the Inquisition. Of course, she had ulterior political motives but on the other hand she was quite open about it to me. Who am I to turn down such a bona fide offer. My, my, we were getting important and it was me all these people wanted to see. Even though I was not in charge, a fact I never hid from any of them, the whole “herald of Andraste” thing was spreading far and wide. That´s when the Dasher started leaning on the Inquisition for a cut. I decided it was time to cut the ties and sent our big boot to stomp around a little. To be safe I considered our spymaster’s activities and lent her my wholehearted support in how to treat traitors. A knife in the gut usually sends a clear enough message. Still the question remained. Mages or Templars. They had to decide soon. In the meantime, Leliana had a more personal concern. Apparently, all the grey wardens off both Ferelden and Orlais had gone into hiding, or disappeared. She asked me to look into it. We had some sightings of wardens on the Storm coast and rumours off a warden named Blackwall in the Hinterlands. I decided to go see this Blackwall on my way to Redcliffe. Blackwall knew nothing of the warden’s disappearance. He turned out to be a lone wolf out doing some recruiting for the order. That´s what he called it even though he seemed to mostly help people in need against bandits. He asked to join forces with us and I accepted. When we got to Redcliffe things took a turn for the worse…

Bruenor opted to go for the Greater Mistral since he was already outfitted with cold res tonics. She hammed it up to the very end. Turns out she was guarding an interesting trinket - the Helm of the Inquisitor, which had belonged to Inquisitor Ameridan. No idea how it ended up there.
The last leader of the original Inquisition went by the name Ameridan, a renowned dragon hunter conscripted into the Order for his heroic reputation as well as his skills as a warrior. Records of the era paint him either as a passionate man, determined to do his part to restore order, or as a man of faith, ultimately uninterested in the intricacies of leadership but willing to do what he could for the greater good. A close friend of Kordillus Drakon, the Orlesian emperor responsible for the Chantry's creation, Ameridan vanished soon after the Inquisition's dissolution. Some believe he went on a failed dragon hunt; others say he dropped out of sight so as to not overshadow the newly created Templar Order. Whatever the truth, despite an extensive search ordered by the emperor, he was never seen again. Afterwards, he trekked back to the Frostback Basin to clean up the last of the rift goo. Once back at Skyhold, he got the news that Divine Victoria (aka Cassandra) could no longer stall the Exalted Council, so he made plans to head to the Winter Palace again.
So, Trespasser - I did all the meet ups (Viv is the only one who mentions Scout Harding) and literally ran into a harlequin after rounding a corner. With that freebie, I'll probably have awful luck getting any more. Will play the reload game a few more times, then head into the palace for the first meeting of the Council. Oh joy. I plan to have Bruenor tell Teagan to get stuffed.

phoraySomehow during the whole flirting stages I felt mostly bad because it made her so visibly uncomfortable. And what really turned me off was the point where she asks to be courted properly (which I really liked) and you go pick up three things and she basically throws herself at you. It felt like a male fantasy to me and I couldn't relate to that. Proper courtship in my eyes does not mean to read her a poem once to finally make her spread her legs. I was very disappointed at that point and haven't played the character since. It's fine by me if anyone likes the romance, so no need to feel offended if you do, but it just put me off. Earlier (as in: last night when I made the other post) I forgot to mention Josephine, but that's because I don't feel attracted to her at all so I didn't even consider playing her romance. Watched it on YouTube. Also about the Bull romance, I've heard different things, some liked it a lot, others didn't like it at all. I have never gotten far with him because it progresses really slow and I stopped playing the character before anything happened. Like anything at all, he never even really reacted to any flirts. Instead of playing I will have to talk to my professor via conference call today and he obviously doesn't even remember what we discussed during earlier meeting which really pisses me off. Next three days are off, though, looking forward to that small break!
