More yesterday but... I got the Belle of the Ball. Fricking owned them!😀 The moment I got that achievement is one of my favourites across all three games. My qunari mage Inquisitor arrested Florianne, forced Celene, Gaspard and Briala to 'work together' and was declared Belle of the Ball all at the same time. Glorious.

I've just about finished the main quests in the Hinterlands with my power-hungry elven seductress mage. I'm trying to decide if I should just skip most of the side quests entirely. I don't see much point in finding my missing soldiers, and there's not much to offer in the Storm Coast. I will probably just push the main quests forward, this mage doesn't much care for the chaos that is enveloping the world as long as she gains as much power for inquisition as possible. I'll probably let Crestwood be plagued by undead too...
I'm thinking this will be a fast play-though...

In the past few days I've finished Descent (I really liked it) dealt with Coryfish once and for all, had a party where everyone was invited and wandered into the Frostback Basin.
We'll see how these "Jaws" go when faced with real power...

The journey of Warden Commander Drako Amell, The Hero of Ferelden: (DA:O, DA:A, and Witch hunt) The Chronicles of Tyros Hawke, Champion of Kirkwall: The Journey continues, Things are coming to head. The entire city is on edge. People are still going about their day, but you can feel the tension in the air. A dam is about to break. The work on Isabella's ship is complete and Orana is seeing to getting the supplies loaded into the cargo holds. Issy... Pardon me, Captain Isabella is gathering her crew and readying the ship to sail tomorrow. I told Carver last night about my plans to leave Kirkwall. He was less than thrilled, but wasn't exactly begging me to stay either. I left him a large sum of gold in the wine cellar should he need it. I was hoping to keep my head down today and just slip away, but I got a letter this afternoon from Orsino going on about possible bloodshed between the Mages and Templars. I have to keep this from boiling over... Atleast for today. I just need a few more hours... ...I collect Aveline, Isabella, and Varric and head for the Circle to try a contain this mess. When I get to the Gallows I find that Orsino and Meredith have already left for the city. They had some big blow up and Orsino headed for the Chantry to get the Grand Cleric involved. I catch up to them in Low Town. They were still arguing. I try to calm the situation, but Tempers have flared too high. They are on the verge of coming to blows. An inept First Enchanter and an over zealous Knight Commander... This was bound to happen. I look to Isabella and with a nod signal it's time to go. Varric, Isabella, and I are about to head for the Docks when Anders comes up. He starts ranting about there being "no peace". Suddenly a light shoots up into the sky over the Chantry. Little by little, chunks of the building and what I can only assume are bodies rise up and swirl around before exploding. He did it... He actually did it... Orsino and Meredith said something, but I was lost in my own thoughts. I should have killed him myself years ago. The day I saw Justice burst from him in the Chantry. Meredith called for the Rite of Annulment. She wanted to kill every mage in the Gallows for what Anders did. Without the Grand Cleric to overrule her maddness, there was no one who could stop her. She demanded I aid her in this slaughter, but even if I did I knew she would turn on me next. I just wanted to get out of Kirkwall as fast as I could, but I knew the Templars would never let us get out of the harbor. Anders had taken the choice out of my hands. I make my stand with the Mages. I don't know if we can resist a full onslaught by the Templars, but I know that the best outcome I could hope for by siding with Meredith would be a brand on my forehead. The Templars attack while Meredith makes for the Gallows to rally the rest of the Templars. Once the attacking Templars are dealt with, Orsino heads for the Circle leaving Anders fate to me. I can't tell if he truly believe what he did was righteous or if Justice had completely taken over. Either way it didn't matter. I did what I should have done the day I met him and drive a dagger into his heart. He said that he wanted to die. That the sooner he died the sooner his name would go on to inspire future mages. I will do all I can to ensure that no one ever speaks his name again. The Chantry was destroyed by a mad abomination... (To be clear, I blame Orsino for most if not all the problems in the Kirkwall Circle and usually side with the Templars at the point) ...With Anders dead, we rush to the Gallows fighting our way through Templars, and demons. Some mages cornered by Templars lose control of themselves and give into demons becoming abominations. They are scared and desperate. No excuse for giving into to a demon, but at this point what choice have they? Take their chances with a demon or die. I would rather die than be a demons plaything, but... I understand. They know they are going to die. May as well take as many of their attackers with them as they can. Which may well be what we are doing. The Templars are an army. The odds of us coming out of this in one piece are virtually zero, but I'll be damned if I just lay down and die or become Merediths next pet Tranquil... Damn you Anders... ...The Templars attack not long after we reach the Gallows. Mages and Templars are falling by the dozens. Some final words to my friends and we engage the Templars. We defeat two waves of Templars before there is a pause to catch our breath. Orsino is losing hope and falling into despair. He turns to Blood Magic, but not just any Blood Magic. Quinton's Blood Magic. The note signed by O... It was Orsino that was protecting that bastard... He transforms himself into some kind of monster using the corpses of fallen mages. Undead rise and Demons cross the Veil to aid him, but the Maker himself couldn't protect Orsino from me at that moment... ...With Orsino dead and most of the mages there assembled either dead or too badly injured to continue fighting, there is only one way out... forward. We go out, kill everything infront of us and try to cut a path to the boats and get back across the harbor and cast off in Isabella's ship before the Templars are done with this place. If fate is with us, I will not find Carver in our way. I have a paralysis spell ready if he does show up. If I cast it quickly enough then I will not have to fight him, but if I must then I must. I am not dying in this damned place... ... Carver was waiting with Meredith just inside the gates. I had my spell ready for him, but I didn't have to use it. When Meredith ordered the Templars to kill us, Carver refused. He and Knight Captain Cullen finally saw her for the mad woman she was and stood with me against her. She drew her blade and, Makers balls, it was the Idol from the Deep Roads crafted into a sword. No wonder the old bat was barking mad. She started accusing everyone of being blood thrawls. She started drawing on the power of the Idol to increase her strength and speed and do all sorts of... of... weird shit. She seemed to believe it was the power of the maker doing these things. Mad, stupid, and believes a god is on her side... Disaster was certain. She had to be put down. Hard. We fought with everything we had, but all we could do was fight to a stand still. Ultimately, the Idol is what killed her. It couldn't take the strain she was putting on it and it shattered. The power released warped and transmuted her body in more red Lyrium. It was a painful death. The Templars rush in to her side, but there was nothing to be done. She was just a hunk of glowing rock now. I half expected them to attack us, but the sight of Meredith gave them pause. We took our leave before they could compose themselves and try to stop us. We all left the city that night except for Carver and Aveline. Carver stayed with the Templars. Aveline remained with the City Guard to try and piece together what was left of Kirkwall. The rest of us Boarded the ship and set sail for parts unknown. Dark times are ahead. Something... is coming... (Thus ends the tail of the Champion of Kirkwall and the beginning of the Mage Rebellion. DA:I coming soon...)

Greed Trevelyan just finished Trespasser. I also wanted to record the whole way from entering the Daarvarad, till the end, but OBS didn't record again. Will upload pictures later, it's late and I should go to bed.

I had planned to continue my 3rd Inquisition run, but it hasn't been long enough since my second playthrough, and I'm still sick of the early areas. So, instead, I've started a jerk playthrough of DAO.
Ciara Amell is arrogant, selfish, and angry. She convinced apprentice Keili to pursue tranquility, helped a blood mage escape just to stick it to the chantry, and intends to make a name for herself at Ostagar.
Yeah. Poor Alistair doesn't stand a chance in this playthrough.

I finished Here Lies the Abyss with Katara, that Agent of the Nightmare was no problem on...nightmare difficulty. I also started some more personal quests so I'll get those done and I figured tomorrow I would start The Emerald Graves and then Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. I have to admit, once you reach Skyhold it does really feel like nightmare difficulty gets a lot easier. Probably because of specializations and everything.

Okay, here's Greed's last adventure as Inquisitor. He took Dorian, Sera and Cass and went through the Eluvian to the Daarvarad. Battling their way through Qunari forces they eventually made their way to "Dragon's Breath" just to learn, that it's a real life High Dragon and that the Qunari were torturing it. Either kill them, or leave them alone, but I don't support torturing Dragons. Greed of course freed the Dragon, not wanting to kill that poor creature, just because the Qunari never heard of proper animal care. He then confronted the Viddasala, but she just spouted nonsense, about the Inquisition working for Fen'Harel. I never met that guy, how can I work for him? Are you stupid? He was just about to get her, when the Mark on his hand started to act up and not in a good way. The Viddasala used that moment to insult Greed again and tell him that he shouldn't worry about Solas, because she'll make sure he wouldn't live longer than Greed. What the hell? I'm not letting some fanatic woman kill one of my friends! I'll go after her and stop her!Battling through even more Qunari, Greed forgot to watch his Mark and the unavoidable happened. Greed then had to fight that large Saarebas called Saarath. Twice. First time he went crazy during the fight and jumped away. Coward. Second time, Saarath still crazy, Greed got him and then finished him with the Mark. With Saarath blown to bits, Greed went into the Eluvian. Just to met with the sight of a group of petrified Qunari. After that Qunari statue collection, Greed finally caught up with the Viddasala. Who was just about to attack Solas from behind, COWARD! but he petrified her too without turning around. Solas then greeted Greed and they had a talk where Solas answered all of Greed's questions. They just had finished their talk when Greed's Mark started to act up again. Worse than ever before. Solas couldn't watch any longer, he casted some last spell to save his friends life and Greed swore he'd save Solas from himself. Back in the Winter Palace, they didn't have any other choice than amputating Greed's left arm at once to save his life. Of course Dorian never left his Amatus's side during the procedure, telling him everything would be okay, while a doctor and a healer amputated Greed's arm. Losing an arm by itself isn't such a bad thing for a Reaver. They just grow stronger the more hurt they are. So that wasn't such a big deal for Greed. No. What scared him much more, was the thought that Dorian wouldn't like him anymore with only one and a half arm lft. Dorian had to reassure him again and again, that he'd never leave him, even less break up with him, just because he was missing an arm. "Oh please, I'm pretty enough for two, if you'd still have your left arm, you'd be at least as handsome as I, and no one would be able to look at us both without going blind."Some days later, the Exalted Council was still going on, Lord Cyril and Arl Teagan were still berating Divine Victoria Leliana and Josephine about the Inquisition. Greed, who just had gotten the permission to leave the sickbed went inside the room, carrying the book from Divine Justinia. He then told Lord Cyril and Arl Teagan what he thought, dropped the mic book and disbanded the Inquisition. That finally over, Greed met up with his friends for a last time before everyone went their way. Of course Dorian had to leave for Tevinter, him now being a Magister, but that didn't mean he had left Greed. On the contrary, don't believe the people who say they only meet rarely. Some time later, Greed and Dorian met up with Cass and Leliana in the room where everything had started. They knew they had to go to Tevinter, but also that it would be harder for them to stop and save Solas without the force of the Inquisition. End. I really wished OBS would've recorded all of this. There was a fun battle in the Daarvarad, infront of the big gate. Everyone beside Cass was dead and it took me around 20 minutes killing those Qunari with her. I was too occupied fighting them, so I didn't take any screenshots of it, also I assumed that OBS was recording in the background.

What I did today in DAI... I realised that poor Vivienne had been wearing the same outfit for days! It's a disaster darling, a complete disaster. Which led me to the undercroft where I made her a lovely new dress, and then of course moved over to the tint table so that I could waste high level materials making it a nice pretty colour. Cause that's how I roll. I also accidentally aggroed the dragon in Exalted Plains and had the worst crew ever to try and fight it. Cue 10 minutes of healing potions and mindless mouse clicking while we all got fried in the water. I didn't realise, until the last minute, that the dragon was electrocuting the pool we were standing in. Cripes I suck at this game.

So first post here with similar content as the old forum. Because poetry and sandals? Also, is Origin and 2 stuff still allowed? Am I still allowed? Anywhos, I'm here now with what happened today and a smaller wall of text in favor of a picture. Because the top half was silly, even with context. So Boom, the final log of Hrotti Brosca's, idiot extraordinaire, adventures in the time of Blights. The adventures of Hrotti Brosca and Archie the demon ended with Hrotti slicing Archie down, from neck to belly and then ramming his sword into Archies head. Which was a bit of a overkill since Alistair had already leapt on top of Archies head and preformed brain surgery with Duncan sword'n'shield. Then there was a grand light show and a feast with friends and fans. Sadly, Alistair's heroic feat was not mentioned once in the celebration and all the love was dumped on Hrotti. He even got a boon from Anora. Hrotti would have taken the riches, but his lovely sister Rica was in the room giving him that look, so he asked for troops for Orzammar instead. With ceremonies over, it was time for the goodbyes. Alistair seemed fine with Hrotti getting all the love but Hrotti had a sneaking suspicion that their already luke-warm relationship would cool down even more due to this, as time went by. Alistair also asked about why neither of them died killing the archdemon, but took the "shrug-I-dunno" as a legit answer. Honestly he was far more interested in gushing about his Grey Wardens buddies imminent arrival rather than listening to Hrotti excuses that the sexy times with Morrigan the night before were in fact a magical ritual meant to preserve both of their lives and not Hrotti just being a cheating bastard. Shale was her cheery self said that she'd rather walk to the bottom of the ocean and stay there for eternity rather than spend anymore time near Hrotti. Morrigan had made a mad dash for the hills after the battle and was probably half way to Orlais by now. Oghren was getting hammered on pickle juice and other alcaholic beverages, but promised to maybe, possibly consider going on another adventure after he'd sober up. But that would take some time. So if Hrotti could make himself scarce, that would be great... Rica was at least happy to see him, gave him a hug and took the time to reveal her new job as an ambassador between Orzammar and the surface. Now they would only need to get Mother into the assembly (since she'd sobered up) and then their lives would pretty much be complete. They promised to keep in touch, but Rica had an urgent need to find something to help her forget about the sky thing, maybe by writing a proposal why Hrotti should become a Paragon instead of just warrior caste, so they said their goodbyes and parted ways. Bereft of most of his companions and family, it was time to meet the adoring fans outside the palace. Then he would head to the docks with Leliana, Schmooples and Thumper, for one last adventure before the Grey Wardens caught him and made him do proper, regulated work. Like latrine digging.

My just-finished Trevelyan was a Knight-Enchanter, and it's truly bad-ass. I know some people complain that it was nerfed, but I can't imagine how broken it must have been in earlier patches if that's the case. Once she got the ability to generate Guard from equipment, it was almost impossible to kill her. (Most enemies couldn't even take down her barrier, but stuff like the archers in Jaws of Hakkon could, so Guard-generating equipment was a good failsafe.) Not to mention the massive DPS.

While I haven't played as KE in SP yet, I've got to know it's skills through playing Arcane Warrior in DAIMP. I'm thinking of making Kitty a mix between AW, Keeper and a little Elementalist. (KE skills, Static Cage and Fire Mine) By the way, meet Kitty Lavellan

I managed to finish everyone's personal quests except for Cullen's yesterday and got most of Emprise du Lion finished as well. Stalked up on a lot of tier 3 crafting materials, including snoufleur leather which made me sad because I seriously think I made those little creatures an endangered species with all of my runs around the lake near Sahrnia. I need their leather for crafting though... I will start and finish Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts today, I'm thinking about maybe siding with Gaspard but I'm not sure yet. After that, I'll get Hissing Wastes finished and then What Pride Had Wrought before finally finishing this playthrough. Also the dragons, can't forgot about them.

Did the Fade quest, forgot its name. With the exception of Cole, I've taken everyone in there with me one time or another. Now to do that stupid masquerade quest. Oh how we hate the game.

Emma flooded the Deep Roads and returned to the Winter Palace to search eluvains some more. I'm seriously dreading facing the Dragon's Breath. How does one not have to fight the dragon and what are the repercussions? I just am afraid of a level 27 dragon fight, but if avoiding the fight involves a lot of other fighting or running around doing stuff I already missed, or locks me out of some options, I'll fight it.

In order to not fight the dragon, you have to free it instead. There are 3 rings of torches surrounding the dragon and 3 wheels to move them with. The outer torch ring will get stuck unless you clear the debris blocking it first (use the new mark ability to do this). Set the wheels (Inqui will say they're set once all the wheels are in the right position). Then head to the far end of the room to open the door. There are 2 controls, one on either side. Once both are activated, someone from your party (even if they are unconscious ) will let you know the dragon is able to escape. Then, cue cutscene!
The first time I played, it took me forever and ever to figure out how to clear the blockage. It doesn't have an "interact" icon but it's on the right side when you first go in. Just get up close to it and release the mark energy.

Did a bit of inquisiting with my oh-so-cheery Lavellan. Had a bit of a scare in the Hinterlands. Was scouting for shards after dealing with the bandits in the fortress when I spot a red blip on the raidar. Figured it was just a fennic gone aggro, since I've never really seen any beasts spawn around there. Turn the camera slightly and oh-no it's a bear! Standing almost inside the party, looking none too happy. The team is quarter past dead with no healing potions, so the bear makes short work of the two warriors, elfy and Blackwall. So Sera runs off, leaving Solas to face the bear alone. He gets mauled, but Sera manages to climb the tower stairs. Ha-ha opposable thumbs win again! But of course the bear doesn't despawn and the companions are still knocked out. So after some flailing about at the top of the tower, Sera manages to stand just at the edge of the wall and pelt the bear to death with arrows. It might not have been the most epic of battles or the most cunning of tactics, but it was fun. Elfy also saved her people from the Fallow Mire today, did some warden scouting on the Storm Coast and got fitted for new armor at Haven. So today, was a good day for her. Next session will be hush hush, spoken in whispers with hopes of completing the trial of the Magician.

Today my elven mage seductress disbanded the templars and formed them as an order under her control.
She figured that the most powerful mage hunters in Thedas should be firmly under her control. She left the mage rebellion, which she views as a rabble of less talented and unworthy mages to their fates.
Long term she's cozying up to Vivienne who she sees as a kind of worthy rival. Vivienne is also a mage pursuing power in her own way. She's also going to be very close to my bloodmage Hawke and fast friends with Morrigan.
Sad she'll never meet my Bloodmage, Shape-shifter Warden who basically let Fereldan burn to facilitate his rise to power.
