I agree the CC looks horrid. This really has me worried. Since their default Ryders look like crap too....

The characters created look good, but the CC seems quite a step back from DAI. No beards, only stubbles, bad hairstyles for men and no complexion options. That's bit disappointing. Though I like female hairstyles and the colours, also some inventive make-up and tattoo options.

That's a very disappointing CC. And the presets are ALL ugly like hell. Tweaking them won't do any good at all.

At least the female hairstyles look decent.

Okay, seeing it in more detail, I'm definitely not super impressed. I HATE that you can't change brow type. And the beards are definitely not impressive at all. Why do they spend so much time on silly shit (like scale print blush) but not an actual beard? I mean, I really only need 2-3 options that I like for each gender, so I'm sure I can make a few good Ryders. But still. More options for stuff like hair (haircuts, brows, beards) are always asked for but they just don't do it even though other devs can get it right.

After seeing the full options my opinion became more negative on it. I think it's possible to make a decent/good looking Ryder, but it doesn't change the fact the options are really limited.

Seriously? Can't change the brow and the nose type? What is this? A CC parody? What kind of customization is that? Not cool, Bioware, not cool.

I'm disappointing, but hardly surprised...

Hairstyles for males are just meh.. So free DLC in coming months or patch with more options?
