Sound cut out right at the start of wave 1. But hey, assdept around to explode lots of stuff with my femguard, so I stuck around instead of restarting. Right from the getgo I was aggromagnet #1. Because raisins. And stealthgrid. But mostly raisins. Anyway, between unchargeable targets out in the open ( obstructed because raisins ), moving thru mud and xplodin stuffs, soundbug, the game deciding which way I wanted to dash instead of using what I input for the direction, scoring headshots by aiming at the "head" ( well, one could argue males have their brains there ), the game was rather uneventful. Along came wave 6. And my sound. Because raisins. And a ctd. But mostly raisins.

Fine.

Laggy

Which was too bad, because the team was pretty solid, but it's not much fun emptying a Hurricane into an enemy that's actually been dead for a couple of minutes.

Fail

Kett/derelict/gold wave 3 upload, 2 pugs get synced and leave. Managed to finish the upload right as the timer went to 0. 2 new guys join and everything goes well until wave 6...upload
All uploads were on the upper floor right next to each other, so that went as expected.

I also made some new friends today. Two guys hardscoping at the back of the map on firebase zero against outlaw. 2 devices on wave 3 came right next to them when I was on the other side of the map but these guys were not moving. Nope not doing devices and not reviving. From wave 4 onwards I started bringing 2 berserkers with me into that corner camp. They just got fucked every wave. Not against sniping in the back because its actually efficient, but if you're not going to help with objectives then go fuck yourself

i hope it doesnt happen more often. i dont know if my xbox can take it.

Leech ...

I've been in three different pugs with "undenioble" and all the player does is hide out on some corner of the map ... get killed ... folks will go revive but pretty soon, everyone figures out we only have 3 in the pug ... plus a leech.

No help with objectives, doesn't extract. Just hides in a corner somewhere.

If you get this ass in your lobby, give 'em a kick vote and explain to the rest of the pug why.

Thats what happens in 90% of my PUGs. Its simply lag.  I waste 50% of my ammo shooting at enemies who are already dead. My motto is 'If it moves, shoot it'.

The engine (running on on the host) relays the event of an enemie's death pretty quickly to the clients. This is why his health bar is 0 and you get the score for killing him. But the signal for playing the death animation comes only much later. So he contnues playing whatever animation he was already playing. Engines usually prioratize net packets based on a priority. Movement updates have the highest priority as they are critical for the gameplay. If ti finds that the network bandwdth is not enough, it will hold back low priority packets for later. Which is whats happening here.

ME3MP used Unreal Engine 3 where animations and particle effects were triggered from the client itself. So if the client recieves a signal from server that an enemy is dead, client simply played the death animation. 

Ok, time for me to rant a little...

In a gold lobby was angaran avenger lvl 20 but with apex rating of 900. I'm never fond of kicking people, so I said - lets see how he does.

Outlaws on that icy-jumpy map. At the end of first wave he had score of 190. I went to look for where the kick button is, but new wave started and my lust for points was stronger so I went to kill things.

In the end I scored over 25k, 2nd one had 12k and avenger dude was at 10k. I guess he wasnt that bad. In his defence I will say he did come to revive me when I got myself killed.

Also, one thing it irritated me, maybe I am wrong tho. All of them decided to fight on the high point of the map, above that terrace where ammo box is. For me, this is stupid place to camp, shooters can snipe you, they got surrounded by hydras and zergs and only escape route is down where there is no cover. I left them die there (its where I died when coming to their aid), but then decided to take a fight in a place I like. With roof over my head and multiple exits (asari adept ftw).

Anyways, its my top score, but 20ish minutes was not worth it
