Was trying out my HMI with the newly buffed Scattershot on Outlaw/Paradox/Gold. Unfortunately I ended up spending more time reviving my downed teammates through cloak than actually shooting stuff, especially this one lvl 9 krogan engineer who couldn't make it 10 steps without falling flat on her face again. Only two people successfully extracted from that match.

Fortunately, my next match had people actually equipped for gold. Unfortunately, I may have accidentally led one of them to their fiery demise.

Why do you pug? You could try playing with your glorious bsn comrades. We are so much better than pugs, yes we are. I hardly ever camp on the lz, always nuke when possible and kill-help if I can. I promise to revive you if you die near vicinity and might not even die trying.

I'll jump on this bandwagon. My last pug summed up as one word?

Debilitating.

A couple of factors led to this. It was my last game of the day and I was getting tired and cranky. I had though to try out the new X-5 Ghost gun in a gold match to see whether it would hold up. Halfway through the match I decided to switch to the Equalizer that I had as a backup because I just couldn't get it to kill anything at a reasonable speed. So tired, frustrated with weapon, frustrated with the half the AI seemingly picking on me with malice...

It basically broke me at that point and I needed to wind down.

It was the wine and exhaustion that made me say all those things. Other wise I never ever say anything improper. No I don't, I swear. And I agree very nice games! Hopefully we can play more soon.

Pugged into the Gold Apex mission (Magma vs. Kett with +200% weak point bonus, -50% other damage) - decided to play as Human Infiltrator with Valiant.

Two pugs were talking to each other while I was listening in. (I was far too consumed with the crushing ennui of my bourgeois existence to participate in the conversation).

Things pugs believed:
* Various classes were 'nerfed' in the 1.06 patch. Apparently because they saw the message about class skill points being re-assigned. (Side note: that *is* an atrociously bad message, almost a textbook example of how not to do an error message - further proof that Bioware has no UX knowledge.)
* Guns were nerfed because they couldn't body shot anything. Pugs unaware of Apex mission settings, as usual.
* JRandall0308 must have powerful space magic to be able to survive so effectively. Pugs conveniently overlooked my ability to drop aggro via Tactical Cloak. And also that I had to use 3 Medigel Revive Packs on the objective waves.
* JRandall0308's space magic and/or mighty UR weapon allows him to one-shot things. Err, yes. That, and the +200% weak point multiplier.

So aside from me being awesome this is yet more proof that most pugs have no idea how the game works or what if anything was changed in a patch.
