on daily platinum Apex. I was ready to take on the hack with Huntress and cloak, but nooo.. you PUGs wanted to come in and you were NOT prepared AT ALL to tank the hack, also didnt understand to leave so f-it.

Platinum with PUGs is the chore.

Last night, I went back to hosting some Platinum PUG games. Got some high APEX players (and one 300+ APEX) and rolled over the Remnant and Kett. Played any character that I wanted to (Human Kineticist, Human Vanguard, Krogan Mercenary, Asari Duelist) and more than held my own. Then, I earn enough for a Jumbo Premium Pack, and RNG gives me... nothing. Should have went for that APEX Elite Pack instead, eh?

After this I encountered SUPER_MEOWTH (pota pota in youtube) in the lobby but I didnt want another laggy game, so I retired to local hosts.

Nothing

Trying to host a lobby but no one is joining. Quick searching throws me into preset lobbies the hosts never change or gold games with brand new players with apex ratings of 12.

Both hacks were done in no time, no one died once. Felt like Bronze.

Was running with SenorCapsicum and got some camping PUGs. they did good except in the end, where one refused to revive itself...

So I managed to get quite a good number of games in this evening that were a mix of silver and gold difficulties. I landed in a lobby that was preset to Zero (ugh) and I was taking my krogan merc with the rhuzad. Basically throughout the match I spammed flak cannon cuz why not? I thought the game went pretty well. I decided to stay in the same lobby, the host changed characters and I switched to the turian havoc for more flak cannon annoyance  . This time though we got to wave 2 and the host leaves. A few minutes later I get a message from them. You can see my simple response:



Maybe they got a little kick out of my response, who knows. Anyways, I don't care for the message. My assumption was he wanted to farm gold on zero by staying in the back area camping which they did in both games (like a lot of pugs do). I did the opposite because A.) camping sucks and B.) I was a krogan with a short range shotgun so I'm not going to camp a good distance away from enemies. So they wanted to camp. I didn't do that. They got annoyed and probably bailed because of it. There was another player too that wasn't camping and I distinctly remember the host in the second game shooting the PAW at them shortly before they left the game. I still find it odd that they thought I should work on my 'teamwork' considering I always help with objectives and revive teammates when possible. 

I originally wasn't going to respond (considering I was in the middle of the match that they left) but I thought I'll be a bit of a dick and see what kind of response I can provoke from them.

Newbies were dying left and right, even had partial extraction...
Prize for the most stupid one went to Batarian Vanguard who managed to score only 1.2k and spent most of the time kissing the ground.

Bronze Apex/Magma/Melee - Got 2 ~1000 APEX guys with low level kits and one good 30++k guy, but even he didnt get the last device in time and I said multiple times to the mic "ppl get the devices fast!" as I had slooooow & heavy Krogan Mercenary, was on other side of the map. Wiped.

Another try with the same ppl. Now they got the hang of the thing. Except that one who was left behind, because he refused to come to the LZ. *sigh*

Same case happens almost every game where its preset Zero. I joined a game on 2nd wave on HSol with Concussive/Frag build, and one host actually said over mic, "Hey ronnie your going to get yourself killed, come back here!"
.......THE FUCK DOES THIS NEWB THINK I AM!!???


wait, I know.....

and I proceeded to "solo" the rest of the game by double fraging spawn points and nuking any patch of enemies that they were shooting to ensure they got the "easy points" they were camping for.

At the end of the match in the lobby I was called a try hard because they didn't get to kill much of anything and I was booted....

As is lots of tanked hacks today. Also because I got bubblegummed by an Ascendant in W7 with nine seconds on the clock but was able to revive myself and made it to the LZ in time...
