Yes, I will admit that Aleeta has a fondness for Delan. That was hinted at before and certainly established now. Whether that fondness is romantic or platonic/brotherly hasn't been established in the posts so far. And Turians/Volus already have a natural sort of partnership given how their races have basically formed a universal symbiotic relationship together, so a Turian protecting a Volus and vice-versa is hardly a surprising thing, really. But y'all surmise and theory-craft and ship to your heart's content. That is, after all, the very heart of BSN, isn't it? Well, tbh I have no desire to imagine what a Volus looks like under the suit (I don't NEED to imagine rather... thx DeviantArt!  ), and neither do I find Turians to be sexy in any way, it's just that the thought about Delan and Aleeta was simply too hilarious to resist... I definitely got a good chuckle out of it. And, yeah, I haven't exactly pondered Volus physicality at all, other than knowing those poor little guys are trapped in their suits because they need the extra pressure. They don't have the Quarian "option" of shedding the suits at the risk of getting a cold or flu. They'd shed the suit and, like, spontaneously combust or something. Opening of the Ark of the Covenant or some shit. |

So a big thing happened to Justice. As a result I may have to withdraw from the posting order for now. HOWEVER I would like to do a collab post with GeneralXIV after you guys finish your business with the Mech/Slaves/etc. I'm going to have to think about this decision pretty hard in the meantime. Space Cowboy, I'll PM you my decision on the fate of Justice maybe by the end of the week does that sound okay to you? |

They are always getting more animals and space is finite, so, essentially, the animals are given a timeframe. Not adopted when your time is up, and you're euthanized.  Now, they do everything they can to not have to do that, up to and including reaching out to other shelters that aren't at full capacity that could take them in instead. But yeah. And the timeframe is likely shorter for "undesirables"... ones harder to adopt out, like those with health issues, behavioral issues, or simply older. As you can imagine, "cute puppy" or "cute kitten" gets adopted much quicker than an older animal. |
