My last ME3 game (2 yrs ago) was with Tali dead (I had turned over the evidence at her trial so she wasn't loyal). I missed her terribly in ME3. It was nice to see Xen's extra content for once, but once was enough. I don't have it in me to let her die in ME2. In order to do a Tali-less ME3, I'd need to avoid recruiting her in ME2, which would also mean the loss of one other squadmate in the suicide mission due to the Normandy's shields being weaker.

Introducing Adam "Tango" Shepard. He looks like your average Shepard, is an infiltrator, who was born on earth and acquired a ruthless reputation based on a single incident with some Batarian slavers on Torfan. However, in reality, he's a laid-back, patient sort of guy that keeps mostly to himself. This playthrough is starting in ME3 with a non-import file with no Genesis comic input. There is no extended cut installed and I don't have the sort of internet that allows me to play multiplayer. I will, however, do the From Ashes, Omega, Leviathan and Citdadel DLCs. I will be playing on Insanity difficulty. Decision-making criteria - If there is a neutral option (i.e. one that does not issue either paragon or renegade points, then I will select that option. If I must select an option that does grant paragon or renegade points, I will select the paragon option. I will not use any interrupts. There is one exception (isn't there always one exception ): I will use the renegade options when talking to TIM (if they are offered) and I will use the renegade interrupt to shoot TIM instead of just allowing him to shoot Anderson (again, if it is offered... not really expecting it to be). I don't plan to do a daily write-up on this, but will post if something really unexpected happens.

Miriam Shepard took a break on the Silversun Strip... James popped round to the apartment, talked a little about his life growing up on the Pacific coast, showed off his new N7 tattoo. He'll live up to it. Behind the bluster, he's a fine soldier. Did some online shopping with EDI, showed her how to buy gifts for her friends without bankrupting Joker. Received a victory ring from her, made from alloys mined on Earth, Palaven, Sur'Kesh and Thessia. Had drinks with Miranda, discussed the absurdity of the clone fiasco, and of the Normandy crew's lives in general. Movie night with Tali, watched "Fleet and Flotilla", her favourite film: chick-flick about star-crossed turian and quarian lovers. If her shipboard conversations with Garrus are any indication, she'll soon be living it. At Kolyat's request, held a memorial service for Thane. Normandy squad, Cdr Bailey and salarian councilor Valern all attended. Wore dress blues; eulogized Thane as a comrade-in-arms and a saver of lives. Tali, Garrus, Samara, EDI, Joker and Kolyat all said a few words. After the service, Kolyat spoke to Valern about funding for salarian researchers trying to cure Kepral's Syndrome. Watched some video messages recorded by Thane before he died, passed on by Kolyat. Thane spoke of his deteriorating health, his uneasy reconciliation with his son, and a holiday they took together in New Mexico. He experienced much tragedy throughout his life; hope he is at peace now. Liara called round to play the piano; she's competent, but only knows one song, taught by an archaeologist friend. Asked her to teach it. Still busy with work, she stayed a while; the apartment is a nice environment in which to sit and review reports. Passed some time people-watching with Samara, observing passers-by, making up little stories about them. Observation is part of a justicar's trade; the story-telling revealed her hitherto-unknown whimsical side. Hit the Armax Arsenal Arena with Jack, did a shotgun duo versus Cerberus, her Shockwave delivering the final blow against the final Atlas. Stuck around for more matches, got the rest of the squad along too. Received some email from spectators with requests. One person wanted to see a match with no spare ammo; "cheated" using vintage M-7 Lancer assault rifle recovered from Citadel Archive, has old-style cooling system instead of consumable thermal clips. Met up with Javik, who had been conned into appearing in a Blasto movie. Attended the shoot: sub-B-list production value, amateur-hour acting, risible script, revisionist history. Doubt this has improved Javik's opinion of the people of this cycle. Visited the amusement arcade. Found Traynor playing an asari strategy game. Provided moral support while she mopped the floor with an arrogant opponent. Also encountered Zaeed, of all people, desperately trying to win a prize on the claw game. Loaned him some credits; half-expected him to just shoot the thing. On the way out of the arcade, met Jacob on his way in, looking after a bunch of kids with MIA parents. He requested a game of Shattered Eezo. Kicked his ass Went for a drive with Cortez. He turned the shuttle's safeties off, threw it around like it was a fighter. He and Joker are two of a kind. Met up with Garrus at the casino bar. He showed up suited and booted, but couldn't get his mind off work. Suggested he talk to a turian woman who had been checking him out, but his heart clearly wasn't in it. (Probably because a quarian engineer has already won it, even if he doesn't know it yet). Ashley arrived just after Garrus left. She proposed a drinking contest; matched her shot for shot. Could have continued for hours (Lazarus Project cybernetics provide resistance to intoxication), but interrupted by a vorcha and a batarian spoiling for a fight. They can't have known they were picking on Spectres... Leaving the casino, noticed Kasumi. She'd put a crew together to pull off a heist and donate the proceeds to war refugees. Everyone brings their own skills to help the war effort in their own way. Returned to the apartment via a krogan noodle bar, where Grunt had been apprehended following an incident involving a hospital breakout, drunk and disorderly behaviour on the Presidium and destruction of a squad car. He really didn't mean any harm... Overheard a turian sentinel extolling the virtues of tech armour. [The order of the events wasn't exactly as above, I grouped them so they didn't make Shepard look like a mad thing running from one end of the Strip to the other Didn't take the interrupt in Garrus' vignette because I didn't really want to set him up with the turian woman, he belongs to Tali! Didn't bother with James' challenge in the apartment gym either. In non-Miriam Shepard news, I also fired up ME1 and played Eden Prime a couple of times as a generic soldier, just to finish the assault rifle trophy so ARs become available as a bonus option for any future playthroughs I might do.]

I follow this headcanon as well, though considering Shepard doesn't die from the poisoned drink on Omega it's not really much of a headcanon that there are some kind of cybernetic blood scrubbers included from the project.
However, I find Shepard being unable to get drunk a huge reason why in my headcanon (unplayed) she falls into depression during ME2. It's a terrible thing when you can't use a crutch as a crutch. She ends up looking.....elsewhere, with near disastrous results.

Ian Shepard on Eden Prime:
Ashley & Kaidan: Leaving the scientists, heard a shot fired from the direction of the spaceport. That large ship I'd seen on the Eden Prime vid from the Normandy was in the sky. Bigger than anything I'd ever seen with red energy coruscating around it. More geth and those husk creatures attacked us.
Farmers: They were in hiding in a prefab. They didn't know much but one was operating a smuggling op. Small arms they thought wouldn't be missed since, up until now, Eden Prime was a paradise.
Spaceport: Found Nihlus dead. Discovered Powell, who we knew was part of the smuggling op, hiding behind some crates. Said another turian named Saren shot Nihlus, which now made what Dr. Manuel said line up about a turian being present before the attack. The Prothean beacon was also moved to another platform. Cole handed us some grenades that he had hidden and vowed to quit smuggling. Williams was put off by this but it was a waste of time to worry about this guy right now.
Spaceport Cargo Station: Upon arrival, saw a detonation charge. On assumption that the geth were going to destroy the colony, I assumed there were more. Had to disable them all. Found the Prothean beacon. Seemed to have green smoke surrounding it that turned into a beam that shot up into the heavens. While I contacted Captain Anderson, Williams wandered too close to the beacon. It grabbed her, levitating her into the air. I jumped up to her, flinging her to the side, but then the beacon had me. It filled my mind with images I didn't understand. Then I blacked out.
Normandy Med-Bay: Williams was there when I woke up. Found out the beacon exploded. Anderson then cleared them all out. Said the mission was a disaster. Also mentioned that Saren was a Spectre who was known to hate humans. If he had gone rogue then he was extremely dangerous. Mentioned my vision of synthetics butchering organics but had no context to understand it. Anderson decided we should report my vision and Saren's activities to the Council to get him stripped of his Spectre status.

Susan's been busy today:
Took on Cerberus at Grisson Academy and rescued all the students, plus Jack. Note: I hate this mission on insanity - so many turrets and grenades.
Back to the Citadel for shopping, meet-ups, and eavesdropping. Aria's got a plan to take back Omega, and that plan apparently requires Shepard. Well, that will have to wait a bit.
Met with the diplomats, including Urdnot Wrex, only to discover the salarians had "rescued" krogan females from Maelon's experiments. Wrex insisted on getting them back asap. The salarian dalatrass was against the idea but she was outvoted 3 to 1. Cerberus decided to join the party (yay, more turrets! ) but Shepard, Garrus, and James took them out while getting the last female, tended to by Mordin, out safely.
Headed to Tuchanka to fight more Cerberus troops. Kept them from gaining control of a huge ground to air cannon and instead used it to blast their ship to smithereens. Cortez liked that part.
Next stop was some outback planet past the rachni relay. Wrex had heard reports of rachni and sent a squad to investigate. They'd gone missing so he asked Shepard to meet up with his best squad, Aralakh Company, to find out what happened to them. The commandos were led by none other than tank baby Grunt, now all grown up with his own command. Turns out it was rachni - sort of. They'd been reaperized and turned into living machine guns that released groups of little creepers if you hit them in the right spot. The queen, last seen on Noveria, was imprisoned in the middle of the nest. Shepard release her, again, at the expense of Aralakh Co. Grunt survived.
About to set course back to the Citadel when word came that Cerberus had attacked the human colony of Benning. Shepard, Garrus, and Javik took care of them and gave the civilians in the area enough time to flee on evac shuttles. Found the dog tags of one Belal Osoba, the human ambassador's son.
One more stop at the Citadel before heading back to Tuchanka. Returned the dog tags to Osoba and picked up the thermal pipe Adams requested.
Next up: curing the genophage
Note: I'm saving Turian Platoon/Tuchanka Bomb for after Kaidan is back on the squad. I'm not sure if it's the weapons upgrades or what, but insanity seems a lot easier than I remember it. I still die now and then, but it's usually because I'm in the wrong place or can't roll away from a grenade fast enough. Or maybe it's because I gave both James and Garrus the Adas to use.

This was my day: Imagine Rachni instead of cows....
*sigh* Wrex is kicking me for my benevolence.
I forgot just how many sidequests had these damned things in it.....
But besides that...more Thorian Zombies, up up and away! I love putting mods like this in the shotty.
Please note: No civilians hurt during my rescue, But the ragdoll effects are quite illuminating.
....and then I get to rescue everyone from Batarians....
Oh yea...almost forgot: Virmire/Illos/Udina Falcon Punched still on to do list.

Took on Cerberus at Grisson Academy and rescued all the students, plus Jack. Note: I hate this mission on insanity - so many turrets and grenades. THIS. So very much. I'm only a few missions away from getting my Insanity achievement, after which I will never need do that mission on Insanity ever again

Miriam Shepard hosted a soirée... Caught a biotiball game with James and Cortez, Seattle Sorcerers versus Usaru Maestros. The referee clearly needs glasses, no way the Maestros should have lost. Let Traynor use the apartment hot tub; she made good use of the toiletries that Kahlee Sanders had left behind. Also, turns out that she's a hypochondriac; surprisingly irrational for someone so intelligent. Met Jack's new pet, a biotic varren. How does that saying go, about people resembling their pets? Put on the little black dress to hit the casino with Miranda for a girls' night out. Two space divas out on the town, what could possibly go wrong? Called Mother on the QEC; reminisced about childhood dreams of spaceships and saving the galaxy. Life has turned out stranger than even a child's make-believe. This will not be the last time Hannah Shepard speaks to her daughter: the war will be won. Threw a party for the squad before returning to the Normandy. Invited everyone available. (Kaidan, Mordin, Thane: sorry you couldn't be there). Glyph ran the show, complete with holographic dicky-bow. Set the music mellow, for conversation rather than dancing. Jack and James both found it a bit dull to begin with, but they soon got into the spirit. Found the ex-Cerberus folks reminiscing about the organization's past activities. Even now, Jacob and Miranda maintain that parts of Cerberus did good work back then. Wrex and Grunt were trash-talking each other, both insisting that he was the strongest. Glad that there was no ryncol in the place or they might have had a competition. Kasumi was in full-on mischief mode. Should've specified "no tactical cloaks" on the invitations. Garrus and Zaeed spent most of the evening assessing the apartment's weak points and designing fortifications. Slightly concerned about setting off some man-trap that they insist that they didn't actually install... Walked in on a discussion about the merits of the two Normandys, the highlight of which was Tali's impressions of the background noises. Kasumi uploaded the recording to QECTube; six million hits in a matter of seconds. For all their differences, Cortez and Jack have the same taste in food, both main courses (fish and chips) and desserts (chocolate and lots of it). EDI decided to help with the catering, cooked up a batch of curry. Grunt, of all people, critiqued the recipe, suggested adding coriander and cumin. Hidden depths. James and Kasumi taught Liara to play poker. For someone so deeply involved in the criminal underworld, she's remarkably bad at bluffing. Javik was observing, insisting that the games of his cycle were far superior. (Suspect he was just worried about losing). Samara spent much of the evening alone in meditation, clearly not much of a party person. Everyone relaxes in their own way; glad she was comfortable enough to want to stick around anyway. Javik and Tali cannot hold their liquor. (So much for Prothean superiority). Found Tali in the bathroom, muttering something about needing "Mr Vakarian"'s help unsealing her suit. (Priority one is still winning the war; after that, priority two is getting those two together). Gathered everyone together for a group photo as the party started to wind down: James was good enough to make breakfast for everyone the next morning. (He really shouldn't have offered levo-amino eggs to Tali; not that she was feeling up to eating much!) Turns out that Jack is hangover-proof due to her overclocked biotic amp; just as well, considering how she was knocking them back. [In my first playthrough, I started the party mellow, then kicked the energy level up. The party became amusingly wild, though not the sort of event I'd personally have enjoyed attending. So I decided to keep it mellow this time to see some different content. Preferred how it turned out, actually. The "Shepard, Wrex, Grunt" conversation was brand-new to me. Made me laugh ]

Here is a good YouTube video breakdown about how to beat Grissom Academy atrium by MrBozorgmehr:
The only thing I would change is that I would run up top immediately instead of taking out the Atlas first. Basically you can control the high ground each time so everything else is below you. There are two spawns where enemies will come out of doors up top, but otherwise enemies will always spawn below you so you always have superior cover and position.

Okay, so I have not been logging in to these boards the past few days, so time to play catch-up with Ali Shepard:
1. Went to Eden Prime to go pick up a Prothean beacon, but then got a distress call from Alliance soldiers on Eden Prime who were under attack. Went down to investigate. Jenkins got killed by a drone (You had one job!). Found out a synthetic race called the Geth had attacked the colony, under command of a Turian butthole named Saren, who also so happened to be a Spectre. Saren also killed another Turian Spectre who was supposed to be evaluating me for the Spectres. Killed the remaining Geth, disarmed some bombs, then accidentally activated the beacon which burned a vision into my brain before it exploded.
2. Went to the Citadel where Ambassador Udina, Captain Anderson, and I got into a shouting match with the Citadel Council. Not a good first impression. Investigated Saren and somehow managed to recruited a Turian and a Krogan before rescuing a Quarian who had evidence that Saren was a traitor, along with an Asari Matriarch named Benezia. Seems Saren is trying to find something called the Conduit so he can bring back the Reapers, an ancient machine race that destroyed the Protheans. This day just keeps getting better and better. And I also became a Spectre. Sweet!
3. Ran around doing odd jobs for people on the Citadel, such as concluding an arms deal for C-Sec (so they could track the buyer), scanning keepers for a couple of scientists dudes, scaring off a mean Krogan that was bothering a nice doctor, and helping out some Asari... Consort?... with some personal problems. Then Anderson and Udina gifted me the Normandy so I could have an easier time being a Spectre chasing after Saren. I feel bad for Anderson, but I have a job to do!
4. Investigated a lead by tracking down Benezia's daughter, Liara. She was a Prothean researcher and was at a Prothean dig site that was under attack by the Geth for some reason. She seems cute. We managed to rescue her from the Geth and an angry Krogan. Also: the Normandy is not equipped to land in exploding volcanoes (cutting edge technology, my ass!).
5. Found some dead Alliance marines that had been lured into a Thresher Maw nest. Admiral Kohaku will want to hear about this news.
6. Found a space ship dead in space with a brain-dead guy on life support. Turns out his girlfriend went crazy with grief and killed everyone on board. She attacked and I was forced to kill her. Very tragic.
7. Got a call from Admiral Hackett to investigate an incident with an advanced military VI on Luna. Seems it went 'rogue' and killed a bunch of marines during an exercise. I went in and managed to disable it.
(Ali Shepard is now a Bastion Adept.)

God I love the Cain nuke. It took out two heavy mechs that were across a platform from one another, and a thresher maw in one hit! Is there nothing it can't kill? On lower difficulties, probably not. On insanity, the Cain will only take out about a third (maybe half?) of the thresher maw's health with one shot, and 2 shots vs the baby reapers took it down to only half health. The only thing I would change is that I would run up top immediately instead of taking out the Atlas first. Basically you can control the high ground each time so everything else is below you. There are two spawns where enemies will come out of doors up top, but otherwise enemies will always spawn below you so you always have superior cover and position. Yes, that's the part I forgot to do in the second battle area. Once I remembered to run up top right away, and I didn't have them coming at me from both sides, I was fine. I placed a sentry turret at the door where the two guardians come out. The first area it was the grenades giving me the most trouble. My tactic was right - just my performance was bad. I usually save the Atlas for last too, since it doesn't move from where it's at.

Adam "Tango" Shepard (Mr. Neutral as possible) - So far I've done, in order - the Prologue, Mars, Citadel I, From Ashes, and Palaven missions following the criteria I've set out. So far, it's not making much of a difference from a paragon playthrough done without an import dialogue-wise since the dialogue wheels are set up to basically offer a binary choice on the right and, sometimes, an investigative choice on the left (which is always selected first as the neutral choice based on my criteria). Per my criteria, I did use the renegade dialogue when talking with TIM.
I have missed out on some War Assets: 1) I was compelled to recruit Dr. Chakwas (since asking her to come on board was in the upper right of the dialogue wheel. 2) I did not gain Al-Jilani as a war asset since I couldn't interrupt her to console her]
I did had to allow James to both bloody Shep's nose and punch him in the gut since I could not use either the paragon or renegade interrupts during the fight. (That felt very embarrassing since I generally use all the interrupts during that fight.)
My current TMS is 930 (after scanning the Hades Gamma, Exodus Cluster, and the Apien Crest.
On the combat side, things are going very well. My infiltrator Shep (currently using the Valiant) has hardly even been grazed. I love the additional XP one gets for everything by playing on insanity. He is currently at Level 14 after having started at Level 0.

Please note: No civilians hurt during my rescue, But the ragdoll effects are quite illuminating. Hmm...by my count, no civilians were spared. When it says "0" for the number of civilians alive, it runs counter to your assertion that none were hurt.

Kim saved Ann Bryson from structural failure today. And I guess there were Reapers there too. It was a fairly lackluster affair. Even the Banshee could not be bothered to make a good performance, as Kim could leisurely shoot her down while slightly pacing within an arms reach. But that was another quest ticked of the list and made me wonder, are there any fun shotguns in ME3? Quite enjoyed the Katana and I think the Eviscerator was okay as well. But different guns can spice things up. Tried the AT 12 Raider with Kim. It seemed a bit lackluster, but she might have handled it wrong. So basically, are there any fun shotguns or interesting ways of handling them?

Cured the genophage with Garrus and Javik. Revealed the sabotage on the second opportunity. Died once during the hammer run thanks to reaper claw on my head but that was it. Didn't stop to kill the brutes. One more sweep of the galaxy for assets plus clearing out the fighter base on Noveria. Now headed to the Citadel to meet with the salarian councilor. Going to let Kaidan shoot Udina. He wanted the job - he can carry some of the responsibility/guilt that goes with it.

The Raider has an insane pellet spread, making it very short-range and absolutely needing the smart choke mod. The Claymore is fun if you can handle the weight, and if you can "reload-cancel" (dodge or use a power during the reload animation, immediately after the clip clicks into place, to cut the animation short, effectively reloading the gun more quickly. Infiltrator's Tactical Cloak works well for this in multiplayer, and I guess in SP as well). The Disciple has a nice "pow" sound effect and is very light, can be used on any class without compromising cooldowns too badly. Not especially powerful, mind. It has a higher than average chance of staggering enemies. If you like the Eviscerator, you'd also like the Wraith, it's basically the same gun in a more powerful form (like the Widow compared with the Mantis, or the Paladin compared with the Carnifex).

Ian Shepard on the Citadel:
Udina: Politician to the core. Ash: Suspicious. Ponders if anyone has drowned in the lake. Odd girl. Kaidan: Awe. Executor Pallin: Doesn't like humans or Spectres.
Consort Sha'ira: Went to check her out but it was like a three month wait list. Private Fredricks also said it would be a year's salary to see her. Wasn't interested but when I was there the consort said she wanted to see me. She needed help with a former client, a turian general named Septimus. Strong implication that she'd offer me sex in exchange. Like many asari, she was very alluring.
Citadel Tower: Overheard Pallin shutting down his Garrus Vakarian's investigation into Saren. It seemed like the Spectre-hater still was allowing something to slide that might make the turians look bad.
Council meeting: The Council dismissed eyewitness testimonial naming Saren as the killer of Nihlus and ally of the geth. They instead chose to believe Saren was innocent. The fact that Anderson and Saren seemed to have a history - and not a pleasant one - didn't help. Ambassador Udina put me in charge of the investigation going forward so that the Council didn't dismiss evidence based on bad blood between Anderson and Saren.
Wrex: A krogan who offered to help me against Saren in exchange for help putting down the Fist. Officer Eddie Lang: A fan, and he knows the territory.
Med Clinic: The doc was under attack by mercs. Garrus was on scene. He took out a merc holding a gun to the doc's head. Immediately wanted him on my team with skills like that. After the battle, found out the mercs worked for Fist and wanted to keep her quiet regarding information regarding a quarian who could link Saren to the geth.
Conrad Verner: Another fan, slightly creepier than Lang. Married, but seems to have a crush on me.
Chora's Den: Sleazy place, shut down when I arrived with Garrus and Wrex, but crawling with mercs out to get us. Only people we didn't kill were the armed warehouse workers who I convinced to flee. Got the info needed out of Fist but unfortunately he died from a shotgun wound to the head by Wrex.
Tali'Zorah nar Rayya: Some creepy turian was feeling her up when I arrived. She didn't like it and backed off. Assassins showed up but she threw a flash bang grenade at them. Then we helped her take them down. Tali agreed to turn over evidence against Saren to the Council.
The Council: Tali's recording was sufficient evidence, also pointing out that an ally of Saren was the asari Matriarch Benezia. They stripped Saren of his Spectre status and made me one in his place. I was tasked with tracking him down.
Sha'ira: For helping her out with the turian general and the elcor ambassador, Sha'ira thanked me - with sex and with a strange trinket. That first gift was really something.
Udina and Anderson: Captain Anderson stepped down and handed over the Normandy to me. Something to do with being answerable only to the Council and this being a joint creation of the turians and humanity. They gave me leads, including one for Benezia's daughter.

Saved the Citadel (and councilors) from Cerberus. Let Kaidan shoot Udina, then invited him back to the Normandy.
First stop post-coup was the asari monastery to get the second store discount (and find out there's a new reaper variant made out of asari). The banshee warp balls got me several times.
Various mini-quests and shopping trips later, headed back to Tuchanka to rescue a turian platoon let by Primarch Victus' son. Learned their mission was to disable one big-ass bomb on the planet. Cerberus had control of it, but it had actually been planted ages ago by the turians. Hence the Primarch's interest in keeping any word of it from Wrex and the krogan. The bomb was diffused but at the cost of Victus Jr's life.
Met up with everyone on the Citadel. Dinner with Kaidan, drinks with Cortez, dancing with Jack, encouraged Joker to "go for it" with EDI, small talk with Liara, and, best of all, shooting bottles with Garrus - romance variety. Didn't let him win either; that's what he gets for teaching Susan how to snipe in ME2.
Next up: Omega [ my first DLC on insanity mode - we'll see how it goes ]
Update: made it as far as meeting up with Nyreen. Not bad so far, and being able to hack those mechs is nice. Will finish up tomorrow.

From the Personal Logs of the SSV Normandy: From the Personal Logs of the SSV Normandy, May 21st, 2186.
Thessia is gone. At least under siege. I have failed the Asari. At least for now. It was hard listening to them burn. I have never been much of a fan of the Asari, but no one really deserves that. Not even Liara.
We are on the way to hunt those bastards down, after a brief layover of the Citadel, off to Horizon. Small universe.
***
May 25th, 2186.
Horizon was a horror show. Even more so then before. And it involved Kai Leng, Cerberus, and the whole Lawson clan. But, we survived. Everyone got out alive. And I suppose this explains why Cerberus has had the army it has had. Explains a lot of things actually, but for now...all we can do is forge onward.
***
May 28th, 2186.
Hackett has ordered us into mandatory refit and relaxation. And to be a 'public figure.' Hang out in an arena or something to draw public support for the war and get moral up. I hate the idea...but I have little choice because the Crucible needs to be in the final stages of development, and the fleets need to carefully be deployed.
But...before I could do any of that somebody has tried to steal my identity. So I am off to a Casino to try and track them down, and James is going as my 'date'. This shoule be fun. So, in other news though I dived into MP, was all set to put it away for this playthrough to spend the day finishing the game, but...then I unlocked the Talon mercenary. Love him and the bow, but it did piss me off for a while, but for the whole day I spent making sure to get him up to level 20. Up and down day but in the end everything worked out. Annnnnddd me and my GF watched Paragon Lost (for the first time), and she liked it.
