I dunno. Been waiting with my post until we're sure how we want it.
Let me check...
Edit: No, order is correct, but yes, we kind of went from zero to ERMAGERDMICHAELBAY way too fast.

Here it is. This is the way I pictured the battlefield looking at the end of my turn. I didn't take into account everyone else, obviously, because they hadn't done anything yet. This also doesn't take into account any potential enemies that Cael was unaware of. EDIT: Whoops, there was supposed to be a 9 next to the "everyone else." Whatever, that part isn't important.

I see. But with a breach, we're looking for speed, surprise, and rapid neutralization.
In a correctly done breach, Cael would never have the time to turn around to throw the frag - whoever is coming through the door behind him will shoot those two on the right.
When breaching a door, you're looking for a fast, violent action. You're putting as many bodies and rifles through that door as possible, as fast as possible, to the point that when one slips and falls, he stays down so that others may walk over him. You're also trying to get the hell out of the fatal funnel, which is what is created by the enemy interest on the door. NEVER stay in the door - it's a fatal funnel, and there are more than likely enemy rifles aimed right at it.
You also split your sectors - intuitively, if you can. What I did is, Cael and Kato straight in my perception, taking on the two most obvious targets, which mean Sar went left, and number four would ideally go right to cover all sectors and corners. Five follows Sar, six follows four. That's what I did.
To show how fast breaching can be, look at the ArmA 3 Apex E3 teaser.
The speed and violence of action in first person shooters like CoD and Medal of Honor is correct - you go through, you shoot shit real fast. What is not realistic on those two is that the player almost always takes tare of 100 percent of the contact while staying in the fatal funnel, that somehow the enemy is never covering. This is why the time slows, so you can take out even four enemies, and I have to wonder if the weapon would have the time to cycle a new round in the chamber in the brief moment you usually take between shots in FPS games while already in slow-motion.

I honestly didn't account for so many Cerberus agents inside, I assumed that it would be just the Guardian, and an Engineer on the comms. Not that I have a problem with people adding more enemies, but Kato might have done things differently. I guess that means we need more communication before action scenes... Same. Actually I thought we'd have one guy trying to blend in, then... this. Whoa. Four dudes on comms, shitload more around the place, I suppose. That means one more would be unaccounted for? I also question if Ben letting a Cerberus agent go - is "in character" for a veteran Alliance soldier. I can understand providing medi-gel, but a soldier wouldn't just let a member of a Terrorist group go. I guess Ben could be a Cerberus sympathizer, but he's still working here with a large group that will see something like this as very strange - to say the very least. (The Quarian just wants Cerberus dead, the Turians are rather infamous for how they handle insurgency, Kato just wouldn't agree with the logic, and Skyla would just shoot everyone she thought was trying to help Cerberus...) I agree, but don't worry. Exposure to a stressful event or situation (either short or long lasting) of exceptionally threatening or catastrophic nature, which is likely to cause pervasive distress in almost anyone. Persistent remembering, or "reliving" the stressor by intrusive flashbacks, vivid memories, recurring dreams, or by experiencing distress when exposed to circumstances resembling or associated with the stressor. Actual or preferred avoidance of circumstances resembling or associated with the stressor (not present before exposure to the stressor). Either (1) or (2):
Inability to recall, either partially or completely, some important aspects of the period of exposure to the stressor Persistent symptoms of increased psychological sensitivity and arousal (not present before exposure to the stressor) shown by any two of the following:
difficulty in falling or staying asleep irritability or outbursts of anger difficulty in concentrating hyper-vigilance exaggerated startle response.
Taken from Wikipedia's article on Posttraumatic stress disorder. If Ben lets the guy go, the furthest he's going to make it is the door. His corpse might make it a few feet further.

Sar finished off that last guy. If you find survivors, interrogate, but the newcomer NPC is her spotter.
Also, did we just come for the comms? Well, yes, we did! There's static. Radios might function relatively soon, but until then, didn't we establish the presence of a QEC at that outpost?
Let's see where it leads.

Skyla might have a very interesting method of interrogation Oh... Go on... Wanna do a collaboration on this?
Sure, I think Basically, Skyla has jet boosters which she uses to scale buildings... to let her control the direction she boosts, shell have stabilizers on her hands and back. She could activate just the stabilizers on her hands, basically like a burst of fire from her palms, and use it for interrogation purposes
Just checking, it is Xesthan next right??? Then me, and then colab???

Oh, I see what happened. Smilesja tagged Serza when he was supposed to tag you? Then I guess you should post now after Xesthen? So, Xesthan you should probably post now, and GeneralXIV after. Definitely Xesthan. We need to sort this out, and I need to remember things. As for the questions, well, I better think fast.

...are we forgetting Ben, the former N7 who's somehow back on duty (and no I will not inquire into details)?
But yes, deniable assets for the most part. Basically the only ones that have any sort of official backing are Sar (officially, with the Migrant Fleet's Heavy Fleet), Zahn and Cael (both with the Turian Hierarchy) and Ben (on his hometurf, back with the Alliance unless I missed something).
It's a human outpost. The QEC definitely goes somewhere to the Systems Alliance. What I'm wondering is, with four people on the Cerberus comms, did we take down both the remaining agents?
I think we should confirm the neutralization of local Cerberus cell (could be wiped out, confirmations need to be made), establish radio contact in the process because of the EMP wearing off, and once we're done, there should be enough time for Command to realize something is amiss and that stuff needs to be done. Of course, they'll presume hostilities are mostly over, which is why they'll be fine having a team of six running around doing errands rather than reinforce them to platoon strength.

I couldn't have actually posted then. When I wake up on Mondays and Wednesdays (and Serza usually posts during the times I am sleeping), I have to leave early for school so that doesn't give me a lot of time to post. If I did, they would be very rushed. I'm going to start posting now.

Right. Probably should put up a reminder. Nobody (except Caelus) actually knows Sar's real name. Her and Skyla probably have that in common, but only people close enough to her (friends, people she served with long enough, family) earned to know her name. In front of anyone else, they only use nicknames. This, by extension, means that her and her spotter will only call each other by nicknames (if you remember, her spotter does have a real name in addition to his nickname - both of which are somewhat generic). You may have noticed the nickname in use already when Ghost/Rael'Gazu makes his entrance, not calling Sar by her name, but instead "Hisha" - her nickname. I know I'm nitpicking, but were it up to her, none of the others would know her name, not even Caelus. Same thing with Ghost. Second thing: he doesn't come in shouting "friendly fire," instead coming in when the job is done. I have a reasoning behind that, which can be easily explained and probably should be explored. Before entering the room and revealing himself, he clearly states that he is a friendly, and is going to enter the room ("Frienly, coming in!") before he examines that. So, the reasoning, in case someone wants to delve into explanations without moving the story along too far: Simple enough.
The situation was as follows: Before our very own brave six arrived, he was late, originally intending to do something about comms. When he saw the mess of Cerberus inside, he decided to wait it out.
That is when we come in. Six, ready to breach, him coming to aid before the breach would create an uncomfortable situation where they have to identify each other as not threats, delaying the breach and potentially alerting the enemy.
He stays out of sight, and only makes his presence and intent clear once the breach is successful, loudly proclaiming it before entering. This is the presumably safest way.
(I won't lie, I have no experience of my own with this stuff, even as far as my experience can go. But calling out a friendly entering will cause the people inside to presumably think first, ask questions second, shoot most likely never, as they know someone is coming - they see SOMEONE is not aiming at them, and can take the time to consider the situation calmly.) Also, and this is important: We have a slight issue when it comes to communicating. We have to talk to each other, otherwise issues and misunderstandings will keep appearing. This is why I take days at a time to post, being active in the discussion here, hoping to get as much info as possible. While it may be sub-ideal, I believe that is the best way for me, as I get loads of time to consider the situation and find out as much about it as possible. (And you probably noticed how perfectionistic I CAN be by now...)
