Other species you have forgotton: 

The raloi (an avian species civilization that existed on the planet Turvess  and came into contact with the citadel species recently)

and the inusannon ( a highly advanced civilization that pre-dates the protheon empire). Statues of them can be seen in ME1.

Turian here. That would be an interesting cultural experience.

The Raloi could've ended up as the dark horse of the Mass Effect universe.

No-one would expect a species who had achieved spaceflight and become aware of alien life in only the past few years, to be the species that ultimately conquered Andromeda.

All they'd have to do is infiltrate one of the Arks, come into contact with the Ark passengers, then they can sit back and let the deadly strain of bird flu they carry wiped out the competition for them. Once in Andromeda, were they to "accidentally" get some people captured and breathe the same air as the Kett, those guys might end up equally as screwed.

Flawless victory... without having to fire a single shot.

Spend a month touring the Citadel, having a great time, go sightseeing,socializing with all the species I could ,see Shakespeare with the elcor cast, enjoy movies (Blasto marathon, Vaenia, Fleet & Flottila etc), I'd visit Sha'ira for counsel , a Biotic Spa for pampering and I would flirt with every male Turian I could

there was to many races that I would want to be part of, even ones that don't exist but use to exist before the protheans in the end though I chose the protheans
