Some of the long hair options look better on Scott, or I'm just being biased ha. I love the behind the ear tuck on him though, (the hairstyle their mother has). Also has anyone noticed that they made the ponytail shorter for him? I did and now we can make Kai Leng! :lmfao: |

The game showed that there was a non-sex path for the Jaal romance, so I did a playthrough and romanced him. That path turned out to be a lie as the game doesn't respect the choice at all and acts like you chose the sex route, and because of that when they see how many people romanced who I added to a romance that doesn't have the kind of content I'm hoping for.
I found the entire Sara/Jaal romance to be very insulting:
--Jaal continues to flirt with Cora and Peebee after the relationship is confirmed --Sara can still ask "Do you have a mate?" after the relationship is confirmed  --Jaal uses terms of endearment in emails to Sara but if you go talk to him on the ship he acts like you aren't in a relationship --During the sex scene, you get more naked Sara than naked Jaal --Sara giggles like a 5 year old during said scene --Jaal's mother sends creepy, intrusive, inappropriate emails to Sara regarding things that are none of her business --Jaal announces very loudly in a room full of people that Sara is apparently a screamer during sex
I hope the Scott version of the romance is better, for those who were looking forward to it, but I don't think I will be playing it. I've been insulted enough as Sara.

Pretty much the same, except no idea about the emails. Jaal is affectionate, loud about it and has no shame, which he says many times in-game to others. First 2 are bugs, BW games always do that when you flirt or romance someone, I see equal nudity (neither show the lower front half, Sara has a written personality, so she's shy about her body and Jaal makes her happy, his mother is a typical mother but worse since Angara have no shame, Jaal is an Angara. Sounds like his romance is just not your type. Nothing wrong with that. |

I wish they had Jaal compliment fRyder on her intellect too.  It sucks that it seems like they fell along traditional gender roles when they wrote the lines- it actually makes me like Scott's romance more than fRyder's, because the compliments seem to be more about his personality and sense of being than his appearance. |

Jaal does, but in an email to Sara. He admires her intellect. He also comments on her spirit (heart) in the sex scene. Jaal sees Scott in a softer way because Scott is soft. If you play as him, both Scott and Alec talk about how bold Sara is, how she'd race him to the top of a mountain, etc... Jaal sees that n her first, and he likes female bodies. Scott is probably the first man he liked, so to him the body is not the focus. Just like Liam's heart draws him to be friends with him. ninaskye skin color changes it, or complexion. |

He did often say that she was fascinating and beautiful in spirit several times through out the game, and mentioned her intellect in an email and to me that's a little more than complimenting someones appearance but ok. Yeah the thing is we have to remember Jaal was straight before the patch, so he liked female bodies. Scott's body would not be something he'd notice. He'd notice other things about Scott. They had to make it balance without cutting his banter with the ladies. |

I really really miss the DAI CC sytem now. Jaal romance was something I had to get used to. I'm personally not into PDA, but I eventually found his romance charming and adorable. It's pretty different to all the other Bioware romances, and I really like that it is. He almost gives Cullen a run for his money.  |

And to me, there's a distinct difference between an email and saying something to someone's face, but you guys are entitled to your opinion. Mine is just different.

It's the twins personalities they were given by their writers that has Jaal treat them differently, bur also similar. Scott shows more heart, Sara is more action, but he sees the same things in them, just Scott is more emotional and Sara is more reserved. |

Cool I don't mind if someone has a different opinion than me, it makes the world go round, hope you don't think I was attacking you. I just disagree. The way I see it, Scott is bold when he flirts with Jaal. Sara stumbles all over. Jaal can be more open with Scott with words, but Sara he keeps to emails because she is less direct. That's my headcanon haha |
