I have a feeling we're not going to find out anything new on romances today.

Figures. Just another way this is a stupid evil holiday. 

The Vetra fans teasing is too damn high over at the TT.

This week we'll get some videos, likely on gameplay, apparently, but yes, also Drack's profile, I think.

I will say I won't be disappointed with no information. Didn't really expects but I will feel disappointed / let down for the people who did hope/ really want some info on that regard today.

Yep. I understand hope since it's Valentine's Day, but the devs so far have been adamant to not reveal officially romances. Even Cora, we don't know if she's straight or bisexual.

They didn't exactly announce them. And they didn't reveal the genders as well. Jaal is more of a teasing (although pretty sure), and Peebee was the VA, not exactly them.

BW has shown some things on V-day in previous games even when they said they wouldn't, so I admit I kinda had my hopes up for it.  But if Drack's stuff is released, then woohoo.  And even better if that 15 minute trailer comes out this week

I know it was official, but it might've been a slip, or made before they decided that stance. It won't be the first Bioware made mistakes.
Being flirty doesn't mean they officially said something. Same goes for Jaal, although it's pretty sure. They like to tease and give hints but don't explicitely confirm things.
Besides, even after that they keep saying they won't release the full info about romances. It's not like they said they have changed their minds. I understand not liking how they're acting, but there was no reason to think there are/were good chances for romance info today. 

It was wishful thinking on my part. Oh well not like I'm gonna be upset or anything. I would just like to know.

Every single Valentine's day when we're waiting for a BioWare game to release, we hope for romance announcements. DA2 was the only game to ever do it! So yeah, I wouldn't expect anything. Also, keep in mind that we only know the gameplay video is coming this week because of Shinobi, which is not entirely reliable. He could have "heard wrong" again. He's right a lot but I'd recommend tempering your expectations for this week. In fact, the lack of devs teasing at something big this week worries me. A lot of them will do that before a gameplay video or trailer.

As for the announcing romance things, the reason the devs aren't worried about people wasting time going after a character they can't have is because all of that information will be on the internet in a matter of hours, long before most people even use their first serious flirt option. It always is. The only way most people will be hopping into a romance blind is because they want to. It sucks to not know it super early because I want to know too so I can plan out my playthrough, but the devs are right in that the information will be available very, very early. It'd be nice, but we don't need to know right now.
