I dunno... he looks rather hostile to our group in that trailer, what with his gang of four behind him and us being led to him at gunpoint... And he has that scar... I'm not exactly getting 'nice boy' vibes from him. (Enemies to lovers trope anyone!? :hue: ) Actually, it feels more like they're looking at some strange new creatures and they're like, "The heck? What are these things?" I didn't get hostile. They felt open to recourse but guarded just in case - which is a very good way to handle the situation. Still can be Zenith-vibe character. A tough local who cooperates with the newcomers on his own terms and to his own ends. |

Naaah, if you look at him in the trailer, behind him on the right you can see something looking very much like female. Maybe it was her who was speaking...unless their gender looks are opposite to...pretty much any other alien we've seen so far. Edit: also right behind him covered by his head...and she even looks like she's speaking. |

As Biofan has pointed out in the main Twitter Thread, trailers are made with pieces mixed together, conversations from one mission with images of other mission, etc. |

Angara females are waaaaaay slimmer than males and no broad shoulders Hmmm as I look at them they're groding on me big way. Design looks good, better than Kett which I was slighty disapponted at (although Archon's face looked much better in trailer than the Game Informer Kett model). But Angara looks very Mass Effect. In fact, they sorta look like something I expected Quarians to look like before reveal lol, dunno if it makes sense |

What do you guys think, from that super-informative two second preview we saw, his personality is going to be like? Or that you're hoping it's like?
Personally, I'm up for anything! Though a grumpy snake-cat-squid would be lovely. There's not enough grumpy characters. Someone to challenge Ryder would be fun too, I'm a sucker for the enemies to friends/lovers trope. (Probably not actual enemies, but more initial skepticism/dislike would be the case.) Or maybe a super intellect with a sharp tongue.
Who knows? I'm already sold. (I'm a shallow sucker for purty eyes)
