its silly I know but tbh I'm gonna be pretty upset if Vetra isn't an f/f-available LI or even not an LI at all.. I am so over never being able to f/fmance the female character I'm most interested in in a BW game 8| I have the worst luck on this front and I really hope the negative tea leaves for Vetra atm are wrong.

kinda off-topic, but my next comment reels it back anyway. if I can't have f/f Vetra, Jaal will be my saving grace

Yes I'd be quite disappointed if Vetra isn't available for sis!Ryder. I've already planned on her being head over heels for our resident lady turian.

Okay, a couple things. I get where you're coming from but a Zimbabwean accent does not sound like a Jamaican accent. You can search Youtube for the difference if you need to. I will say I agree to some extent that the voice distortion sounds similar to how they did Javik's, but not completely. I listened to Javik's voice again in some cutscenes, and there is a very big, notable difference between the two. 

And I really don't see what you're saying about Javik remarking about something being incredible or that he has a bad feeling. Javik would be much more serious and pro-Prothean. He'd be more likely to talk about how things during the Prothean cycle were better, or something about how the Remnant technology was interesting but paled in comparison to that of the Protheans. 

He's way more serious than what it sounds like Jaal is going to be. Jaal sounds like he'll be far more of an intellectual type than Javik is, who self-describes himself as not a scientist, but a soldier. Javik was shaped by the constant war he was surrounded by. Jaal will very likely be different, since this Mass Effect is an exploration game. Not a war game. I'd be more concerned with Jaal being another Garrus than another Javik. 

Similar-sounding voices =/= Similar personalities

PS. Pretty sure I remember seeing a Tweet from one of the developers answering a very specific question relating to the number of squadmates. Someone asked if that as all of them, and one of the devs said no.

I think Vetra should be, for every obvious reason under the three suns. 

But (and I have kind of ranted about this at length in the Character Romance Options Spoiler Thread) Mac Walters has kind of implied with comments given in an interview that the sexuality and availability as a love interest option has to be right for the character. Plus historically not every member of the squad has been a love interest option. Apparently, it makes the game "more real", since its like "real life", by having not everyone be available for romance.

If this were any other game, I might be able to take the realism argument a bit better. But this is Mass Effect. The whole no guns thing was criticized at length for how unrealistic it is, and yet no developer bats an eye, but apparently making sure everyone gets an equal balance of love interest options and/or fulfilling year long fan demand in regard to romances, oh noes my friends, that is too much of a creative liberty

Depends on what they eat. Razor teeth would be probably good for ripping meat from bodies.. not for chewing though.. I wouldn't want to watch Turians eat.

I think it could be cool if they were herbivores and didn't eat meat at all. Vegetarians I guess, but not by choice, by biology. No razor teeths then, quite similar as humans have would do the job I believe.

Well if they were herbivores, their planet's abundant flora could tie in with this. Plus that would mean pretty teeth 

Hopes Jaal's teeth are similar... or is too much of a reach/ask? ( )

Edit: Those cheekbones
