Jaal Ama Darav (Official Thread)

Well it's not like a single sample size when talking about evolution on planets is necessarily that accurate all the time.  It could also be a Vulcan-like thing if there's a vegetarian species, as in the Vulcans of Star Trek are not biologically vegetarian but their society's philosophy led them to vegetarianism.  That is similar to Zootopia, in which current lore indicates they do not eat birds (and people in the context of the movie are consistently called mammals).  It reminds me of the "Nick Wilde does not eat meat." statement by Byron Howard, which very well could mean he doesn't eat the processed insects or fish omnivores and carnivores are said to eat in that world.  I love how Zootopia is borderline sci-fi in how much thought they put into the world building.  The Jaal phenomenon reminds me of how well-loved the character Nick became too.  Granted with Jaal here it's before we know almost anything about him.  My bringing up that movie has more relevance to my comment though:

The Zootopia team had issues with rabbit teeth.  They said in trying to be accurate with the anatomy they had to take more liberties than usual with hiding Judy's teeth because apparently her mouth looked horrifying when you could see her inner teeth while she talked.
