Adding to the discussion: If they are going to do add stuff specifically with the m/m options, it will likely be Reyes. He's a popular romance, he has a lot of unanswered questions about him, and he can potentially be a temporary squadmate. Any extra scenes with Gil will just be in addition to whatever new scenes the other LIs have. Bioware probably just wants to wash their hands clean with him and be done. In a vacuum, though, Reyes doesn't actually need extra content. He has the content appropriate for what he is, a planet-bound, story-bound character. And any extra content will also go to Sara. That may seem petty on my part, but that is not giving extra care to m/m options specifically, as would be the case with working on Gil, or even making Jaal bi for that matter. |

Also, the preference for Reyes among m/m fans is thankfully not as hilariously lopsided as Kaidan vs Steve. Even if they took him off ship, they'd still have to do something with him for everyone who did romance him in ME:A.
Not that taking him off ship makes much sense anyway. It doesn't free up any space for a squadmate, since they'd have to be the engineer i.e. stuck on board. Not to mention, given BW's track record they'd probably replace him with Horaz'Ilat nar Ayyar, who is totally not a Tali clone.

To be fair, if you're going to bill yourself as a game that has role-playing aspects, your CC should include a wide variety of skin tones, from the very light to the very dark. I'm with everyone else- it's certainly not a priority by any stretch of the imagination, but it's also a fix I'd like to see eventually.
