Does this only happen on PC? Cause I haven't really noticed anything on PS3 as I recall. You don't notice screenshake on PS3?  LOL I can't remember... Well it depends on what's doing it. This. Playing on a hazard map that only causes screenshake? It wouldn't be much of a hazard map without it, so adapt or avoid that map. Standing right next to an enviromental hazard that causes screenshake? Stand somewhere else. Got slapped in the face by a dragoon? Should have killed him before he got that close. Got shot in the face by a geth prime? The amount of screenshake and stagger primes can unleash is obnoxious, but that's another conversation. Just used a power like shockwave? A little bit of residual screenshake on your own screen is fair. Dumbass teammate standing right next to you spamming shockwave? Screenshake on your screen you've no method of avoiding is not fair. Just like many games let you blow yourself up with poor use of explosives but won't permit you to blow up allied players, you should be punished with screenshake for your own ill-advised actions/inactions but not those of your teammates. |

Had to do an escort objective with an N7 Destroyer teammate, his HAWK MISSILE LAUNCHER which fires pencils from a coke can on his shoulder that do 200 damage apiece was shaking my screen. I'll pull out lolscorpion when that happens, but that and Snap Freeze are the worst ones. Snap Freeze is a freaking MIST CLOUD. |
