Share your Ryders (Good looking edition)

Not sure what's going on here. You shouldn't have to play the game in offline mode. I don't and it works fine. You do have to make sure you're using a face texture from another preset in that same location... I tried using Cora's (as in our squadmates) and the game wouldn't start, and since default Scott's textures are in a weird location, it apparently won't work either.  (so no using, say, a female texture on a male character). I know someone else followed my instructions and it worked just fine.

Takes literally minutes to back up the necessary files, and, like, two seconds to recover them if something goes wrong. I've probably used it a dozen times to 'fix' my game between testing things out and it works like a charm. Try following that to see if you maybe missed a step the first time around (the descriptions and tools needed is a bit more in depth than what I posted).

EDIT: Looking at the file structure, preset 9 ("Cora") has some weirdness with the file names. Make sure the textures you're replacing are from hmf > head > Cora > pca > textures. And that you're replacing norm_mean.res and NOT norm_mean.ebx. Also that you're not just going into hmf > head > Cora > pca and replacing one of the tex_ or pca_ files which have similar names. That you're actually going into that 'texture' directory inside the 'pca' one. That's the only obvious mistake I could think of that might prevent it from working... Good luck, either way!

Maybe it was done on purpose?, Ryder might be into Scarification. In that case it might be brain damage.
