Any team without D.Va is not a good team by definition. I mean, that's funny, but the reality is that there's a shit-ton of viable ways to play, even at the highest levels, and that comp varies dramatically by map and tactic and the opposing team and player skill level and time remaining. And this bullshit straitjacket is one of the things that makes yolo queue a pain in the ass in comp - because so many people brainlessly believe it's true - and genuinely makes the game less fun for everybody. |

Running Junkrat and D.Va into a Zarya for instance is going to feed her a lot of ult charge.

Honestly the only way to deal with it is to spawn camp it, which I did as Roadhog, until it's out of charges. |

Practically never heard people calling for specific meta-heroes myself, it's mostly just typical 2:2:2 thing. One time heard about Lucio being part of meta though. Perhaps my ELO is low or something. |

What I can try doing is seeing if i can hop over to the EU server(there's an option to do that) and see if I can join you that way. Edit: Switched to the EU server and sure enough I see your invite there(along with another fellow i have on my steam list that sent me one ages ago). |
