Overwatch

I played a bunch of matches in this mode last night, got my nine victories and helped a friend getting theirs.

In the beginning I was feeling quite negative towards it, I thought it didn't fit Overwatch style. But after a few hours there, I started enjoying it quite a lot, perhaps even more than regular modes.

What I liked the most in this mode is the fact that it focus so much on teamwork. Overwatch in general does so, but in this mode the idea of co-operative teamwork seems to be as tight as it gets. Both the defense and the attack are equally valued. Capturing and carrying a flag is something that demands a lot of team effort and there seem to be very little (if any) room for individual prowess.

Probable because now, in the beginning, teams are normally just as organized or disorganized, quite a few matches tend to end in Draws and 6 minutes feels like too little time to capture merely one flag. But when things work out for a team, you can get three flag in like 20 seconds, or lose 3 flags in 20 seconds. I witnessed that happening quite a few times in my games.
