Holy Milky Way weapons?

There are so many side missions that I'm starting to dread switching over to Reneshep at this point...

I suppose I just didn't want to get so far in the story that either the game made me move on without doing them, or it made no narrative sense to do them.

Also, how did DA2 get ripped for it's repetitive environments when all these side missions have the same map? 

Did Wrex's LM. The little pop ups on the screen that tell a story have me amused. It was a touch fire fight, or at least, tougher than most I'd come across in a while. 

Off to do Garrus' LM and then it's bed time.

Certainly a possible way of interpreting it.  I took it more that it was because Shepard could imagine that the day might come when any friend could become an enemy... foreshadowing indoctrination and a commander needing the ability to sort out who the enemy actually is in any given situation.  Keep in mind that Wrex was betrayed by his own father and, had he not been prepared to fight his father, he likely would have died.  Therefore, Wrex would have the most respect for someone who would make a friend but also be prepared to fight that friend if the situation warranted it.
