 Techno Turian was during Thane's loyalty mission in ME2, I think. If we do not get any funny dancing gifs out of ME:A, I will be disappointed. As per actual music.. hm... the edm stuff is not really my area. But I did really like some of the lighter stuff in other games and media, i.e. though that may not be mass effect-y... |

Another thing I wonder about...will brother and sister dances look exactly the same or will they have moves unique to each? And will they be any good or will they be like Shep?

Here are three good examples that I think could fit the Vortex or maybe another similar place (possibly Kadara?):
Note: Always base my song picks on the vibe of ME1 because the first game had the best music, main score or non main like Chora's Den or elevator. The above songs might not be perfect but they feel very Mass Effecty to me  |

When not on a mission, my character can walk into the Vortex Lounge, throw his gloves on the table and relax.

I'd say no to chora's den, and definitely to afterlife. Throw in a little bit of purgatory and you've got yourself a decent soundscape. Don't really mind what music they put in as long as it's half decent. I'll even take quarter decent.

![]() I would be completely okay if Daft Punk's great great great grandchildren made it onto the Andromeda Initiative playing music (made specifically for Mass Effect by the real life Daft Punk) in the vortex lounge. Considering they did Tron: Legacy, I'm sure they could have been persuaded to do a cameo and a few songs for the biggest sci video game series, Mass Effect.  That left daft punk helmet looks like the helmet being shown on Ryder and others in the trailers. Hope its an easter egg helmet you can get by asking the Vortex lounge bartender to buy it from him ![]() |

Hello all By now I'm sure many already know that the Nexus will have a lounge called the Vortex as well as others scattered through out the Andromeda Galaxy (presumably).  My question is what kind of music do you think will fit the theme of this place? Something like Omega's Afterlife? Maybe something similar to Chora's Den or Eternity? Thank you. This man.  I think any synth/retrowave artist(s) would do, Kavinsky, Perturbator, Megadrive, Carpenter Brut etc. This kid Mitch Murder is pretty talented. Check out his spin on the Terminator theme. |
