Oh, Kirkman is absolutely, hands-down, a complete and total douche canoe. And he is 100% milking the franchise at this point. I mean, he's shoving four pages a month of Negan's backstory into some Image+ preview magazine, so if you wanna know it, you pay $1.99 a month to get four pages. With a total of 48 planned, so milking a whole year out of people who want it. Instead of, you know, putting it in the actual Walking Dead comic that we're already paying $2.99 monthly for.

But I am weak. I love Negan so much that I hand the money over, even though I know I shouldn't support that behavior and I know I'm just being a good little milk cow.

Ugh.

Browsed the intro thread again and... just had to go out and buy a waffle-maker.

There's a whole lot of familiar faces that have shown up here. Blasts from the past. It's nice to see you guys. It's been awhile and there is a few folks I haven't seen in a year or more.

And welcome lurkers! It's always nice to have you around. The fans on this and on fextralife's forums are trying to get everything organized. Hopefully we'll have a good spot for faqs and such soon. Fextra and her team are working around the clock to get poster histories saved. The guides, lore and bug tips that were on the old BSN should be mostly located in one spot.  At least, that's the goal.

Hi, call me Wombat, and I've been an avid reader of the old message boards enjoying the lore discussions and support threads which have been very helpful in helping me recover from my unfortunate choices in Dragon Age boyfriends! In fact, you guys have since inspired me to try Mass Effect and I've fallen in love with that too. I never managed to register with the old board, but I see many familiar faces here who feel like old friends.

I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
