Guys, let's be honest, QMS is inferior to TSol, however much more stylish. It just got saddled with bad powers aside from MM and thus gets always directly compared with the Weapons Master. TSol simply does weapons better with a short cooldown detonator/stagger power to boot and a lot more health and shields in exchange for a ... dodge.

Sabotage is useless in general and especially in particular in a kit with Marksman on the table. There is never a time when you want to use Sabotage instead of MM (or Tac Scan). And Tac Scan itself is only semi-useful debuff but it's only worth it against bosses, otherwise it also ends up as a massive loss of DPS. Well, and painting the baddies red, if you don't take Geth Scanner. Still, 95% of the time MM + situational awareness is a better option.

With that said, whenever I fell like Sabering my way to a gazillion headshots I take the QMS for a spin. It's a matter of personal taste. I have a soft spot for the guy that could have been.

Style? Style??? Pfft, glorious fat Turians are the embodyment of style!

The fat soldier is the pride of the Hierachy - mastering even the most inferior weapons - while that suitrat is a misplaced engineer.

The Tsol is a gitgud shocktrooper and all offense; learn to shoot straight or die. He uses his powers to pin down the enemy and keeps hammering at them. A hard teacher, but that only makes success feel that more rewarding. Being able to calmly move around the battlefield in total command, without any crutches, jetpacks or unnecessary "scanners". Tell me again that isn't style.

The QMS can only sit there and giggle behind his mask when a Prime takes out its drone. That's not style and ain't nobody got time for dat. He can only aspire to be what the mighty Tsol already is.

Because of Quarian hubris, the rest of the galaxy now has to deal with all that toaster BS. Sabotage is fun and all, but I'll take the human version of anti-Geth-trolling any day instead of it. Give me Devastator Mode, a bag of nades, the High Lord and I'm good to go.
