Had 499 solo mastery and wanted 500 to be with my fav character.Just an easy,but enjoyable run.Time to retire?

I can think of a couple that I've played in the past that are just as fantastic, but they are PvP though so that's just a little bit different. They now are either shut down (Halo 2), full of hackers (CoD4 though you could cheese the fuck out of the game in a way I don't think a lot of people knew about), or not good after the third installment with 1 and 2 being better (Gears of War). They all have their quirks or things that can be annoying or dumb glitches, but what game doesn't have that. Maybe I have rose tinted glasses though...

PvP is gonna Pvp; there's no real comparison especially if you get a bunch of people who hate losing. I don't know if you can really compare a PvP and PvE multiplayers against each other fairly. Hell, ME:A wasn't even close to ME3 in terms of multi and that's the same franchise/developer. They even had the damn blueprint and couldn't make the improvements where they needed to.

Honestly I loved Halo 2/3 LAN parties back in the day, even if I wasn't a huge fan of 3, and Halo 2 basically made Xbox Live what it is today and there were a lot of game types created by the community and custom games were a huge thing too and tons of fun. CoD4 was really fun, but toxic as hell at the same time. Gears [1 & 2] had a huge skill gap at a certain point that I was never able to get over, but I did in Gears 3. Gears 3 did have a Co-Op horde mode PvE, but I didn't play it much so I can't say a lot about that.

I'm showing my age a little bit I haven't played any new games at all. I think the most recent game I've played was Saint's Row IV I do plan on getting Dark Souls III, but that's 4 years old at this point I think. Damn kids, get off my lawn!

I grew my first moustache in online games around 2012 playing CoD4 and BF3, so many good memories. That was before I learned to tell lag from own scrubbiness and everything felt so difficult, yet satisfying. Tried the new Modern Warfare a bit hearing it's highly CoD4-like but my underdesk furnace doesn't keep up. I wasn't interested with Mass Effect multiplayer at the beginning (2016), thinking for long that it's PvP, which did not feel right. Seriously, checked on it only after accidentally seeing an MEAMP clip. Now I'm convinced that PvE is the superior form of gameplay because lag is not as enraging and the cooperation is better than even in Battlefield games.

Well ,to be honest there were some fun multi games,especialy with friends like Star Craft,Need for Speed(3 Porshche,Underground) in which i invested a fair amount of time,but never played a game for 8 years,so ME3MP wins. Also i meant to retire from soloing,not from the game itself. Idk what left to do.In fact did everything what i wanted long,long ago. Who i am fooling,it's a habbit for me,but who knows..

P.S. I enjoyed very much the Quake series and unreal tournament in multiplayer. These games were a THING in the past.

I may be wrong but think that antsu already has a sub run.

The question is why a BSNer wants to sub desperately with the abomination and does it make him PUG? Questions,questions..
