Ya but there's reapers and Geth. So, Cerberus is the only option - NEVER. Clear? Re: collectors - I don't have a sub-20 collectors on video. I've tried a few times and 20:xx was the best I could manage. But let's not confuse a quick time and a sub-20. Two VERY different things.

You'd be surprised, you keep doing it enough and those times will keep going down, down, down (my first Plat solo was over an hour as well). May want to try a smaller map than Giant though, that's definitely part of it. Have you tried soloing White on Plat? By far my favorite map for plat solos, a nice balance- not so small as Glacier (that makes certain objectives REALLY difficult), but still smaller and faster than Giant. Also, if going for time Cerberus is the only way. Everything else takes too long, Phantoms and Goons really eat at that budget. Agreed. After I started soloing vs Cerb there was no going back to Reapers, the difference was just too substantial.

I can't get quick times w/ Reegar Kroguard regardless of the enemy  Then again I don't really practice a whole lot either. heh, same- I did a Reegar Kroguard plat solo vs. Geth (for the Tiers of Neufchatel series, iirc)... and it was like 35 minutes. Though thats on ps3 to be fair, so a long way from optimal situation for Incendiary Reegar shenanigans. But still. I fucking hate that thing. Also, I fucking hate Geth.

Its beautiful to watch, the way you guys systematically destroy weak-points on Atlases, headshot Phantoms and so on. So purrrrty.

There was a while there where I hated/was bored to tears by the TGI, but then I tried him with shotguns... Now shotgun TGI is one of my favorite builds in the game. He's still super cheesy and OP, but holy smokes is that fun (especially with VENOM)...

I was merely continuing the shitposting from the other thread. Main reason I decided to post those runs as regular solos is that I kinda feel that I will never have the time to complete it and since the themed challenge side of the HoF seems more complicated to update than this one I didn't want to bother anyone for these few random entries, especially if some big update/overhaul is on the making. Meanwhile I'll grab a seat in your club, heard you need company for that N7 stuff |
