I dont think i can go much faster, maybe 21, but my reegar sucks, some clips dont do anythin, one or two clips burn a phantom in .5 sec though.

I have sets of files prepared so that I don't have to do it manually every time. Sets, because you have to also tweak the chances of the DLC objectives in the DLC files. The simplest way would be probably to create a mod with me3tweaks.com/modmaker/ and install with ME3MM but beware that it will default all your other Coalesced edits.
