How would you do a superhero parody in the ME Universe?

I'll bite.  An enterprising Asari holovid studio executive comes up with the following pitch to her boss:


The city of Pseudopolis, on the planet Illum, slowly descends into crime, chaos and corruption after the murder of its most prominent citizens, the W'ann couple.  Their infant daughter and sole remaining heir to the immense W'ann fortune, Becur, witnesses the murder and is thought to be hoplessly traumatized.  A century later, Becur is widely known as a debauched socialite with a spoiled adoptive daughter, G'rayda.  But at night, the two fight crime and injustice as Blackwing and Pyjack with the aid of their elderly but omnicompetent Krogan valet, Draelf.  They face off against a gallery of colorful rogues.  They seek to bring down the eccentric Volus crimeboss: Penn Gwan.  They match wits with the insane Salarian genius: the Puzzlemaster.  They struggle to defeat the Turian supersteroid addict: Nemesis.   But their greatest enemy, of course, is the hideously mutated, totally deranged agent of chaos: Deathjoke.  Other villain ideas include Fearmonger,  Cryoweapon, Feline and The Poison Plant.

Of course, unlike the Justicar's who trained her, Blackwing reflects modern Asari values.  She refuses to kill her enemies.  Instead she seeks to capture and reform them into productive members of society.

Ack...I have to go again on the superhero ideas.

A Turian anthropology student working on the Palaven equivalent of a PhD stumbles over a trove of digitized 20th & 21st century comic books and is fascinated by the entire concept of superheros. He realizes there is one character, though, that would strongly appeal to Turian audiences: an elite commando who turns vigilante when his family is killed during the crossfire between two rival criminal gangs. He vows to punish those the law cannot touch, and travels the galaxy waging a lethal one-Turian war on mobsters, slavers, warlords and criminal mercenary groups with an arsenal of weapons ranging from automatic weapons to combat knives.

He makes his pitch to a Turian production studio. The executives are hugely excited by the concept, and even more excited when they discover the comic books scripts they are plagiarizing fell off copyright under Alliance law centuries earlier. When the first completed script hits the studio CEO's desk she makes one and only one change. She crosses out "The Punisher" title on the manuscript and writes in "Archangel".

Garrus Vakarian spends the rest of his life complaining that the most popular vid series in Turian Space in over a century is "unadulterated Pyjack shit!"
