Well its nowhere near as bad as DAI. DAI had ZERO attractive straight romance options for male characters, Joesphine looked like the wicked witch from the Wizard of Oz and Cassandra was downgraded from her DA2 appearance. Leliana was improved massivley but she wasn't an option for some dumbass reason. Compared to that MEA women look fine to me. Nowhere near Miranda or ME3 Ashley level, but good enough. I actually think Cora looks quite good. She has the short hair thing on like Cassandra, but this time she actually LOOKS feminine and attractive. Never understood the hype around the female aliens personally. The Asari were always hit and miss with me. SOme scenes they would look decent, others it was a no. I have to disagree with most everything here.
I thought Josie was pretty and had a personality that made her even prettier. Cass I had the hots for the moment I saw her in DA2, 'cause I love me some strong warrior women. Same reason I was instantly attracted to Ashley in ME1.
I have some mixed feelings about the ladies of MEA. Suvi's gorgeous, my favorite so far if judging by looks alone. Cora I wasn't sure about initially; at the risk of sounding shallow, I really don't like her hairstyle. But the more I've seen of her the more I'm liking her, and the more I can get to know her the more attractive she'll become, I think. On the flip side, I was immediately attracted to Cassandra and knew she would be the LI for my male Inquisitor. She looks great and definitely is feminine and attractive if you bother to get to know her.
Peebee and Lexi I'm on the fence about but I expect I'll like them quite a bit when I can actually play the game. I'll probably end up romancing them with one Ryder or another at some point.

As long as Dr Sexi is romanceable I will be happy, squadmate or not. If not... Why have romances in a game and leave out the hottest?
Anyway, what this thread has turned into must be the reason Bioware shut down the old forums.

Otherwise she is defintely getting romanced - She is voiced by Natalie Dorme (Margery Tyrell form Game of Thrones), she has a sexy voice.

Yeah Joesphine isn't for me, like at all, I found her tedious to talk to tbh. Not gonna lie I liked Cassandras personality but I just didn't find her attractive. I think her appearance was better in DA2, buts thats just me. My Inquisitor usually ended up romancing her, just because I didn't want him to be all alone in the end. But in my head canon its Lelianna who my inquisitor romances. As for Mass Effect, i liked Ashely at first, until i met Miranda ---- that was the end of it. Miranda all the way after that. (Not because of "Dat ass" but because i loved her ice queen personailty and her voice - australian accents are the best.)

Otherwise she is defintely getting romanced - She is voiced by Natalie Dorme (Margery Tyrell form Game of Thrones), she has a sexy voice. Sexy is an understatement. I thought she's for sure going to be romance material when they did the reveal feature on her. Then I remembered how all I wanted from Dragon Age Inquisition was to profess my love to Scout Harding the adorable dwarven Archer that the game lets you continuously flirt with and even says stuff along the lines of "when this is all over" Saved Thedas and made a b-line for her in the Keep...not a peep. That was the day I learned a video game character could break my video game heart. I'll always be waiting for you...

Was it confirmed if there will be non crew romances, like people we met out in the world or in Hub cities etc?
If so then there could be several we haven't even seen.

Honestly same, but for me what always happens is I romance Ashely in ME1, then as soon as SHepherd wakes up in ME2 and hears Mriandas voice im like "Screw it, Miranda it is... again." I always just use the way Ashely turns her back on SHepherd on Horizon as a break up to get Miranda. Then I shout at Ashely in the hospital when she gets all bitchy about it.

That mentality gave me Cassandra in DA:I and I loved that. She's my favorite BioWare romanceable character of all time. Makes me sad Gaider left every time I think about it.

I just remembered how much I loved her as a character but was actually a little disappointed in her romance subplot. I still like how they have a sense of connection during the sex scene. this is something BioWare doesn't always get right. I thought Tali in ME3 was disappointingly distant in the post-romance scene in ME3 and all her Citadel content was just joke-stuff so I never romanced her in any playthrough. Ashley wasn't that great after ME1 in general and Miranda had such a nice flirtation back and forth with Shepard right up until the scene where she just became nothing more than eye-candy. It's really only Ashley in ME1, Liara in ME3 in some ways, and I think FemShep got really good with Kaidan and Garrus too, but as a male player I find it surprisingly sparse to have a good romance arc that really feels touching, you know?

Josie was cute, but when Morrigan is there my original flame and with the kid from DAO. Torture Bioware. Just torture. I want a family reunion in a future game. Even if it means giving the warden a voice.

Nope. I don't want more Morrigan now that Gaider is gone. No other writer can nail her voice and attitude properly. Same with Alistair who I actually think was handled by a new writer in Inquisition and it showed.

Morrigan is No1 Miranda is No2 for me. ------------ Just wish she was a crew mate in ME3. There was absoulteyl NO reason for her not to be. WOuld have really fleshed out the romance aswell.
