NA user here. Origin says "learn more" for the play first trial. But in my games list it says the MEA preload is March 17th, 1pm EDT. Could this bet related? that's likely the preload date for normal release. My trial has been put back in my library and it's preload date should be either 15th or 16th depending on where you live. 15th for you. |

Thats where im confused, lol There is no "preload" for early access, it unlocks a little bit early for you to start downloading but by the time it's finished it will be the 16th unless you have the fastest internet in the world. For example I live in Australia, my trial unlocks at 7:30am on the 16th, that's when I can start downloading and I likely won't be able to play till 8-9pm. |

My trial is back to after an Origin update. Pre-load and release are the same for me 9.30pm 15th March so looks like I can kick it off to run over night to then play when I get in from work on 16th. MP only for me so I can read the prequel book before I start any SP  |

I joined Origin access because on the 16th I also wanna try the game on my new PC, just got a GTX 1070 8GB card and wanna test it out with andromeda. My question is can I play the game on the 16th for 10 hours without actually buying it? I've never used these origin trials before

Yes you can play it even without buying it. Just need Origin Access. Where does the game show up in Origin? I'm not seeing it. For me the trial is in my library next to the full game because a couple days ago you could grab it from the Origin store like any other game. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore, though. It'll probably show up again by the time it actually goes live. |
