Gonna update thread title so people know when the most recent links were added to the OP. I put a few new additions on there, like the Strike Team advice and a build guide. Also, any patch notes BioWare puts on their blog that pertains to MP will go under the Technical section.

From the look of it that could be the Krogan Gladiator that's been mentioned on reddit. It'll most likely be an Ultra Rare since there's a rare turian and salarian not in the game yet, and the character selection in the multiplayer video(gameplay part 4) didn't have its slider at the bottom which means there was an ultra character(s) we didn't see. The weapon in the Krogan's right hand is the Ruzad shotgun which is suppose to be a spiritually successor to the Claymore; this same weapon is used by Outlaw Krogan Berserkers.
If someones asks you how to fire a rifle, tell them to use it on full auto; the assualt rifle is mightiest when fired on full auto, just ask Turians. Sentinels are cool, Tech armor is too. They have to keep 'em within Twitter's character limit.
I'm reasonably sure that Powers which can be speced to both Prime and Detonate, can do both in a single cast.
As in, someone on the team Primes with Incinerate. My Asari Sentinel, with Energy Drain specced as a Primer and Detonator, Detonates Incinerate with Energy Drain. This results in a Fire Combo. She then proceeds to use Throw, which detonates Energy Drain for a Tech Burst. The little yellow notification at the top of the screen doesn't update to say this, but judging by what occurs onscreen, it seems to work.
Then she shoots with her Cryo Ammo and Throw comes back fast and she detonates that as well for a Cryo Combo. Unsure how effective a full Power Combo build on her will be on Gold compared to a more Weapon Damage oriented build, but I'm enjoying my ignorance while it lasts.

At about 0:02 to 0:04 you see six different multiplayer characters.
From left to right: Krogan Vanguard, Angara(Male) Exemplar(?), Asari Huntress, Human(female) Infiltrator, Salarian Architect(?), Turian Havoc Trooper
The Salarian is one of two rare characters not in game(the other being the Turian Agent who's an infiltrator). The potential Angara was mentioned on reddit here.

I'm gonna try this tonight. Play the Paradox Apex mission (Drack's Scouts or whatever) then afterwards you can supposedly change the mission settings but keep the map.

Noticed today that you can't use smart choke on crusader. Understandable when you think of it but now I can't laugh at pugs for equipping stupid mods

We vote kicked a host on one of those Apex missions from the strike force. I guess I didn't realize that would reset the lobby.. didn't get the mission funds afterwards.

I was able to restore the Library to its last form before the three additional links I wanted to add to the OP made ProBoards go insane.
I have no idea what the issue is other than I assume there must be some sort of OP limit, so for long-term I'm going to have to figure out how I'll organize the Library going forward.
That being said, my birthday is tomorrow and so I am throwing a party tonight and I literally don't have time to solve the puzzle today. There is a house to clean and food/booze to procure and a finite time with which to do that.
So, old Library restored and will stand stagnant until I can figure something else out later...

That's the same as ME3 then. Powers could detonate and prime in a single cast as long as they primed for one type of combo and detonated a different type.
