Hello, I have explored this site before but decided against joining. I finally did and I hope engage in constructive criticism as well know that I am working on my personal ME3 Epilogue, if someone can point me to a forum to upload a draft of it I would be most pleased. I have played: Dragon Age Origins, DA2, the original ME Trilogy, MEA and now MELE. The last I can say is that Bioware did an amazing job at reviving the first Mass Effect game for a whole new generation (even if they left out a small DLC that not even me played) but would have been more than welcome to revamp some aspects in the second and third game such as: a character we kill in ME2 Lair of the Shadow Broker being forgotten as is it was a regular merc, there are some interesting issues with the visuals in the third game, some old bugs came back and a bit more details. I loved to play the third game DLC offerings as I never was able to originally and I loved the moment we went back to Omega if only for a series of mission chains.

I avoid posting on other gaming forums and subreddits for just that reason. It might depend on your definition of "perv showcasing blatant misogyny," but I think they're in the minority here.

Prime  example is the poll on the MELE discussion where an "outstanding" member created a poll "Which one is more annoying, the carpet muncher or the vorcha fucker."

I'm sorry, but I can't be the only lesbian in here offended at the blatant misogyny like that, and I really don't offend that easily. It's just that using derogatory terms like that to describe lesbians is a clear sign of homophobic behavior. I was finally able to block everything from him, but it still pisses me off knowing nothing is going to be done about it.

 know it's just a video game but holy smokes, if that type of shit is being allowed, what other discriminatory behavior towards women is going to be allowed?

You don't have to be a lesbian to facepalm at that title. 

It hadn't been reported so I hadn't seen it, but we're taking a look.  Thx for bringing up, don't hesitate to report.  I will point out though that we strive to be a tolerant forum, so action is not always taken in the pursuit of free speech.   It's a very difficult thing to achieve though  

Letting people discuss which yoeman is more annoying is free speech. Homophobic slurs don't have to be part of the discussion.

You agreed when lesbiannotqueer objected to the term on the previous page (at least that's what I took the upvote to mean). Now you think the term is ok? I'm confused.
