I'm sure the pubic hair thread has more to answer for than we can possibly realise...  

I can just see some Turian at a desk comforting some teenage girl that is just sure her mom and dad and family will be along shortly.

Following interesting people led me here. Think I might stay, that is if you can tolerate an unrepentant dwarfophile.

Most of those threads sound good, except for the "Ryder is a dumb name for a protagonist" one. Why do you hate my name?   I guess people either think it's cool or stupid, and nowhere in between

Based on how it was on the original BSN, I'm not confused It's part of the reason I liked it there, actually. It had much more diversity than any other forum I've seen, and people are nice no matter who you are. Much better than constantly being assumed to be a guy because I'm on a video game forum So I kind of like that it shows gender here, and you can opt not to show it, which is definitely good.

Might as well reintroduce myself as well. Hope everyone is liking it here on the new forums. I joined the Bioware forums back in 2010 just after Mass Effect 2 came out, wanting to research up Suicide Mission mechanics. More of a lurker than a poster myself, but I've seen BSN through its good and bad times. Glad to see we have some semblance of genuine community here.

I started playing Bioware games when I was seven years old. Asked my Dad to buy me a Star Wars game, any which one. When he came home with KOTOR, that pretty much hooked me and turned me into a massive Bioware fan (hence my Revan avatar. Favorite protagonist of all time!)

I've played every Bioware game since then, from KOTOR to DA:I, and I've pretty much loved every single one of them, even with their flaws and missteps.

In any case, hoping to see lots of great discussion on these forums, especially with MEA coming. See you all around!

Ryder is the name of a character in GTA San Andreas. Anyone who has played that game knows that he's a straight busta.

Replace "boy" with "Cheesy fleet leader, Croatian commander and Giggling girls from the Garrus Thread".
