The Fate of Alec Ryder

Indeed, I thought I was the only one thinking that...so much exposed glass is crappy on a space suit (I know that our modern day space suits have that, but then again: We don't have space-pirates (and other criminals), mercenaries and explosions and local wild-life to content with in space, yet! If we did then I'd say NASA would quickly abondon those bulky suits they are currently using (or make them into a suit of powered combat armor!))...the regular Alliance armor makes more sense (same for N7 suits etc.)

Yeah, I do hope so, too (I speculate that S.A.M. is modelled on Ellen Ryder's neural pathways (it would be the ultimate act of devotion to give his wife kind of a second life), like the AIs in Halo are, who are either based on dead people's neural pathways or on flash clones (clones that mature very very fast but don't live long - but then again: If all you need is a developed brain for the neural pathways, what do you care if the clone lives? (especially since you can't model an AI after a living genius without that, you can't kill the genius just for his or her neural pathways!))

So yeah, I hope this is important (I love how they explain Ryder's profiles (ok: It doesn't explain biotics if you were never a biotic before, but for all other things it kind of works! Hell, you could be an undiscovered or weak biotic and S.A.M. compensates so that your abilities become useful (!), kind of like a very very very advanced version of those biotic amps with the onboard VI (!))
