Weapon opinions

The one downside to the Widow is lack of reload canceling and the longer reload mechanics. If it wasn't for those two drawbacks, I'm not sure the other players would have had a chance to get any kills. So satisfying... on bronze and silver.

I got Revenant, Widow and Hornet.
Revenant is a lot less spray and pray.
Widow is nice,but reeeeeeeeload.
Hornet is no longer 3burst?

I like the Vanquisher a lot, decent on Silver with my Infiltrator because of the larger clip. Reload time isn't great, but that's the trade off.
I thought the Equalizer was kinda thbbbbt, but then I tried other pistols and realized that it's actually not the worst.
Still sort of on the fence about Kett weapons in anything past Bronze, though.

I doubt it, they said everything carries over.

I got the Shadow (Remnant sniper rifle). It has very low energy on rank I, but recharges quickly. It also has recoil, even though it's a fucking laser rifle ffs.

I got the Falcon from the 20k pack. that weapon is amazing. i use it on all my characters.

I ended with a charger VI by the end of the trial, and that thing outperforms the M8 of equal level. It's less accurate, but no real recoil, and the fire rate works for getting up close and personal for just melting things. It's an amazing gun, and i'd suggest using it over the m8 by far. The cyclone I wasn't impressed with, again, the charger just did the same job, no windup time, better recoil, better damage, same magazine size. (Cyclone was modded for stability/acc too, charger wasnt)

Nothing else really special, save the recharging SMG, and that gun is amazing, short range, but the ROF and sniper like accuracy makes it a dream. The katana I didnt like for how badly it did on armor (Katana VII) even with a tighter spread and armor reducer mod. I wish the viper was better, because it needs love baaad.

The carnifex is nicely nestled at silver rarity, and feels very nice as it was for a pistol. The smgs (In pistol) here I had were just too good not to use. I ended up with more pistols than anything else (I have like 7 or 8 compared to the AR's at 3) and bang for buck, the pistols really performed here. And im glad they are competitive.

I'm curious about the Zalkin. I watched some streams earlier today and it seems like a universal opinion of people who've used it that the gun chugs piss. What did you all think of it, if you've had a chance to use it?

The only gun I couldnt really form a strong opinion on was the Sandstorm, a gold rarity semi-auto AR. 72 shots max. Weight wasn't too bad, either. It felt very out of place as not superb, but nowhere near bad if that makes sense.

It's got good accuracy 70-80 (Roughly), Damage was okay (on the stronger end of things, but not sniper damage). 12 round clip. Clicking could get about 2 rounds a second or so?

It felt like it wanted to be better mattock from me3mp. No real recoil. It felt more like the older AR snipers/DMR's of the previous game.

Falcon!

I have the Thonkin, while it's no Harrier it does the job for me and currently using it on the Angana and experiencing very good results.

Unlocked the Eagle last night and it's working as intended, more of an AR guy but will be using it on the Adepts, want to first see just how good this Angana is at higher levels

The Thokin assault rifle is my go-to weapon currently.

The mag size is a bit wanting, however I mostly play soldier classes with Turbo Charge, which helps dish out really nice short burst damage for taking out that #¤¤#"¤ Hydra or Berserker.

I would like something that is Hit-scan though, just haven't found something that I like yet. (Revenant is nice, but is hugely inaccurate at range)
