Right now this is an insane lag fest.

Yes, the on-host lag is real.  

That should not matter as this game does not have a dedicated server and is hosted by players.

It could cause slowdowns when equipping weapons or buyings packs in the store.

Well I really hope they improve it and hope once I play with friends it will be better but since the game is coming in like 3-4 days so I doubt anything will change. What we see is what we get.

I have 2 friends who live nearby that I will be playing with I guess we'll try to find a 4th east coast guy to play hopefully fluid games with.

Just finished a silver match that took 40 minutes due to constant lag drops. Rubberbanding was ten times worse than anything I experienced in ME3MP. In the end full extraction, failed to load mission results, no credits.

I finally managed to get 3 games last night on silver difficulty with competent people and with a good host, we had no lag at all and did extract all 3 times so I'm feeling a little better this morning.

Bottom line is : People with crappy computers and connections should not host.

I quit immediately if there's noticable lag. Things will not get better if a game starts with me unable to run or stutter around. I've got no time for this.
I'm waiting for the guys complaining why everybody leaves their games during the frst wave.

Who were you playing with? Were they from your region?

What you can do on xbox one is purchase one month of ea access on a different account and then play on your main one for 10 hours, done it 3 times now. On to my 4th time now, only like 7 dollars for a month for ea access, just cant wait till release date. 

My human male soldier is Level 20 but I only have his kit to level 3. I have fully maxed Turbo Charge and Concussion, Frag grenade to 2 bars out of 6, Munitions training to 4 bars out of 6 and combat fitness to 4 out of 6.

I do have about 6 other characters with their kits up to level 5 though.

Every second time you level up a kit you get skill points, the other time you get something to do with your appearance like colour tint. I think I read somewhere you can't max out everything.
