What if just somebody on the Nexus or Tempest was mature? - After 10 hours of playtime with these people I can not imagine any of them would be saddled with the responsibility of being part of an intergalactic mission, The chain of command lost so many links upon arrival and more when all of the other problems arose. This is something repeatedly stated by characters who note that they weren't meant to be in charge and were originally far down the line of command. I far from consider it to be an implausible situation. |

Though I have to admit...the idea of playing an "old fart" would also be interesting. Some tough-as-nails been-there-done-that seen-it-all mofo with a raspy voice that sounds like whiskey and smokes. But I feel Andromeda wouldn't be the right kind of game for that type of protagonist. I'd love to play a Zaeed character someday, for some reason I can always identify better with those characters than with the young grasshoppers - even though I'm only close to 30. Yeah, but I think it would fit more with a different kind of game. I would love a game where you play the experienced Captain of a Cruiser Class ship and lead the ship and your crew from the CIC in Battle as a mix between strategy and rpg. |

Sounds like a fun minigame for my fictional Final Fantasy meets Mass Effect crossover. |
