Found a possible reference to Shepard, Cerberus and the Lazarus Project in Suvi's Codex Entry:
"While pursuing her PhD in molecular biology, Suvi was handpicked for a team doing cutting edge biophysical and cybernetics research. In the original audio, SAM asks why it's hard to find a steak in Andromeda But in the Portuguese subtitles, he asks why it's hard to find cheese in Andromeda, to which he replies "Because we just left the Milky Way"  |

After estabilishing an outpost in another planet, the Leaders on the Nexus (Addison, Kandros, Kesh and Tann) will have something to comment about it, even with the greyed out options.
There is a querry controled by a Female Turian so that new arrivals go through processing on the Docking part of the Nexus, near Avina's terminal and Vetra. There, you can listen to at least three different stories on colonists (I got three, dunno if there's more further in the game)

I went to the bridge on the Tempest yesterday and Kallo asked Suvi if she had met Jien Garson to which she replied yes and asked if she could look under her dress. Picture surprised looking Kallo. She then explains she wanted to understand how the changing colors worked and that she may have drunk a lot of Champagne |

I haven't gone through the whole thread so this might have been mentioned already, but you run into two Cerberus scientists on Kadara, they comment on The Illusive Man spending tons of resources on some weird shit (aka the Lazarus project). They also scoff and call it "pure voodoo" a funny little easter egg in there. |
