there’s usually not a challenge besides willingness to invest in a better system — games usually stop at “good enough”

i.e. They used to be done by a programmer as a “black box” that users would tweak with a few parameters or so

it depends. Some programmers don’t like to give up control and debuggability. Designers may not have the tech knowledge, etc

data driven means having to invest in more tools to debug performance and behaviour, etc. It’s costly.

I have all of them, except the white one. They do make great desk decor. :3
