His appearance in Trespasser was fun, though.  I could NOT understand what you meant, so had to hit youtube. Then frowned the whole time because I had never seen it before. You had to kill the Chargers and leave Cole a spirit.  you Monster That used to be my standard PT. Then, I experienced Trespasser, so &@$& the Qunari. Cole is still a spirit, though. No amount of pretending should change that.  |

Cole is still a spirit, though. No amount of pretending should change that.  I think Compassion made a choice to become physical, and I'm just respecting that choice. To reverse time, wipe memories, not into it. |

The most informative thing you can learn is the -why-. For an example, as the guy behind them, I can tell you everything that was bad about 'simple' conversations in DAI - that is to say, those conversations where the camera never cuts. But if you come in with ' oh, wow, I hated X, it was bad for all these reasons' I will stop listening to you These are the ones usually encountered even here. People spout out things they dont understand, like that "I hated.." but most of them dont even try to learn WHY. I guess its much easier to stop thinking and just say the typical "lazy developers" or such things repeately said. I get second-hand rage from that "lazy developer" jape. Must drive you and your colleagues to drink. |

To be fair, he choses to wipe his own memories. I guess I his Decision quest as thus: Side with Solas, tell him his emotions aren't his own and to return to a former version of himself that wouldn't let this bother him for longer than the time dealing with an upset person. Leads him to mind wipe himself. Side with Varric: Help him deal with the consequences and emotions of his decision without letting him cold blood murder someone. But it's pretty off topic and I'm pretty set in my ways on this matter. If you'd like to further debate, feel free to quote/tag me in the cole thread. |
