Wasn't there a bug some people had in which an emotional romantic scene is rudely interrupted by a wyvern? Yes, the Solas break-up takes place in the Crestwood wyvern cave. Which was fine if you already killed the wyvern.
It really was adding injury to insult to have poor Lavellan deal with the break-up AND an angry lizard trying to eat her simultaneously.

A couple more tidbits from Patrick... - Vallaslin was blood magic back in ancient times (but not in the modern era). - There was one bug where the Anchor didn’t stop building up during your Solas conversation. It kind of messed up the mood exploding repeatedly while doing the investigates. 
Ah, if only it had exploded in Solas' face. That would have been poetic.

Since Dragon Age: Origin‘s debut in 2009, BioWare‘s Dragon Age universe has captured the hearts and minds of fans, leading to numerous game, novel, and comic spin-offs that have only deepened the lore of and fascination for the world of Thedas. Today, Dark Horse announced that the creative team behind the fantastic Knight Errant will return this October for an all new adventure. Titled Dragon Age: Deception, this new tie-in will feature writers Nunzio DeFilippis and Christina Weir, artist Fernando Heinz Furukawa, colorist Michael Atiyeh, and cover artist Sachin Teng, whose absolutely gorgeous art you can marvel at below. Dragon Age: Deception will weave a twisted tale about a con artist in Tevinter. The main character will be Olivia Pryde, a failed actress turned successful con artist who journeys to the city of Ventus. There she targets the head of a wealthy house, Calix Qintara. But as Olivia gets closer to Calix, she realizes that he is not exactly who he says he is; Olivia soon recognizes that she may be in too deep, and that they may no longer be playing her game. Dragon Age: Deception #1 goes on sale October 10, 2018, and is currently available for pre-order at local comic book shops. This will be the first of three comics in the series. In-game: Been like that for decades, celebrating an old Tevinter victory on the Ventosus Straits. City name change, yo. Out of Game: Everyone got Qarinus and Qunari mixed up.  (Also definitely not a spoiler -- I think they cover that in the first pages of the Deception comic.) So... the city formarly know as Qarinus (on the coast, near the Arlathan Forest).[HASH]DAT

I mean, it was stated as Qarinus in the previous run of comics where we met Maevaris. I think his last comment was the most telling (it was too close to Qunari). It could be somewhere we're going (or even just mentioned) in DA4, so they're addressing that now to head off any future confusion. |

^ His phrasing there is super confusing to me. Are they officially changing the name of Dorian's home city, or...? I mean, it was stated as Qarinus in the previous run of comics where we met Maevaris. Seems like they are changing the name basically cus people were confusing it up with Qunari, though they are going to have an in-lore reason for it being different. ^ His phrasing there is super confusing to me. I'll refrain from being super assholey about it, but the change does not please me. Retcons suck, and the reason for this one is lame.
Now all mentions of it everywhere are wrong, including war table operations like "A friend in Qarinus."
