I remain quite saddened that they never produced 'Exalted March'. I guess that carrying on with the project would have delayed Dragon Age: Inquisition by a year or so - a price worth paying, if you ask me, as we'd end up with more Dragon Age material in total. Of course, I wouldn't have enjoyed seeing Varric die, if that was proposed.
Was an Awakening type expansion ever on the cards for Inquisition, I wonder?

Considering that it's ben a while since they said that 'expansion like Awakening' is never happening again, the answer is 'no'. I'm also not sure we'd end up with more DA story - likely more time from DAI development would be cut from the game, and they've already spent significant amount of time converting on Frostbite and basically writing all the RPG modules the engine lacked. |
