I apologize for not adding a tweet or comment about a tweet in this post, but I didn't really want to make a whole thread for my question.
Is there still a good way to get technical support for Dragon Age Keep? I was running my first alternate character through the trilogy, and I decided to skip some of the zones in Inquisition to shorten the length. This time, I went the mage route, and had Samson as the nemesis. However, I avoided the Exalted Plains, and didn't discover the secret of Samson's armor. In the keep, when I selected "didn't find out about Samson's armor" the program automatically tries to overwrite my selection of the mage quest. So, it is suggesting either I did find out about the armor (which I didn't), or I could not have possibly chosen the mages.
The feedback link in the Keep forwards me to the now defunct Bioware Forums. Any thoughts?

There's a similar issue with Calpernia. The Keep believes you need to find out about her past in order to complete the game but you don't. You can ignore Leliana all game long and not do any of the nemesis quests and then fight Calpernia at the Well. But if you pick the "didn't find out" option, it assumes you went mages instead of templars.

what happens while a templar blocks a mage's magic? is it just like disrupting it and/or does the mage experience discomfort?

There are two times where we can see it in action that is not a game mechanic -- press a button, magic is blocked.
The first is in DA2, Act 2 on the first meeting of Meredith when she disrupts a saarebas. The second is in the first run of DA comics when Alistair disrupts the Tevinter guy (written by David Gaider).
In both instances it is essentially portrayed as the mage doing their thing and then... nothing. In the case of the Qunari, he seems confused for half a moment before Meredith stabs him with her sword.
