I've been training for 15 years.Now i am 91 kg,but in my best shape was 105 kg.I took that pic in one my friend.  105 must have been too much  . Is that your weight btw or the weight u lift ? My weight,but note that i am 1.88m. |

I weighed about 205 then, so I was underweight, but my skill and strength level, and the desire for better competition, put me into that category. Naturally my body wants to be just under 100k. My unnatural fatass is now 230lbs, which is too heavy at 6'3. The body really does slow down it's hormone production after ~40 years. I see it on my belly. That's why this thread only contains fotos of my busted face  |

My weight,but note that i am 1.88m. My bro from another mo. I used to fight at 100k. I weighed about 205 then, so I was underweight, but my skill and strength level, and the desire for better competition, put me into that category. Naturally my body wants to be just under 100k. My unnatural fatass is now 230lbs, which is too heavy at 6'3. The body really does slow down it's hormone production after ~40 years. I see it on my belly. That's why this thread only contains fotos of my busted face  I am 32 years old,but one my friend is 44 years old and looks amazing.He is a beast,but he has been training for 24-25 years. |
