Why no love for sweet silent sister. 1) The silence. I prefer agents who can talk. Same reason I use Keeper way more than Saarebas for support now (plus her barrier is better than the qunari mage ). 2) I find playing her rather repetitive and boring. It's basically cycling through charge, throwing blades, hidden blades and whatever the fourth ability...If your cunning is high enough with flow of battle you don't even need hidden blades...just charge, throwing blades, charge, throwing blades...rinse and repeat. 3) Last but not least, she has no synergy with other agents, not in the way I know of. She can detonate frozen/paralyzed foes with hidden blades and benefit from the status boost from Saarebas or Zither!, but that's all about it. Not a lot of coordinated attacks she can do with other characters, which makes playing her even more boring. I'm not saying she's a bad character by any means. Because of her toughness and high damage output she's always a viable choice for new players venturing into higher difficulties. I played her A LOT in perilous/NM when I had few promotions. But I find her hard to be integrated into team effort. She's the one who usually carries her own weight and kills things on her own, which just feels dull to me

And that's why being over promoted for a certain difficulty level kills all the fun...If I reach a point that I can kill, say a NM/HB pride demon, as a keeper without others' help then the game is definitely going to be very boring for me because it will be neither challenging nor strategically interesting any more. Probably will stop playing long before I reach that kind of status.

Reading 3y3vr3 and SassaMFG's posts makes me think I am in optimal condition to enjoy the game. At last all my stats passed 100. Thanks to everyone who played with me. Seems like just yesterday that only one or two Qunari toothpicks could blow me into the fade.

I was going to say an AW with Pull of The Abyss may help to draw the mobs closer for the efficiency of walking bomb + mines, but if there is a keeper using Static Cage it's kinda redundant to have PoTA. Dispell or stonefist are always fun for combos. A Templar may also be a good candidate for the purpose of wreaking havoc. She can use shield bash and spell purge to shatter, discharge or panic frozen/paralyzed/sleeping enemies. Better to bring bitter axe too. Something like Templar(Shield Bash, Spell purge, bitter axe) + Keeper(static cage, dispell)/AW(stone fist, PoTA, dispell, static charge passive) + Necro(walking bomb, winter's grasp, virulence) + Alchemist(fire flask, mines, frost flask) is going to be fun, isn't it? Is it weird that I'm drooling right now? I dunno. Seems weird. Okay, let's do it! Free tonight? And who wants to join us? WittyRover? Terrel? Hunter? Now taking applications for AW's, Keepers and Templars who crave mass destruction! So yesterday we had Coldwetn0se playing an alchemist with fire flask/elemental mines and daggers that cause explosions (Audacity?), MrBi6Cheese with a bitter axe-weilding Templar (explosions on kill), Biododger as an archer with Tempazedam's Bane (explosions on kills) and me playing a combo of Necromancer (walking bomb) and Saarebas (Gathlok's burst). Then we camped out at chokepoints. Then we blew up entire maps worth of enemies. There were meaty chunks of enemies everywhere. It was like 4th of July fireworks followed by a horror movie. At one point Nose couldn't stop giggling. It was a fine, fine day :-)

I'm surprised, too, that I promoted this much this fast. So I checked out the challenge page; I played 211 nightmare and 4 heartbreaker matches. Well, really can't say I actually played HB, cuz I always ended up in the fade except one that I joined GiP. And that GiP HB was the one with you. Terrell, rogueknight333, and 3y3Vr3. I only had to survive zone5. Anyway so it seems I got most of my promotions from threatening and perilous. Maker’s breath! How many games have I played?

Something like a game where everyone plays either a warrior or rogue who all use weapons with elemental damage procs, immolate, chain lightning, explosions on death etc. There could be a lego using one of the level 27 elemental swords, assassin or luka with agony/bleeder of souls/audacity, Katari with skywatchers cleaver(or spoon if preferred ) No mage is allowed. Could be interesting to try.

Anyone ever get negative challenge points after reaching an objective? I can't prove it but I *think* it happened to me. I finally completed FC gold hunting. I could have sworn that I was at around 1989 chall points Because I remember thinking I would go over 2000 with my next wave of promotes. After the objective suddenly I am at 1911. I *could* be wrong I suppose but I don't think I am.

Finished Katari 250 runs. I will miss his "this pleases me" banter at the most awkward moments. Currently 10 runs away from Reaver, looking forward to the sound of a manly women's tennis match. Then onto the Avvar, which also has pretty awesome banter.

It does not have twice the probability to proc if that is what you are asking. As far as I understand, if you have two items that both have the same percentage to proc the same thing, those bonuses will not stack. The second item is always redundant. Same thing with ability rings. There are a few exceptions such as the damage bonus from two Hakkon daggers however the stamina on kill for two Hakkon daggers does not stack. Congrats on the 50 willpower!

Congrats on the 50 willpower! It's not that simple and for certain it's not redundant. Let me explain. If you have Isatunoll and Hakkon enquiped and if you have upgraded Walking Fortress ability, every time one of them proc WF you will generate guard when someone hit you. Now about procs... Both items have its own proc, but sometimes they can proc almost at the same time and both will be active; in that case you will generate twice as much guard when someone hit you because both of them are generating guard. Sometimes one can proc immediately after the other and you will have a feeling that they are stack (if you have upgraded Walking Fortress ability you will generate guard the whole time). I hope that I said this in a understandable way.

Been a while since I posted here.. I got distracted by making mods for Civ 6 and MoO. But, a week or so I turned back on the game, and really enjoyed the 15-20 minute games, after the 16 hour marathons that a Civ 6 or MoO game encompass. And.. Got a nice, new, shiny accomplishment today. I'll give you a hint.
