Going off of what LC said, has anyone even got the crescent from a dragon drop?

3 from event chest (December 4th) then after that...
2 from the store
1 from the dragon
2 from the commander


It's my assumption that since the dragon/commander gives you a "Hakkon back card", you get what item is next in line for you.  

Since the Commander gives you that card, I see no reason it wouldn't give you a Hakkon/Lv27 weapon if you're lucky enough to roll the "Hakkon back card" as a loot drop. After all, the dragon gave me a Crescent.  Just would make sense if the dragon has all the loot, why wouldn't the commander?  Who knows really but it's a pretty good assumption given the drops I've had.

(and I'm not throwing a Hakkon away lol, I'm probably giving up gaming soon for personal reasons and my OCD couldn't cope with not having everything when that day comes, bearing in mind I've only gotten 5 Hakkon cards this YEAR...

Annnd...that's the Archer operations done, at least. So, on to the grinding for the rest.

The game just got a lot easier for me.

Did it drop from NM dragon, treasure room or a chest ?

I got my Dancer Axe from one of those 270 gold store chest.     Someone told me that they know someone who got the Dancer Axe from a Perilous dragon.  I am not sure about that one...never heard of anyone else said they got a lvl 27 weapon from Perilous dragon.  But you could get level 27 from perilous treasure chest right?  Maybe they got it from treasure chest and then a purple rune from dragon.. and thought the Dancer axe was from dragon...

I think he saw the Hakkon back right after killing the commander, so that won't be from treasure chest earlier.   But for level 27 it is just purple like others.  So I think it is definitely possible that you get a purple from treasure chest and a purple from perilous dragon and thought the level 27 was from dragon.

I don't know if anyone remembers a post I made on a certain other unmentionable forum a while ago about the jade ham weapon being the key to RNG (original posting link is at the bottom if interested). But, I have more evidence to back up my claim!

In my original post a while back, 3y3Vr3 and I were messing around and both using the jade ham weapon in a lobby. I think it was perilous at the time. After the game, I completed part of the mace kills challenge and got to exactly 1000 prestige from using the ham. I immediately opened up two chests and got the level 27 bosun blade! I joked that ham was the key to RNG

Fast forward to now. 3y3Vr3, Lcneed, Coldie, and I were all in a nightmare lobby and we all decided to use the ham against the Qunari. On the beginning loading screen, I mentioned in the group chat that the last time I was in an all ham match, I got a decent weapon from the store chest afterwards so I was going to spend all of my 6000 gold immediately afterwards. After a brutally long match that we won, I noticed that I got to exactly 1100 prestige (a nice round number and exactly 100 prestige more than the last time I did the ham game and got the bosun). Thinking the coincidence was too funny, I opened up two chests fully expecting to be disappointed.

BUT, I got my second dagger!
also the only Hakkon I got from the store.


This whole thing with the ham has been an insane coincidence. Or is it? Is ham really the key to RNG? There's only one way to find out...

Joined a near midnight nightmare random run with p_NYU_e and LilMisshi last night in round 4/5, forgot to add abilities to bar on my saarebas after applying points, rejoined in with my inferno pact barrier bot now with abilities, and didn't realize we are fighting the inferno dragon, so my assistance was poor. But upon completion, I got my 2nd Hakkon, Hakkon's Wrath(Bow). Played archer a little and enjoyed my new toy, then went to bed. Estimate my total nightmare runs at around 380 and gold spent at 1.75 million to get this far. So basically by 1,000 nightmare runs and 5.25 million gold I should have 6/6 Hakkons! Oh, and hello btw, its Sophloph. On a side note, just found out yesterday Jaybird2283 finally got his Amulet of Physical Immunity. Wow was that a process in the making.

Ten promotions per day for quite some time...
Maybe it is time to sit down and rethink my life...
